Fantastic experience: If I could give them more stars I would. I have been to numerous dentist offices and no experience came close to this one. I waited basically no time, the place was extremely clean and cozy, and the staff were kind and gentle. Even if you live a little further away, this is worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for over five years. Everytime I come in I am greeted by name and quickly checked in. I have never waited more then 10 minutes to be brought back by a hygienist. When it is time for the doctor to see me they are always very prompt and efficient. I really enjoy the flexibility and professionalism of this office.

Positive experience: The hygienist was very gentle, and took her time, but I don't feel like my teeth were as clean as usual after a cleaning. She could definitely be a little more aggressive with the scraping and much more aggressive with the polishing because it seemed like she didn't have the speed/ power up high enough when she applied even slight pressure on each tooth and the polisher only began to spin when she lifted it to move to the next tooth. The dentist was very sweet and personable, but I'll have to build trust with any new dentist due to past experiences from places like Aspen and Comfort treating me like a retail customer and selling unnecessary dental work then doing a terrible job at it. My only real complaint is that no one asked if I needed a work excuse before I left, so I had to call back for one the next day, but this seems to be something that no providers are asking anymore for some reason even though there are soooo many things to think about before leaving an appointment such as scheduling, asking follow-up questions, etc. Luckily the front desk person made that a friendly and easy experience to send an excuse to me.

Fantastic experience: I had gone to a Comfort Dental up here in Delaware before I found these guys. At comfort dental, I felt neglected, ignored and that my concerns either weren't concerns or they didn't have time to address them. I switched to these guys and a total 180° from them. DSC/NOSC staff are amazing, empathetic, and the doctors took the time to hear me out and let me get all of my concerns out and they addressed all my concerns thoroughly. And even had to go back in today to get my fillings filed down because it was hurting my bite. They're so caring and considerate. My husband is coming back to them after being away for years and I can't recommend these guys enough. I even forgot my water bottle there and they took the time to call me and let me know I left it and to come back when I'm able to pick it up. I feel like other places would have just tossed it. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Went in for one thing and ended up needing something else. They explained the procedure and asked if I was okay multiple times. Great place!! 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I really don't like to go to the dentist and was very hesitant finding a new practice but from the minute I scheduled the appointment to the second I was checking out they were AMAZING. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure and the work was top notch. I even received a call later that evening to make sure I was feeling ok! For a crown! Fantastic experience: After an insurance change we started looking for a new dentist. We have 6 kids so getting them all into a new place in a timely manner can be difficult. But not here. They were very accommodating to our needs and extremely patient with our two youngest. They addressed issues we had about our kids teeth and gave us helpful and relevant ideas. If you are looking be or a great dental experience, I cannot recommend this office enough. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency major toothache. I was in pain with facial swelling. They got me in within an hour of me calling. I needed a route canal but they couldn’t do it until Tuesday after Labor Day, BUT the dentist had a short-term solution. Her short-term solution worked like a charm until I could get a root canal. I found my new dentist and am beyond thankful!

The office is well equipped with latest technology and very clean. Some of my coworkers also went there and they give me some feedback so I highly recommended and encourage you to go there for your dental needs.

On top of that I called them and they scheduled me in 30 mins said when can you come in. Got me in and out. Also good pricing too. I’m from NC definitely traveling to come back!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is great. They contacted me via text and I was able to get an earlier appointment. My hygienist cleaned my teeth thoroughly and explained everything she was doing. The doctor was very personable and did a thorough exam as well. I appreciate that they do the job and do it well without any frills. I don’t have dental insurance but they have a plan to make cleanings, x-rays and such affordable. I am grateful for that. It’s not often to find a dental office where the hygienist, dentist, AND front desk staff are all on their game like they are here. Based on my experience at my first visit, I recommend.

They were ok, they were healthy they just weren't beautiful. about 10 years ago I priced veneers and decided it was to much to spend because my teeth were "fine".. Fast forward I finally decided to do something that would make me feel good about myself and get 3/4 crowns.. Dr. Jack at Delaware Smile Center did an AMAZING job, along with all of the staff! They ALL made me feel like my smile was just as important to them as it is to me. So if you don't love your smile, if its just "ok" do something about it at this wonderful facility! Fantastic experience: So I’ve been a patient of this office for almost a year for periodontal maintenance. My hygienist Tiffany is quick, friendly, and a terrific advocate for my dental health. She represents the positive, supportive vibe of the practice from the front desk to the professional staff. Oh, and they’re close enough to where I live that I can walk there. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

I found out I had fillings that were not filled properly at my previous dentist place, but they helped me get on a treatment plan and were so helpful!

