Fantastic experience: My first visit to Dupont Family Dentistry was during the week of veterans day 2018. I liked it there so much I decided to return to have a crown replaced. All I can say is WOW! I have never been to a more friendly, efficient office in my lifetime. Not only was the crown replacement done well, it was also done quickly. What really impressed me was Dr Diehl's original estimate included building up the tooth so the crown had stability. Once he had removed the crown he saw that was not necessary. That saved me around $300. Also the work he did was exemplary. The appearance, color & fit were perfect. I highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I had some miscommunication between my finances and how to pay as in the past I’ve had no issue setting up payments to get auto drafted. This isn’t an issue or needs addressed. I had been given a chance by this dentist in getting payments set up with no insurance. So today I’m sorry if I caused a little issue between setting up payments. You all are in the right with doing your best to not get stiffed. So I want to thank all the ladies and to understand that when I said it was difficult that they weren’t the issue. They weren’t difficult. But please tell them all a huge thank you. The staff has always done we well. Since you guys took a chance on me a couple years ago. I will not let that down. So thank you. So much. The whole team.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place. I'm autistic, and so medical visits can be highly stressful for me, but both of the dentists who helped me were so kind and patient, plus I was happily surprised with their menu of accommodations. By the time I had to get my fillings, I was listening to ambient music with my headphones, with a weighted blanket and a lavender-scented towel. It was as relaxing as a dentist appointment can be.

Fantastic experience: After sleeping through my appointment, the office called me and told me to come in and I'd be worked in as much as possible. The whole operation looks first rate. The hygienist made sure to explain everything she was doing and took great care of me. I am new to the area and was looking for my new dentist. If this is how Dupont Family Dentistry operates, I have found my permanent dentist office.

Negative experience: Dr. Diehl and his staff definitely provide good dental work and are usually friendly. I've been going to them for a few years and I just started to feel like their prices were crazy high (especially when I chat and compare with friends who also go to local private practices), and every time I go in they tell me I have 8 or 9 new cavities which I know is just over the top and not reality (sort of like when a mechanic is pushing to do extra work that you don't actually need). I was also very disappointed to see that, although he has enough money to buy the space next door and renovate, he decided to drop the clergy discount which was something low like 5% off anyway. Don't go here if you are concerned about spending thousands of dollars on unnecessary work to pay for his new renovations.

The most important thing to me in any type of care I receive is how I am treated by doctors and staff and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I met with Dr. Ghori and Megan and they were both so wonderful. They listened to my concerns and asked questions not only about my past dental care and dental health but also about my own wellbeing and concerns I had about receiving care. I left feeling much less nervous and also confident that I will receive the best care in more ways than one. Thank you for your professionalism but especially for your caring attitudes. So greatly appreciated, you have no idea.

My experience with the Dentist and Dental Assistant was absolutely outstanding. They were both wonderful. The procedure to place a temporary cap went very smoothly and I’ll be back next week for the permanent. Without question Dupont Family Dentistry will be Dentists going forward. Fantastic experience: My mom Connie Toenings had put off replacing her old dentures for too many years due to the unpleasant and painful procedures. Things changed in December 2024 when she was listening to the car radio and heard Dr. Diehl talk about his method of in-house measuring and manufacturing dentures. Within a few days she got the ball rolling and after about a month of “magic”, her beautiful new dentures are all done and she has a big smile on her face. Thanks to Dr Dave and his amazing staff, mealtime is a happy time and discomfort is a thing of the past. Everyone at DuPont Family Dentistry is not only extremely efficient, but also very pleasant and fun to work with. If you are putting off getting dentures, or new dentures, my mom would highly recommend you make a call to Dr David Diehl and start smiling again.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST dentist office by far. I have never experienced such great care and treatment. The staff is extremely friendly and they provide a very relaxing g atmosphere.

Negative experience: The dentists and hygienists are so nice and welcoming and always make you feel comfortable. However the reception/check out desk is a different story; when asked to give new insurance, the lady made me feel as if it was inconvenience when that is her job, and was completely rude when being asked questions about the new insurance. I’ve never been somewhere and felt that way. So my whole family is now leaving. I wish the dentists/hygienists would see how their receptionists treat their patients. I don’t remember her name but she was blonde and was completely rude. There was no reason for the receptionist to act that way and I have never felt so out of place when checking out.

Fantastic experience: They got me in early. They took the extra time to get off a difficult existing crown. Matched my new crown color right on and it fit perfectly. Everyone very friendly and courteous.

Fantastic experience: I originally chose DuPont Family Dentistry when I first moved to Fort Wayne, because Dr. Diehl had the same name as a good high school friend of mine. I’ve been going to them for three years now, and I always have the best experience. I mostly see Sarah, as my hygienist, and Dr. Feasel, but today I saw Meagan and Kris, and (yikes, I didn’t catch the other gal’s name… so sorry!), as well as Dr. Feasel. Of course my experience was just as great as all the times before. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, and everyone is always very friendly. You are greeted with smiles every time.

Fantastic experience: I felt at ease as soon as I laid back in the Chair. While I told the dental hygienist as much as I could about my past dental experiences, she took ex rays and listened attentively. Being my first visit with Dupont Family Dentistry, I was made to feel welcome and was given a lot of time. The Doctor came in and looked at the ex rays and pictures with me and explained what was going on with my teeth, mouth, jaw, and bite. She was very concerned with the issues I had and helped me plan treatment. I am going back soon to fix my problems and can't wait to get started. Nice people and nice place.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for many years, and they always do a great job. I enjoy the gentle, and comfortable cleaning techniques and options available. I also like the convenience and high technology they have that allows them to make a crown and complete it all at once, without having to come back for a second visit. They have great pain blocking drugs too, because in the past, I have experienced different levels of pain with dental work, but now, I am very comfortable if I have any work done that requires pain blocking. Big kudos for this! Also, the staff is excellent overall, and Dr. Dave is great! Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: First visit, but everyone is genuinely sweet and put me at ease immediately. They have the latest tech (digital 3d oral scans and in house crown-making). The waiting room is a little cramped, but everything else is 10/10!
