Fantastic experience: I received outstanding care as always! I was greeted with a smile and a hearty welcome by the receptionist. The waiting area is lovely with plenty of literature, bottled water and a TV. I was called to the back and prepped by tge dental hygienist whi was superb. Dr. Jackie had to replace a filling she noticed weeks before when she had to do a root canal and crown. Everything went so well as she numbed me up. She and the hygienist worked so beautifully in tandem. I was in no pain and out of there in less than 45 minutes!! I HIGHLY RECOMNEND Amelia Gentle Denistry for ALL your dental needs!! They are so gracious, knowledgeable, professional, and do great work. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul Miller saw me today. This was my first visit and I only called this morning. They had a cancellation and scheduled me. Doctor Paul and his assistant Tammy were professional and on top of the issue at had. I left with problem taken care of and they gave me a free WaterPik to keep up with my dental hygiene.I absolutely recommend this office and staff.

Fantastic experience: Driving to Fernandina Beach from Louisiana, I was eating some delicious jerky from Buc-ee’s when I felt pain and loosening of my crown. I googled emergency dentists and found Amelia Gentle Dentistry. They were amazing! They got me right in, X-rayed my mouth and examined the crown. Everything turned out to be fine. Insurance handled the payment and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Each of the staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I broke a rear molar at 4:30 pm the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. I was not an established patient with Amelia Gentle Dentistry, but walked in the door just as they were closing for the day. The front office staff greeted me immediately and were very friendly. Dr. Jessica even walked up and assisted with finding me an opening for the next day as much of the staff had already left for the day. I went for my appointment Friday morning and everyone was GREAT! They were even able to work with my sometimes very difficult insurance (kudos to the office staff, amazing job) I went in fully intending to have the tooth extracted (by the way I hate dental work...) Dr. Jessica and her outstanding assistant not only saved the tooth, but were able to place a temporary crown in a very short and comfortable appointment. I would 150% recommend Dr. Jessica and her team/staff at Amelia Gentle Dentistry!

Negative experience: Dr. Jackie was a huge disappointment. Put a cap on twice and when still not right refused to even look again. And the cap was her idea to fix the problem. Never again gentle dentistry.

Fantastic experience: From the smiling receptionist, Kathy, to the patient, professional manner of both Dr Jackie Miller and her assistant, Wendy, while undertaking a challenging double crown pre-molars placement on two implants, it was a long, tedious, and meticulously executed procedure today, well done! As a dentist’s wife, I am impossibly critical at times, but was genuinely impressed by the time, care and effort devoted to my case and comfort. AGD’s annual membership program is a huge plus as well, emphasizing 6 month preventive care and substantial worthwhile perks. Dr. Jackie Miller, my third dentist in ten years on Amelia Island, has proved to be the charm!

It’s how dentist offices were when I grew up! Everyone I worked with from Charlene and Kathy at the front desk, to Amy for my X-rays, Michelle for my cleaning and Dr Jessica, were so friendly, kind and welcoming. So thankful to have found them!

Fantastic experience: Today I went to see Dr Garrett and his team with a loose crown. Sadly, I had to have an extraction and bone graft for a future implant. Dr. Garrett was caring and so gentle. From start to finish he and his assistant made sure I was in no pain, even during the Novocain injections. The root was a challenge to remove and he patiently worked at the removal. He then did a bone graft and said all went well. I have an Essex similar to invisiline mouth piece with a tooth in place of the eye tooth extracted. In a few weeks that will be replaced with a flipper. This is a long process, I have 2 implants which Dr. Garrett did a few years ago, however the end product is wonderful. Thank you for taking such amazing and compassionate care of me today!

Fantastic experience: I’m traveling and had to get a crown cemented back in place. The staff was professional and very good. They made sure the underlying tooth was okay, cleaned the crown and glued it back on. Very efficient. I can now cruise northward comfortable again.

We have only lived here for a few weeks but they got me in the day I called and showed me on the big screen that my sore tooth was actually cracked in two places. Fantastic experience: I was coming off a bad experience with a dentist who was trying to finish two implants over three years and it wasn’t going well, and then another tooth broke do to stress eating on the other side of my mouth for a couple years..not good and getting worse. I needed excellent dentistry to fix this mess and that is exactly what I am receiving from my doctor at Amelia Gentle Dentistry. My talented doctor was able to save my broken tooth and cap it beautifully in one visit. This was huge for me as I was sure it was going to be extracted as my previous dentist did with wild abandon it seemed. In addition I have one loose and one failed implant that is now finally being corrected. I’m so grateful to have found excellent dentistry. Once you have experienced dentistry at this high level you won’t be satisfied with any less.
