West Chester Pediatric Dentistry - Dr. Bracken Webb & Dr. Aneesha Reddy

Fantastic experience: This was my daughter's first dentist appointment at the age of 30 months. She was extremely agitated and was throwing a huge fit. However, Dr. Webb and all other staff at the facility made it a truly comfortable experience for us. The settings and equipment were very comfortable and well maintained. Then they had so many goodies for my daughter that I feel next time she would not be so fussy.

Fantastic experience: My son has dental anxiety and Dr Webb and his assistant (Carol?) were absolutely amazing with him! I was so impressed I will be switching my boys over to this practice permanently!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Dr. Webb, Dr. Reddy, and all the staff! They are gentle and kind, yet thorough. All 4 of my kids love going to the dentist. Even though this practice is out of network with our insurance, we have chosen to keep using them because they are so great!

Fantastic experience: The staff is wonderful! Everyone is so kind and patient. Our five year old loves going to the dentist there. We just took our two year old as well, and she was very nervous, but they were great with her. Once we got home, the kids started playing dentist with each other, so I guess the younger decided it wasn’t so bad!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this practice. They completely changed my fear of taking my children to the dentist. I had terrible experiences with different dental offices both as a child and as a young adult, which caused me to have a great deal of fear and anxiety when it came time to take my own children. The previous dental office my children attended was awful and did not listen to what I knew was best for my kids. There is too much to go into, but I stayed with that practice longer than I should have until my youngest also began going there. Unfortunately, they did some horrible things that caused me to lose all faith in dental offices. When I finally decided to change practices for myself and my family, our new family practice recommended West Chester Pediatric Dentistry for my youngest daughter’s treatment. I was incredibly nervous about taking her, but I can truly say this place is amazing. I am so grateful for how well they took care of my daughter. She had needed her cavities treated for quite some time, and due to changing practices, her cavities became worse. She ultimately needed a tooth extraction and a cap placed on another tooth. She was in pain, and they were able to get her in quickly to take care of everything. After the procedure, she had no pain at all. Her dentist at West Chester pediatric was incredibly kind and explained everything thoroughly to me. She made sure that not only my daughter was comfortable, but that I was as well. She went over the treatment plan with me to make sure I was okay with everything they were planning on doing. During her procedure I was informed the entire time. From the time she went to sleep. Until they were done I was informed. They even came to talk to me about a minor change in treatment once she was asleep. my daughter received a treat bag with small toys she picked out before her procedure. including a squishy, a bracelet, and a slinky. She loved them. They also had balloon animals to choose from, and she selected an angel that she called her “baby.” She even slept with the balloon that night. Unfortunately the balloon didn’t last that long. She played hard with her “baby” Later that same day, my daughter told me she wanted to go back to the dentist.she wanted to go back to her “party room” I could not believe it. They made her feel so comfortable that she thought she was there for a party. The difference between this practice and our previous one is truly night and day. I am beyond happy with our experience and so thankful we found them.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! They sent a package before my son’s first appointment with a book about the dentist, along with toy dentistry tools that he could play with so that he could get used to them before his visit. During the visit, they were so kind and made him feel very comfortable even when he was nervous. They were great!

Positive experience: This was my 3 yr olds second time getting his teeth cleaned there. I love the office, and Dr. Redding is always great with my son and she's patient with him. I just hate that they don't take my private insurance anymore and I'm going to have to find another dentist. Very upsetting good dentist are hard to come by!

Fantastic experience: My son needed to have his baby tooth pulled because his adult tooth is already in. From the moment we walked in until we left, everyone was so kind, accommodating to my 7 year old and explained everything. As always, we never have anything negative to say after our visits!

The welcome packet they sent ahead of time, with a book and practice dental supplies really helped my toddler feel prepared. Debbie and Dr. Webb were caring and reassuring and explained everything in a way that made us feel comfortable. Debbie was especially gentle and took the time to make sure my little one felt safe. Fantastic experience: Our son never complains about going to the dentist now. They’ve done a great job on every procedure. They are all super friendly and Dr. Webb is very personable. Best of all they don’t have tv’s above every kids chair. They actually talk to the kids. (I believe they do have some with tvs if needed). Unfortunately, they recently quit being in network with our insurance and we have continued to go there because we’re so happy with them. Well worth the extra cost!

We originally moved from another pediatric dentist where my kid had to be sedated for a cavity- with Dr Webb, they could do it in the office with the tv on the ceiling instead. I received my reimbursement from my insurer 10 calendar days later. I didn’t have to do anything. Just got my check in the mail. *Original Review* Dr. Webb is the best. My daughter gets really anxious at the dentist but, he does such a great job of talking to her and keeping her calm. The staff are all just as kind and reassuring, from the moment you walk in until you leave. The waiting area has plenty of comfy seats, as well as kids books, and magazines for the adults. They provide sun glasses to shield young eyes from the bright exam lights, and even have tv’s on the ceiling where they can play a cartoon if that helps. Balloon animals on the way out don’t hurt either. LOL So glad we found this dentist for our little one. Highly recommend.

They discovered that an injury to her front tooth as a toddler had caused an injury inside that required them to remove the baby tooth. It was all unexpected, but they made my daughter feel comfortable and she even said she didn't feel a thing after it was done.