Doesn’t try to ask questions while her hands are in my mouth, or talk incessantly, which I appreciate. Both dentists I’ve seen were good, but I don’t like that I don’t see the same dds every time. Comfortable office, never have to wait, and I don’t feel pressured to have work done immediately- they follow up, but don’t high sell pressure.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pap is Great! I'm So Happy I found this place. It's a very nice place with Great people running it. Everyone there are Really Good at what they do. They have helped me out allot. I would definitely recommend them for sure. :Update a year or so later: still feel the same way. I really like the Delaware Smile Center. Everyone there is so nice and they really know what they're doing. Even the assistant's seem like they could be Dentists. I went in with a problem my old Dentist gave up on. I had Surgery and had all my top Teeth removed and had a Floating Denture for a while. Once that was all healed I had Implants placed and had that same Denture modified (removed alot of what was covering the top of my mouth) so it attaches to the Implants. That saved me alot of money. It's locked in great. Feels very secure and looks great. Also have a partial of bottom teeth. So I now have a mouth full of brand new Teeth. It's Amazing. It took a bit to get here but I'm so glad I did it. They replaced 2 teeth my Wife lost with Implants. They look and work great. Like I said, they really know what they're doing. A level above most Dentists. Dr. Papp was my Dentist. He's Great! Also Dr. Jack has been really good. The Assistants are really Good too. The lady that's Cleaning my Teeth does a pretty good job of making it as pain free as possible. I've seen Dr Uselman the last 2 times and she's really Nice and really Good.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with extreme dental anxiety for years, and the staff and dentists in this office are nothing but kind, empathetic, nonjudgmental and compassionate. Morgan is an amazing hygienist and I’m always appreciative of the care we receive here.

Positive experience: Staff very professional and kind. Quick service. There are a lot of monitors in the rooms (walls and even ceiling). They should have something more interesting playing there instead of dentists profiles and open mouths. Customers aren’t professionals, we want to relax and watch something relaxing, not mouths opened.

Fantastic experience: Delaware Smile Center seriously takes care of their patients. They were able to get me in on super late notice and a funky schedule which I’m so appreciative for. The care I received was excellent, as was the dental hygienist Denise! They make sure you are comfortable and know exactly what is going on. Only minor complaint was the appointment took a bit longer than expected, but for something last minute I am very appreciative. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Tiffany is a great dental hygienist, very friendly and knowledgeable, never shame their patients. I went in once after losing a tooth, no idea why it just fell out, after COVID so at least a year since seeing a dentist. They treated me fairly kept me well informed about options, almost three years later, they still check to make sure I am happy with results!

Fantastic experience: This is my second dentist office ever and after going to my previous one for almost 15 years I was very nervous to go to a new office. Delaware smile center completely took all my nervousness away! From just walking in and being greeted by friendly staff, to them explaining step by step what was going on and what the plans were, to caring about my comfortability, they were absolutely amazing and took all my worries away. Their office is very clean and inviting and relaxing, I would definitely recommend this office to others (especially if they get nervous at the dentist, this environment was perfect!)

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough amazing things about Delaware Smile Center! Me and my boyfriend are in Deleware visiting his son for a few weeks from Florida and I had a dental emergency. My back molar broke in half and I was in excruciating pain for 3 solid days before I found their office. I saw they had incredible reviews so I called to see if they had any availability. The receptionist Jordan was an absolute sweetheart from the very beginning and I knew immediately this was the office I wanted to go to. I called around 10:00 am and I was scheduled for my appointment at 11:30 am. When I arrived dental assistant Kayla brought me right back and immediately made me feel at home and safe! I also had Allie who was equally as sweet doing my xrays. Dr. Jack finally arrived to go over options and treatment plans for me. He made the entire procedure so easy and painless. He rearranged his schedule to make sure he could extract my tooth immediately to get me out of pain. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with other dentists but Dr. Jack and his team made all my worries and pain disappear. If you are looking for an amazing dental office with people that really care about your dental health and you as an individual, please go to this office. You will not be disappointed!! Cannot wait to go back and see them again for my next procedure!

