Fantastic experience: I wish I could leave Olivia more than 5 stars. The whole team was amazing, I waited way to long to see the dentist and was full of anxiety but they got me right in and were so kind and understanding and now I feel confident to smile again . I can not reccomend them enough .

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Moorehead dentistry (Lebanon) a couple weeks ago looking for a 2nd opinion after a crown broke off from another "dentist office" who were the ones who put the crown in. The other dentist told me i was going to need an implant (which i knew) but then they informed me i need 2 implants because the tooth behind it which also had a crown, needed to be removed due to infection. Then I needed a "deep" clean, and another crown needed to be built back up, the a few fillings. by the time I was done they told me in order to have everything done it would be 14K and they basically wanted it all up front, and sat me in front of a finance person to go over my options. I reached out to Moorehead and they got me pretty quickly. Everyone has been super nice and helpful. I had a normal cleaning done with Oliva who is absolutely amazing! I told her about what was going on and how I found their office. She told me she didn't see any reason that I needed a Deep clean. She was super friendly and comforting. :) After my x-rays and cleanings. The dentist came in did a quick exam and confirmed I'd need for sure 1 implant and 1 buildup on another crown. They put me in touch with a specialist to check on the crown that had something going on with it so that the can get confirmation on whether it can be a retreat or not. They never once told me I'd have to pay everything at once and that they were going to start with the filling to ensure they didn't get worse. And that we would go from there. All in all everyone I have met at this office has been amazing and friendly and seem to truly care about their clients. I truly appreciate it and am thankful that I found this office!

Fantastic experience: I went in Monday to get my wisdom teeth pulled and the whole office was great. My assistant Maya was awesome and my hygienist Olivia even took the time to come check on me. They made the appointment so easy I was in and out in no time.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit at Moorehead Family Dentistry and I’m impressed!! First of all the office is super clean and decorated in cute updated style! The staff is welcoming and professional. They have up to date digital xray equipment and tools! Olivia did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, she’s personable and very knowledgeable and not rough & heavy handed like I’ve experienced elsewhere! So you know how most of the time the dentist pops in quick at the end pokes around and tells ya all the things wrong? Well this dentist, Dr. Piner, took the time, he wasn’t rushed, he was friendly and personable. He explained things and didn’t lie to try to take advantage and tell me I had like 15 cavities. (Believe me, it’s happened before) Simply said there’s a couple spots that we will watch for now! That’s what I like! Professional and honest!! This practice gets 5 stars in my book!!

Negative experience: New Office Manager is rude and I will not be back. Love the staff and dentist. It is a shame. I went every four months and always paid my bill. I met her last visit and thought maybe she is having a bad day, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Went in today and realized Nope, she is just an unhappy rude person and does not care about the patient or apparently keeping the patients. Sorry Olivia. Thanks Miranda for sending me to Dr. Eisen, probably saved my life. Love you girls. Sorry that such a hateful person has to ruin a good thing there. I wish you all the best! On a search for another office! I would also like to add that if the owner of the practice also cared about any of this, I would think a phone call would have been made to me rather than only a response to this review. If there was a true concern, my phone number is on file. I was an office manager for a pain practice for over ten years, so I am fully aware of how policies may change and how to treat those changes and patients regarding those changes. Let me also be clear, since you felt the need not to reach out to me, that I have never had a balance with your practice and have always paid in full on top of my insurance benefits. I offered to leave a check to be cashed the next Friday or my credit card as well if need be. It is not like I had any outstanding balance or that I ever had an outstanding balance or ever had any issues with your practice previously. Had that been the case, I might have understood the rude and frankly ugly behavior that I was given. It was completely uncalled for. Had your office manager come out and politely said, Misty, I am truly sorry about this but our policies have changed and I just cannot make another exception, I wish I could but I just can't. I am sorry about this and was kind and considerate instead of speaking to me, a fifty year old woman, as if I was her child she was scolding, it would have gone much better. I kept my cool and allowed her to speak to me in that manner as not to embarrass her in front of her staff or other patients. Also, so that I did not lose my temper and say something I would later regret. So yes, I am writing all of this on the review since you decided not to pick up the phone and call me to try to understand my position. I also understand that you are backing up your office manager and that is your right as well. However, you still could have written your response and also called me to avoid this response. At this point, I have nothing further to say. Hope this helps. I wish you and your practice all the best.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient who made an appointment because I chipped a back tooth. They were able to get me in within a reasonable amount of time. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. I was impressed with the doctor and the staff.

Very nice and clean facility, friendly staff, and seem to have many new technologies and techniques that I have never experienced at other dental offices. And my teeth feel great!

Negative experience: They were nice enough but when it came to my wisdom teeth I NEVER heard back. It's been over a year and I still have not gotten any calls or information regarding an appointment or my insurance or anything. While the people were nice it doesnt make up for that, as my widsom teeth are in DIRE need of extration at this point. This is all to mention that made repeated calls for updates and never got anymore of an answer than "the doctor has yet to look over it. unprofessional and unorganized, glad I moved away.