Fantastic experience: We were recently on a trip to Cincinnati (9 hours from our home) for some medical appointments for our daughter. Our 1 year old son fell and chipped his tooth. In a panic I called West Chester Dentistry to see if they felt it was an emergency to be seen. They could have easily taken advantage of us in this vulnerable situation and could have said to bring him in. Instead, the front desk asked us to send a photo for the doctor to see and then called to tell us they felt we could wait until we were home. I commend them and am thankful for their honesty in a situation like this and would DEFINITELY use their services in the future if we ever needed to. A++

Fantastic experience: First time dental appointment for our daughter, and it went surprisingly smooth. The entire staff was very friendly and made all of us feel comfortable. They had balloons, stickers, tvs, etc.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dentist office since the 90s when I was a kid. My 4 year old son needed a tooth extraction that his previous dentist was unsuccessful to get him to cooporate. Well Dr. Webb and his staff made my little guy feel welcome and comfortable. We were in and out in an hour without a single tear shed. My son is no longer in pain and I am so thankful they went the extra mile to help him feel right at home.

Fantastic experience: I was told my daughter, Lily, would need to be fully sedated (by our family dentist) for some dental work she needed. I thought that seemed a bit excessive as the work was more on the minor side.I looked into WPD after a family member raved about them. Well, my daughter had ALL of her work completed, without anesthesia (over 2 sessions) and sat like a champ! The staff were so warm, kind and talked her through everything as they moved along. Although, they are out-of-network for us — it was worth every penny to ensure my daughter felt comfortable and didn’t develop a fear of going to the dentist like most children and some adults have! They even sent her home with a couple of sword balloons for her and her little sister! Kept them entertained for hours! Thank you Dr. Webb and Angie!

Fantastic experience: We came to West Chester Pediatric Denistry for some pretty extensive work on my six year old (several cavities, two teeth pulled). Everything and everyone was wonderful and so helpful - from being upfront and transparent on cost, to animal balloons for my nervous kiddo, to Dr. Webb and his patience and care. I’m sad they’re dropping our insurance soon (Delta ) but hands down would recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Dr. Webb since my son was little. He and Dr. Reddy are wonderful dentists. The dental hygienists and office workers are friendly and helpful and make my children feel special each time we visit. My 4 year old needed significant dental work with anesthesia and Dr. Webb did wonderfully with her, but what was most special was that he called from home to check on her. He is such a kind man. We would recommend this office to anyone.

He came highly recommended and after our first visit, we could see why! He went above and beyond making sure my girl was not just comfortable but giggling and smiling! The hygienists/admins are wonderful too! If you are looking for a dentist that’s knowledgeable and to truly care about your babies, this is definitely the place to go!

I asked around & was referred to this practice. Then I seen they have 5 stars.. This place will not disappoint they were Soo friendly from the time we hit the door someone was waiting for us at the door an opened it since I had a wagon stroller, my kids laughed and were very comfortable. & Then they gave them cute balloons at the end. This place is amazing from the Dr to the dental assistants, everyone's seems to actually LOVE their job & what they do!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Update to my review: My daughter fell and I thought she knocked her tooth out (turns out it went back up into her gum). The office was closed for the holidays but Dr. Webb still met us at the office to examine her and get X-rays. Nothing shows more commitment to patients than going into work on a holiday! Thank you, Dr. Webb! Great hygienist, great dentist, no wait time and in and out very quickly. We had a great experience! The TV on the ceiling and balloon animals are an added bonus!

Fantastic experience: My son has been scared of the dentist so we tried somewhere new. Let me tell you how welcoming and accommodating the entire staff was! Everyone we talked to was above and beyond nice. This is THE best dentist we’ve ever been to hands down. He had a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Due to a bad experience at a different dentist office, my 3 year old daughter is petrified of the dentist. From the moment we walked it, everyone was so nice and made my nervous toddler feel so comfortable and at ease. Despite having to have some uncomfortable dental work done, she still LOVED it! I would 100% recommend this office for anyone with kiddos who aren’t fond of going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: The office staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The entire staff does a wonderful job taking care of my son’s teeth. He is a non-verbal autistic child , which makes cleanings a dreadful experience. The staff does a wonderful job being super kind and welcoming and most importantly thorough and quick.

Fantastic experience: Debbie did a great job with my 4.5yo daughter! She was able to recommend products to better help us with her super tight teeth and made my daughter feel very comfortable. She worked efficiently and just did a great job! Dr Reddy reviewed everything and was super kind and helpful as we discussed upcoming X-rays in the spring. We absolutely love the is place and recommend them without any hesitation!

Fantastic experience: My daughter really hates going to the dentist. She doesn’t like the tastes of the stuff they use and it makes her really uncomfortable going. Today, her hygienist “tried to figure out how to make the dentist a less hated experience for me and I feel like No one has ever tried to do that before”. I love people who go out of their way to make other people’s experiences better…even when that’s not exactly their required job. I had a happy girl so I’m a happy mama!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Webb and his team are amazing. Not only do they do everything possible to make the children feel at comfortable during their visits but they are thorough in their care, patient with explaining updates and options and most of all, they are compassionate people.

Fantastic experience: This place is unreal of how fantastic they are. My twin girls moved to their big girl beds and one had a fun accident that resulted in me calling the emergency number after hours. Not ONLY did I get an immediate call back but ALSO received a text to just check in over the weekend. Did I also mention we were a few weeks away from being “official” patient for two more weeks as our first appointment is not until later this month. Sooooo needless to say I need to figure out how to disguise myself as a pediatric patient so I can go with my kids lol!
