Positive experience: Reviewing for my son who had his wisdom teeth removed. Overall, the process was quick and the communication afterwards has been great. The communication before the procedure was excessive and annoying, though. They text, call, and email with the same information incessantly. The final straw for me was the text we received the day before the procedure that said “This is a final reminder…. Having food or water in your stomach could affect sedation and lead to catastrophic events (including death).” That was a completely inappropriate text message and should not be sent out, especially to young kids who are already anxious about going in for their first procedure. You should not send out a TEXT message telling a patient they may die. As someone in the healthcare industry, I need to tell you to speak to whoever decided to send this out and change your wording. Totally and completely inappropriate.

Fantastic experience: Currently recovering from wisdom teeth but they did awesome! My dentist was my dad’s old neighbor so I had faith in him. 10/10 would do again (if I grew 4 more wisdom teeth)

Fantastic experience: Put off getting my teeth removed for six years, finally got them removed after days of looking at other places reviews. On the day of my appointment they were very friendly, and were nice and trying to give me information to make me less nervous. I wasn't even there that long, maybe an hour total, and that's the surgery + paperwork. Don't remember my nurses' name, but he was also a sweetheart. Same with the anesthesiologist Id recommend them to anyone, and that's coming from someone who absolutely hates dentists.

Fantastic experience: My husband needed his 2 wisdom teeth removed because they were causing alot of pain and they were able to get him in a couple days later.It took about 30-40 min and his surgery and recovery were great. And its very affordable. Other places wanted around 2k and here is was only $700 but with insurance it was cheaper. The only thing was it was a little sketchy over the phone making the appointment and all the info but it saved alot of time when you get to the office.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and great staff! They took both of my bottom wisdom teeth and they were pretty impacted. I did have some days that were wore than others but over all it was very minimal pain. The post op chat was nice to be able to message them for any concerns that I had during my recovery process. I’m about a week post op and I am back to my normal self and don’t really have any pain! I would recommend these wisdom teeth guys to anyone that is needing to get their wisdom teeth out!

Positive experience: I was in and out, the team was very nice very professional. My only issue with the entire experience is that I specifically asked for both teeth pulled to be given to me and I was conveniently only give the tooth that was giving me pain and that had cracked on retrieval, but my top wisdom tooth that had no issues outside of just being too big for my bite was not given to me. I asked to keep my wisdom teeth after extraction because of my religious beliefs, but the staff did not return them and I was informed beforehand that I was able to keep them both. I believe it’s important for patients to be asked about their religious or personal preferences regarding the disposition of their extracted teeth, and to receive clear communication about what will happen. I was disappointed that this was not respected in my case. Other than that, good experience. Experienced and professional team on all other fronts.

Fantastic experience: Got my wisdom teeth out later than usual, the wisdom teeth guys were super helpful in making it a quick and easy process. I went in extremely nervous and came out relieved. They removed 3 teeth and I was only put to sleep for about 45 minutes. Everyone provided me the information I needed and the doctors were all very understanding and patient. As he was leaving the office. The only thing I wish was that they gave me a copy of instructions so I wouldn’t forget once I got home. But that’s is just me. Fantastic experience: Best dental experience! Everyone from the front desk to the surgeon were kind and clear. I was taken back briefly after checking in and was told the post operation instructions, they were very nice and helped me feel calm. I then had my x-ray done by two sweet ladies and in less 30 minutes of checking in they were getting ready to start the actual operation. The anesthesiologist and surgeon were very clear and also non-judgmental when asking questions. I usually get scared with needles but I barely felt anything when they put in the IV. There was the possibility of complications, but everything worked out amazing! I am on day five of my recovery, my swelling is almost completely gone and healing is going great! A special thank you to Tori for being so friendly when I was loopy coming out of anesthesia!