Fantastic experience: Olivia. The young lady whob clean my teeth and performed all the X-rays. Was professional and pleasant. She was sensitive to my white coat syndrome and she took excellent care of me. The technology this 54 year old guy was not used to. She explained everything to me. Dr ,Distler was professional and kind and was very sympathetic to my current situation and explained everything to me in language I could understand. She took the time to let me know what she wanted to do and how we move forward with the repairs. I highly recommend this Dentist.I was concerned coming into a new dentist. I was with my other one since I was 16. All concerns are gone and I look forward to my future here,well into my 80s You just get a feeling with people and business and they have it.

I recently started coming to the dentist again after 10 years, very welcoming and friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, they kept me informed throughout and developed a plan to correct my dental issues, I would highly recommend dental solutions to anyone needing dental care. I am nervous when it comes to needles not terrified just strongly dislike, OLIVIA informed me about an oral numbing agent they have I couldn’t be more appreciative. So happy to have people that want to see me get my oral health back to where it needs to be. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone, keep up the great work.

I saw four other dentist that could not help me. I got referred to the Lebanon office and at this point I was not very hopeful anyone could help. Dr. Distler was amazing. The entire staff was amazing(special shout out to Abby). If you are looking for quality, caring and compassionate dental care, I highly encourage you to look into Moorehead Dentistry. I came in to have a crown replaced, and Jade’s energy, humor, and friendly attitude made the visit genuinely enjoyable. She showed great attention to detail and patience, making sure my temporary crown fit perfectly and comfortably. I also want to compliment the dentist I saw (I didn’t catch her name)—she was equally delightful and easy to interact with. Jade is a terrific part of the Moorehead team, and I’m grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a periodontal cleaning today with Olivia. She is very pleasant, talks you through everything she is doing. I must say even for a regular cleaning i highly recommend her. Your teeth will thank you too. So clean and refreshing! The atmosphere is pleasant, everyone is friendly.

Today I finally went in and when I say, I was met with nothing but kindness and the best customer service When you come in, you instantly feel comfortable and they make the process easy of getting checked in. Negative experience: From the start, of my 3 wisdom tooth extraction I felt that the level of patient care and communication was far below what I expected. I was given only oral medication an hour before the procedure, with no sedation. During the procedure, the doctor never introduced himself, explained the process, or offered any reassurance. His demeanor was cold and rushed, and he came across as impatient and disengaged. It felt as though he was eager to finish the day, as I was his last patient. This made the experience even more distressing. One of the teeth was infected, and the doctor handled it roughly, causing significant discomfort. There was no effort to be gentle or to communicate what I should expect. At no point was I given any information about the procedure or what to expect during recovery. Additionally, while I was asked to confirm my preferred pharmacy, no prescription was ever sent in. I was left without necessary medication following a painful and traumatic procedure. Overall, I left feeling undervalued and uncared for as a patient. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other patients don’t have to go through a similar experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a couple other dentists and they would not work with me and try to help me but I went to Morehead dentistry in Lebanon and they were awesome, friendly and helpful and they gave me hope and are going to help me ❤️

Negative experience: I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My mom went here because they're one of the only dentists in the area that accepts care source she went to get all her teeth pulled, they left one of them in her mouth broken without explanation, it is infected her face is swollen she has an ear ache on that side, she can't eat and she cannot sleep. It is July 28th an infection that bad NEEDS to be taken care of fast or it just continues to get worse, the EARLIEST they could get her in was SEPTEMBER she'd be dead by then from not being able to eat or sleep. This is outrageous and I wouldn't trust them to pull out anyone else's teeth.

Positive experience: I got my teeth whitened here and Olivia was great. She was very personable and knowledgeable about the process. My teeth looked great right after, but do be aware it will likely be painful for the remainder of the day if you get this done.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to several different dentists over the years and I can honestly say they are the best. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly staff, gentle (as far as dental work) definitely had some bad experiences but not there. I go out of my way to see them. Awesome place

Fantastic experience: I moved a few years ago and needed to find a new dentist. At first I went to Aspen dental, and I felt like I was being rushed the entire time and had little explained to me. No one was personable and they added things to my bill without my knowledge, like a 300 dollar toothbrush. This turned me away from wanting to go to a dentist again (stupid decision on my part). I started getting some tooth pain and needed to find a new dentist, so I tried Moorehead in Lebanon. My dentist is Dr. Distler (apologies if I spell your name wrong doc!). I've had a few different hygienists for every visit. Everyone is very kind and answers my questions thoroughly. They showed me my scans and explained the different levels of cavities I had and why they recommended the treatments they did and in the order in which they did. I got a cavity filled and crown first - when I went to get the permanent crown placed, it unfortunately did not fit correctly even with adjustments (my gums were likely inflamed at the time of the scan to make the crown which caused it to not fit when I came back). They decided to use it as a temp crown and adjust it the best they could until a new crown was made. They stayed with me for almost 45 minutes after close, being very kind and patient as I gave feedback on their adjustments so that it didn't feel awkward when I closed my mouth. When I came back to get the new permanent crown, it fit perfectly, and they made it clear ahead of time I wouldn't be responsible for paying for the new crown. The reception counter also clearly gave me a summary of services both already received and planned and how much they were estimated to cost so that I could prepare appropriately. You sit down with them during this process, which may not seem relevant, but it goes further to the point that you don't feel rushed and that you can ask questions as needed. On top of all this, not one time did I feel judged for my (admittedly poor) dental health. They just took care of me. I couldn't recommend a dentist and dental team more. If I move again, I won't be switching dentists. I don't care how far away the drive is.

