Fantastic experience: Great staff. They make you feel comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with experience. Had the same dentist in low state for over 20 years, but he retired. So new dentist office was necessary. So a lot of research. Very impressed with the courtesy and professional greeting, the dental technician had reviewed my previously sent records and was prepared, friendly and professional, and the doctor was attentive and thorough, and check out was smooth. Everyone i encountered from greeting to checkout was friendly and smiling. The vibe I saw in the office was very positive. I withhold naming them not knowing if that would be desired on their part, but really an A-1 experience! Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic experience: We (entire family) have been coming here for many years, this is the place to be. We love everyone that works here, they know us by name, they are very much family. No issues, and even if there were, they would help with solutions.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I have ever had!! All of the staff was friendly, personable and professional. I saw Dr Caldwell and Jill today for my procedure. I came in a little anxious but those fears were put to rest with their compassionate treatment and clear explanations. I felt at ease and secure knowing I was being treated at a caring top notch office. Kathy at checkout is awesome as well! So thankful for Family Dental Health of Easley!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Dentist for years now. Melanie is my latest Dental Hygienist and is very bright and personable, remembers everything and has a gentle touch. Never once have I felt they were selling me services I didn’t need. This place is the best.

I'm one of many that simply doesn't like going to the dentist or any sort of Dr but Dr Rice and the staff at Family Dental Health have the most kind, understanding mannerisms which helps ease the dread of any needed dental work. Fantastic experience: I was impressed the minute I walked in. It was a very friendly family atmosphere. I had called around to try and schedule an appointment before Christmas to have my partial relined. No other place would accommodate me because they didn't make the original. Family Dental got me in and Lori, the very experienced dental assistant, did an amazing reline. I had been dealing with the poor fit for quite a while and now I'm so pleased. My bite is so much better and I can chew without a problem. Lori was so nice to talk with also. I was blessed to chat with her while I waited for everything to be done. I am mistrusting of our dental and medical profession these days but I'm checking to see if my insurance in the new year will allow me to use Family Dental of Easley for my dental care. I highly recommend them.

The entire staff, whether it’s the front or back office are terrific. The doctors are absolutely wonderful. This is a kind, caring, courteous office, that delivers wonderful dental services. Fantastic experience: I am in the process of switching over to Family Dental Health from another dentist. My first checkup was not scheduled until a couple of months from now. I actually had an emergency issue come up over the weekend. I called Monday and was given an emergency appointment for 8am the next day. The entire staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Rice was also amazing as well. Very thorough and professional. I am very satisfied and would certainly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: This was my first dental appointment here since moving to SC. The office staff was professional, warm and friendly. Kathy, the dental hygienist is amazing! Gentle, thorough and concerned about my comfort. Dr. Rice is professional and thorough. I’ve been getting dental care and cleanings every six months my entire adult life and I just realized how mediocre my care has been. I would recommend this group to everyone.

Deanna does my cleanings and is so gentle and provides great tips to keep my teeth strong. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Positive experience: Hygienist outstanding. Dr.was rushed, not a gentle touch with his hands. Abruptly stretched my mouth and did not respond when I commented. Is that your standard chairside manner? Not a fan.

Fantastic experience: Dr Moss & his assistant were professional and friendly. They did a good job. One lady at the desk wasn’t so friendly but everyone else was very nice. Maybe she had a bad day. She didn’t seem to want to accept that I had just discussed with Dr Moss what my balance was, not what she said it was. I did not get her name. It was minor.

I am currently getting dental implants and Dr Caldwell is so meticulous and helpful, he has been straight forward and explained every step of the procedure. His nurses are all friendly and professional. Never once did I feel awkward for being there.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist is certainly the best I have ever been to. It was very thorough, very professional, and didn't hurt at all. For me, in the past, with other hygienists, it was always a painful experience. This was absolutely the best cleaning I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: I don’t recall the woman who did my cleaning but when I tell you she was so gentle and thorough with my cleaning! I came in feeling like the trident dirty mouth left feeling like I had the cleanest mouth on the block!

Fantastic experience: First time to FDH and had a great experience! Deanna (I think??) was my hygienist and she was great. Friendly and explained everything she was doing; she was very gentle and made sure I wasn’t too uncomfortable! I’ll be glad to come back in 6 months 6 month update: happy to see Deanna again. My husband also had his wisdom teeth removal here a month ago and their customer service is great! Good people and care

Fantastic experience: I chipped my tooth on Tuesday and was worried I wouldn't be able to find an appointment soon enough. I reached out to Family Dental via email and they were able to get me in right away! They were extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating! 10/10 would recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Staff was very friendly and professional. I am in a wheelchair and they were very attentive to my special needs in assisting me from my wheelchair to the dental chair, carrying my extra items, opening doors, insuring my transport was waiting on me etc.. All with a smile no hint that I was "putting them out" in any way. There was practically no wait time from arrival to being taken back into a room and the exam was very thorough. The recommended procedures, options and cost were explained in detail, allowing me to make an informed decison for my best course of action.

Fantastic experience: Words fall short in expressing my wonderful experience at Family Dental. From the friendly receptionist to Dr.Caldwell & his assistant Jill, who performed a complicated removal of three teeth plus integrating a bone graph, my experience was great! Dr. Caldwell is a master of his trade. I felt no pain whatsoever and he did an incredible job stitching the synthetic material into my mouth for the bone graph. Additionally, the office is marvelously decorated and makes one feel they are at a friend's house with exceptional taste rather than a dentist's office. My sincere thanks, Al Pontani

Fantastic experience: Staff were great. Dr is super nice and very knowledgeable. I am not a fan of the dentist just from previous trauma that I’ve experienced but this one proved me wrong, not all dentists are bad. Definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and follow up appointments were within 2 weeks. It was busy and seeing the Dentist initially was a little slow, but once they got going everything went like clockwork.

Fantastic experience: I was having what I consider a "dental emergency". A toothache had been nagging me and when I called and said I was having a problem the set me up for an appointment within about 15 minutes. They checked me out and we've set up a follow up visit for this problem. I'm sure there may be cases where it may have taken longer but this quick check was exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Love this dental practice! I was faced with a dental emergency, and my long-time, deeply trusted dentist was off to retirement. Lucky for me, I located FDH and Dr. Rice through an internet search. I was seen promptly and cared for with the same skill, kindness, gentleness, and excellence that I had so appreciated from my former dentist. I highly recommend FDH and Dr. Rice.

The staff was very accommodating, Attentive, a very knowledgeable of the requirements that needed to be performed and gave good information and made me feel welcomed into having whatever I need it done to my teeth. I would Definitely recommend this location for anyone needing any type of dental work. It’s not often that you go somewhere that they made you feel welcome.