Negative experience: My god. Where do i even begin? My husband and i scheduled at the Layton location, same time. They sedated my husband, and the dentist made a crude comment “This is your x-ray? oh you wouldn’t wanna be the next guy.” Right in front of me, visibly anxious already. I made sure to make him uncomfortable with a response to one of his questions, which he definitely deserved. Knowing how bad my wisdom teeth were made sedation for me a lot harder. I knew already mine were going to be hard, but i saying to my husband he’s lucky he isn’t me was definitely, uncomfortable. I was shaking, i kept pulling my hand back during sedation, and she made my best friend leave the room and i heard her say “I don’t want her in here.” When i woke up, i was screaming because i thought i was 14 again, going through the most traumatic event in my life. She came back there to help me calm down, and the nurse asked why she was there. THE DOCTOR sent her back because i was absolutely petrified and i didn’t know where i was. My friend finally explained to her that i was raped at 14 and had a surgical abortion and that’s why i was acting the way i was. Honestly, it felt like i went through the abortion all over again. 10 years of trying to get over it, erased in 30-45 minutes. All day i had a feeling of impending doom, and this was why. I didn’t know, but today would be the second worst day of my entire life. I wish i never scheduled the appointment, i wish i never showed up. I hope today was a good demonstration of what trauma looks like, and staff can use that to better the treatment for patients like me. Thank you to the doctor who i originally clashed with at the beginning of my appointment for assuring me it wasn’t my fault. I still feel horrible and embarrassed, Hopefully the nurses can follow in your footsteps, especially the women on your team. I’m sorry my trauma was such an annoyance to my nurse. I surely will not recommend this place to any other survivors, id hate for them to “annoy” you too.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Wisdom Teeth Guys, they made the problematic and long healing process of removing all four wisdom teeth quite convenient and affordable! Making the appointment was no problem, it took them about 15-20 minutes to remove all four teeth, they provided me with all the necessary information beforehand, the staff was very nice and they made sure the whole procedure for me was as painless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone facing the same issues wisdom teeth cause and provide people with an easier solution than most.

Fantastic experience: The whole process was very fast. I went into their building, signed all consent forms and within 10 minutes I was getting my x-rays done and sitting in the chair ready to start. I have a history of nausea post anesthesia and any kind of medications but the IV they place in the patient already has anti-nausea medications! So I ended up completely fine. I also felt a lot of comfort having multiple professionals around me. The assistant, the nurse, the anesthesiologist and the doctor were all around me and I couldn't have asked for a better team. If I am correct, it was Dr. Jones. Once I fell asleep in 10 seconds, the whole surgery was done in 30 minutes. Everything went well and it was super fast. The building was also very clean. Just follow the post op instructions and you should heal faster than most people. Definitely recommend this place because of the professionals, cleanliness and because they all had experience in catering to patients post surgery. The best part is their text message portal where they reach out once you're settled at home. I texted them at least five different questions and Jessica answered in the quickest, friendliest way. I had a really good experience here and felt like they really cared because they always asked thoughtful questions.

Fantastic experience: The Wisdom Teeth guys were wonderful. I was able to schedule my son 1 week in advance. They walked me through everything on the phone, sent reminders, and were very professional once we arrived. They took us right back, did an x-ray, and explained everything that they were going to do. A nurse gave us more gauze and explained the after care, while another nurse got his IV in, then I left the room and he was done in 15 minutes. They sent us home with a paper explaining everything from day to day of how things might go and the medication schedule. We are very happy with them.

Negative experience: My brother recently went in to have his wisdom teeth removed. The whole operation was fairly quick and he said the experience was really good once he was in the chair. The prep and aftercare was atrocious however, the tech or nurse or whatever her title is had AirPods in while brining us back and the little information she gave us about post op procedure was not enough verbal instructions for two people who had never experienced anyone having this procedure before. While taking us back, getting him in the chair, and wheeling him outside it was very clear (especially as she was pausing and playing her music) that she had little to no care for the well being of my brother. I understand she probably sees a dozen people in a day but when dealing with people going into surgery’s it his her job to care After this experience I won’t be there for my own wisdom teeth and I will recommend against going to this place The rest of the staff was very helpful and kind but this one tech ruined the entire image of the business Two weeks post surgery: my brother finally explored the area where his wisdom teeth where, and they left a piece of his tooth, they didn’t even get it all the way out He spent two weeks with it jabbing him to worried about damaging the healing to check what it was

Fantastic experience: I called in to schedule my consult/surgery and they were very pleasant! They had appointments available within 1-2 weeks which I loved because my wisdom teeth needed to come out asap. Dr. Jones, the crna, and dental assistant were all so nice and great to work with. I was in and out within 1.5 hours, and I was told my extraction took less than 25 minutes. These guys are pros!! I would highly recommend! They gave such clear post op instructions, and told me they’d be available if something went wrong after I left, or just if I had questions in general. Between the price and the customer service I would definitely recommend to anyone I know needed their wisdom teeth out!