Fantastic experience: Wonderfully friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Entire office was pristine and the assistant answered all questions and DID NOT rush. Thank you SO much ! Had a family members surgery done here and again, awesome. From check in to check out you are updated on what's going on, how it's going and clear instructions on what to do and SOMEONE to actually contact in case of emergency. The staff is SO friendly and caring. Thank you so much for what you do.

Fantastic experience: Came in after a decade plus of neglect, due to a bad experience elsewhere. The staff was very kind and understanding and just helped. I didn't feel judged, and true or not that made me feel comfortable in their care. The procedure didn't break the bank either, so all in all I must say I'm very satisfied, and could not recommend this practice enough

Fantastic experience: Just left my first visit with Moorehead Dentistry. The staff is extremely polite and nice. The hygienist and the dentist are me feel incredibly comfortable. Definitely can’t see myself going anywhere else. If you’re looking for a dentist, you won’t be disappointed with them.

Positive experience: Only giving four stars because the dentist had asked me if I had been an addict whenever I got my extractions. And I would think that yk a dentist would break the stigma against young people with bad teeth so I was disappointed in that comment. Pregnancy destroyed my teeth even more than genetics and me not taking care of them did. Other than that the girls were sweethearts I would recommend here but if you’re sensitive I wouldn’t take anything to heart that the dentist says. Customer service was great at front desk the young lady taking care of me along with the dentist was amazing and awesome!! The dentist did a great job as well my mouth is healing amazingly. Thank you guys for helping me with my first step to brand new teeth!

Negative experience: 6-6-2025 I’d like to post no stars!!! We were told by this dentist to please come back anytime and we will get her dentures to fit her properly. Took mom to get them adjusted today. The lady filed on them for about 10 seconds, tried to fit them and then gave up!! They said there’s nothing more they can do!!! Cut her off completely… Even though she talks between her teeth to hold them in and they fall out if she smiles, they never fit her properly to begin with, but they refused to fix them or make another pair that would actually work!

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with teeth pain since February and I know my teeth aren’t in the best shape but I want to keep my teeth as long as possible. Dr Piner gave me more option instead of just pulling them all out and I am greatful for that. Dr Piner and his assistant Leslee performed a root canal and now I am on my way to feeling better. They performed the root canal with very minimal pain and they explained everything they were doing before they done it. I couldn’t ask for a better team and I already have my next appointment scheduled. Thank Y’all !!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a TON of crippling anxiety for numerous reasons and they made this experience 100% better. They were understanding when i had to reschedule my wisdom teeth removal very last second and were great to work with. Gave me meds to help me calm down and did excellent during my iv sedation, barely took an hour. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been to MANY dentist offices for multiple complications, and Moorehead Dentistry is HANDS DOWN the absolute best experience I have had. I had full extractions of my top teeth, and a wisdom tooth, and compared to the experience with my bottom extractions through another dental office; it is night and day...... The pain has been completely manageable, and I'd recommend Moorehead Dentistry to ANYONE looking for a reliable, and trustworthy Dentist 10/10!!!! They also fit me in quickly after waiting 2-1/2 months on a prior surgeon arrangement with (SPA Dental) that never happened .. I am grateful it fell through and I ended up going to Dr Charles Moorehead in Lebanon OH. Much Appreciation!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning appointment with Moorehead Family Dentistry. Olivia cleaned my teeth and did a fantastic job. She took her time and was very thorough. The best cleaning I've had in years.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Moorehead and Miranda (hygienist) were both amazing! Highly recommend going to Moorehead Dentistry. Miranda make each appointment very personal, asking follow up questions to what was last discussed 6 months prior. They catered my cleaning to my health needs and made sure I was comfortable and had all questions asked. The office is very clean, and a warm/welcoming environment!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the Lebanon Moorehead Dentistry location. I was very nervous because I had to have extensive dental work with IV sedation . I was terrified that I would still feel pain regardless of the IV sedation, but I didn't. I didn't feel any pain nor do I remember the procedure! It was an amazing experience!! Dr. Moorehead was great and my nurse was also amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and that I was in good hands! I recommend Moorehead Dentistry and the IV sedation 100% , ESPECIALLY if your scared of having a dental procedure! You won't feel or remember anything!
