Receptionist greeted me with an warm and friendly smile and very professional, the lady who assisted the doctor who performed the work on my mouth went above and beyond to make me comfortable, she made sure I was ok and even listened to me telling her about my pain, she offered me a snack and water, because I was feeling nauseous. I do apologize for not remembering her name. The doctor very friendly and greeted me with a friendly hand shake and very professional and explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. I was definitely comfortable being there and I will recommend my family and friends to seek their services.

Negative experience: My husband was referred to them for dental work by the VA. He is wheelchair bound and required transportation at the cost of $200. After waiting 45 minutes they said they didn’t have enough information from the VA to look at him. I will not recommend Stonehaven dental to anyone!! No way to treat a veteran!!

We somehow got to talking about food and I left with some homemade egg rolls from their work potluck..(I didn’t ask for them, they offered) I’ll definitely be looking to make this my new home spot for dental work

And I fully trust them to help me take the best care of my teeth possible. Today I met Dr. Dang for the first time, and he seems to be just as nice and good at what he does as the rest of the crew! Negative experience: "I was scheduled for an 8:00 a.m. hygiene appointment at Stonehaven Dental in Hewitt Texas. I was brought into the back and left waiting in the exam room for well over half an hour. I didn't mind the wait as much as the fact that every staff member who walked by completely ignored me. A simple 'we're running behind, sorry about the wait' would have made a difference. The lack of basic customer service and respect for a patient's time is astonishing. Would not recommend."

They always arrange appointments quickly, so I never have to suffer from tooth pain for days before seeing the dentist. I’ve had extractions, fillings, crowns, and cleanings done here. Everything was handled professionally and with great care. Dr. Dang and his team make every visit comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would. I’m going to start by saying I’m terrified of the dentist after many prior bad experiences. It’s been 10 years since I have been seen anywhere. I chose Stonehaven from Delta Dentals list and looked at a few reviews. I can’t express how happy I am with my choice. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from Amanda in front to Bri in back and Dr. Dang was just wonderful. I have issues that I have needed to address for so long and it made my anxiety level so high. All the staff made me comfortable and feel safe. Everything was explained in detail. Amanda went over a cost and procedure plan for my future visits. Bri did an extensive cleaning and was so gentle it wasn’t bad at all. If I had known it could be like this I wouldn’t have waited 10 years. Thank you Stonehaven. You have renewed my faith in good dental offices! Highly recommend!!

Positive experience: Dentist, who wants to go to the Dentist. This was my fourth visit for my update and checkup, I thought I knew who my dentist was after the third visit and we had built a dentist-patient understanding on my treatment going forward. Especially after my most recent dental work performed, everyone was so nice and sincere. Then came my most recent cleaning and my new dentist, without consulting any of my previous records, he was quick to diagnose and worst of all, he would not listen. Unfortunately such an experience with a medical professional concerns me as a patient, I understand fully from such a large practice to have multiple dentists on staff and the need to divide and conquer; take the time to review your patient’s file after they have invested their time and their money choosing you for their dental needs and practice active listening along with emotional intelligence.

Fantastic experience: Love the staff here!!! So kind and professional and down to earth!!! The office is clean, the restroom was spotless and had what you needed for oral care in it. The location is convenient and they gave me flowers and a coffee mug when I left!!!

Everyone knows their job, and I particularly liked the way the staff communicates with each other and the acts of kindness I saw as they interacted. Always checking up to see if someone needed help or something from the stockroom (like gloves -requested and delivered. Saved my hygienist a trip when she needed a new pair.). Top shop. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 2 years, So to say, I was a little apprehensive is an understatement. From the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted so, pleasantly by the front staff. In the friendly and calming atmosphere only continued until I was lead back to do x-rays by a wonderful assistant named Brandi, Who was warm, happy and very very friendly. Once I was seated, I quickly was able to visit with another hygienist named Bri, Who was also warm and extremely friendly. The Doctor Town came in and reviewed my dental issues and gave me encouragement and hope towards the future so I can have a perfect smile. He was very professional and straightforward. I didn’t get my teeth cleaned by the hygienist bri, Who had an extremely soft touch. I can’t recommend Stonehaven enough for their professionalism and friendly atmosphere. They create.

Fantastic experience: Best and most thorough dentist visit I have ever had!!! All of staff was very friendly from scheduling through the end of the visit. Every procedure I needed was explained with uses of X-rays and photos taken. Dr Town was extremely thorough in his diagnosis again using the photos and X-rays. There was no pressure to do the recommended procedures. I highly recommend Stonehaven for your dental needs.

Negative experience: Arrived to my appointment today to be informed that it had been cancelled due to an emergency the hygienist had. I understand these things happen; however, the only notice I received was a single missed phone call the day prior (in the middle of the workday, no less)– there was no voicemail, email, or notice that indicated the appointment was being cancelled. I'm a busy law student who had to miss a class to attend my appointment, so I find this conduct to be highly inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Had a crown come off Sunday. Made an appt for Thursday to have the dentist put it back on. Got a call Wednesday saying my appointment was canceled without any attempt at rescheduling. After calling over and over, I was told the only appointment available, despite my circumstances, was March. I had an exposed nerve from the crown coming off. The woman on the phone told me I should just call other dentists to see if they would help me. Never coming back and would advise others to choose another practice, god forbid they have an emergency and are told to wait 6 weeks.

She is also clear about the end goal & the results, like when she was monitoring the last few weeks of my ortho treatment & she explained the methods used to close the gaps, which is always helpful & reassuring when you want to be in the know about your teeth’s status and alignment progress.