Negative experience: TLDR: Rude staff, no availability, overcomplicating of a common and easily-fixed dental issue I had high hopes that this could be my new regular dentist, but I unfortunately I can't recommend them to new patients. I was overdue for a cleaning and this office got me in quickly for an appointment. They even allowed me to complete my paperwork online which made things a lot easier upon arrival. One of the questions on the paperwork (which I thought was thoughtful) was "Have you ever had a bad experience with a dentist? If so, what was it?" I answered that I had encountered a dentist several years ago who was very rude to me and made me feel judged. I was hopeful the team would use this to help me feel welcomed and comfortable, but it was not. For starters, my X-Rays were taken without a protective vest on, which made me feel unsafe. Whether or not a vest matters is probably up for debate, but I didn't understand why it wouldn't be used if it's there. Then, after taking my blood pressure, the hygienist gasped and asked me if I needed medical attention (I have white coat syndrome and such a reaction to high BP only exacerbates the stress for me). She then proceeded with a comprehensive exam and gum screening (which hurt extremely bad, by the way, and I found out later during a different exam at a different office that it doesn't have to hurt that bad). After some sighing and head shakes, I was told that I have gum disease to the point that I would need to schedule two deep cleaning appointments with follow ups every three months. I was completely receptive to this, especially since I was overdue for a cleaning and definitely need to floss more. Plus, according to Google, gum disease is super common in adults. However, when I was taken to the scheduler, I was immediately rudely told that there was no availability for these services for over a month and that I would have to be put on a cancellation list to get in sooner. I was also told that the only available appointments were on Wednesdays — the one day I asked not to be scheduled on due to my job. But I wanted to get this done, so I agreed to a handful of Wednesday appointments on some far, far away dates, and also to be added to the cancellation list. Cancellation lists are fine, but they give you no time to make arrangements with work, family, etc. So here I am trying to be pleasant and flexible, and the whole time they're acting like I'm the one who's inconveniencing them. Ignoring my attempts at light conversation, shaking her head, etc. I get it. They're busy and it was early. But I don't think it would kill them to at least act a little friendlier, especially when I wrote on the survey that rude dentist offices are the exact thing I hate about going to the dentist. And if a person calls to inquire about availability as a new patient, be upfront with them that your books are packed to the brim and unable to accommodate any follow-ups. I've called several other offices who've done just that. Since this visit, I found another office who managed to treat me more like a human. They were blunt but unbelievably friendly. They offered me water. They had availability in the near future. They gave me advice on how to do better with my teeth. They pointed out the exact areas where my gums were inflamed and confidently told me how they would clean them that day to help the gingivitis subside. And they cleaned my teeth on the first visit without a need for several follow-ups. Going to the dentist doesn't make most people smile, but Delaware Smile Center gave me a reason to frown. I hope my visit doesn't reflect what most people go through, but I won't be going back.

Fantastic experience: Went to Delaware Smile Center as a new patient looking for a consultation. Very pleased by the friendly staff. Location was easy to find and their office was very welcoming and clean. Definitely would recommend my friends and family here.

Fantastic experience: I started dealing with excruciating pain in my back molars 3 days ago and as painful as it is to say, I don’t have a dentist I normally go to… But when I tried calling around in Delaware, no dentist could get me in till next week… The second I call delaware smile center Jordin was amazing and got me in within the next 4 hours to be seen by Dr. Mallory who was also amazing! I forget her assistants names but they deserve just as much recognition for how kind and helping all of them were! I definitely will be back and will be recommending all my friends looking for a dentist this place first above all!!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dr. Mallory highly enough! After my gum grafting surgery, I was understandably nervous, but Dr. Mallory put all my worries to rest. She was incredibly cautious and gentle throughout the entire appointment, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me was the warmth and professionalism of the entire staff. At my first appointment, every member of the team took the time to come in and introduce themselves, which made me feel so welcomed and cared for. Fantastic experience: I had a challenging broken crown situation and DSC made sure to provide me with the right care and an excellent endodontist referral. DSC has been on time with appointments and I’ve never had to sit and wait for extended periods. Front desk staff is always friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Found Delaware Smile Center from Google, looking for an Emergency Dentist. I broke my tooth at work and they got me right in. They are super friendly and took great care of me. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived till the moment I left. They are very knowledgeable. I have found my new regular Dentist. Highly recommend going here if you are looking for a great dentist and staff.

Fantastic experience: Easy to schedule in a reasonable time frame. I never wait once checked in. Staff is friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. Even showing my teenage son the proper way to brush and explained the outcome if he chooses not to. My family has been patients here for years and will continue our dental care at Delaware Smile Center.