Fantastic experience: You search on google for “wisdom teeth removal.” You see an ad for “The Wisdom Teeth Guys.” You say to yourself, “what an unusual, but fitting name. Are these guys for real?” If this is you so far, go ahead and book an appointment with them. I had an incredible experience. I had all four removed. My post-op recovery was successful because of detailed instructions they provided and their availability to answer my questions. I’m going to do my friends and family a favor and refer them here. 1 million out of 5. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! They have a convenient web chat that you can use to talk with them about any concerns you have. They responded quickly and were very helpful. For my experience, I’m 28 and so my wisdom teeth were fully rooted. Even with the late extraction my pain has been minimal and swelling has also been very minimal. Plus I was only bleeding the day of the surgery. I’m only a week into my recovery but I am able to chew a bit and I’m starting to get back to my usual routine. The whole appointment took about 1 hour but I was only out for about 15 minutes. All in all these guys know their stuff and because of their great work my recovery experience has been way better than I could have thought. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Wisdom teeth guys did an amazing job . I am such a big cry baby when it comes to pain and I get so much anxiety especially when I need to be put to sleep. Wisdom teeth guys made it so easy and smooth from the time I got in to the time I got out. Recovery so far has been smooth little sore but nothing as crazy as I thought it would be. I would recommend them to anyone, going to be scheduling my husbands for next week as well.

Fantastic experience: Wisdom teeth guys have been so awesome! My son has an antibiotic allergy and I usually always have to stop and constantly remind Dr's not to prescribe certain medicines. Wisdom teeth guys reminded me at check in that they had it written down. The nurse reminded me she had it written, the anesthesiologist had it written, and even the Dentist had it written. This is huge for me and made me feel so comfortable. All staff was so nice! Surgery took about 30 minutes. A staff member wheeled my kid out to the car and even loaded him. They sent him home all wrapped up already with ice, extra gauze , and syringe to wash the sockets out.We've been getting checkup texts quit often in case we have concerns, even an after hour number is given. These guys lessened my child's and my anxiety with dentists!!! Instructions given were so easy to follow and answer almost any question you could have. I will always recommend Wisdom teeth guys!!!

Fantastic experience: Very easy, great work, and no problems. They tell you exactly what you need to do before and after surgery. They also provide a chat support to check up on how the teeth are healing and how you are doing. You can also ask questions through that chat which makes things a lot less stressful.

Fantastic experience: Great staff! We went in for my son's wisdom teeth extraction. All four! As a mom, I was so nervous taking my son in . It was done within 30 minutes. Couldn't believe it! They gave me their number to contact them if we had any needs post extraction . I did reach out to them a couple times quite late in the night and they reassured me everything that was happening was normal and to keep icing. Great staff, great support, great experience! Fantastic experience: I was EXTREMELY nervous to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I have a fear if needles and was so scared i might wake during the procedure. Thankfully Kevin is an amazing anesthesiologist and assured me he has been doing this for 23 years which calmed me a lot. Fantastic experience: As someone with anxiety about dying from anesthesia, Kevin was THE BEST! He was super sweet, reassured me that he hasn’t killed anyone yet and he was not going to break that streak today! lol. I was in and out, maybe 30-45 minutes, everyone was very nice and made me feel safe and comfortable. Obviously it’s painful taking these bad boys out so there is always going to be discomfort but they gave me the best advice to remain comfortable and as pain free as possible! P.s. Fantastic experience: We had a great experience, as great as you can have when you get your wisdom teeth out. Dr. Jones is the best doc & easy to talk to. All of our questions were answered before we even asked & they got us in & out quickly. It’s been nice to be able to text the post-op text line for questions after we got home & responses are quick.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I would recommend to everyone, they were very easy to work and everyone was friendly. Davis was incredible, he was very patient and did a great job at distracting me before being put under. After my removal they were still fantastic, I could text them anytime with questions and they always got back to me very quickly! The surgery was quick and I had no swelling!

Fantastic experience: The Wisdom Teeth Guys were awesome! The procedure was fast, professional, and simple. They have you fill out paperwork before you go in so you know what the cost will be. I love that everything is done in 1 appointment and you don’t have to go in multiple times. Everything was explained well before the procedure and we were in and out of there within 1 hour and 15 minutes total. Amazing!!!! Recovery has been a breeze for my daughter. With minimal swelling and not much pain! They did such a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wisdom teeth Guys were amazing the office staff was very kind and great work with. They were able to get my son in within a week. He was in their office less than 45 minutes and in the chair less than 20 minutes from start to finish. They were great to work with and very informative with my son telling him everything to expect. They sent us home with everything he would need for a successful recovery. Giving him completely expectations to his healing timeline. It went perfectly. We’d highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience. My kiddo had 4 wisdom teeth removed today & was very nervous about the procedure. The anesthesiologist, dentist, and support team all took time to answer my questions and helped us to understand the process and expectations. I always appreciate more information than necessary and the team was very patient and happy to answer questions. We were there about an hour, but the actual procedure was pretty quick. Kiddo is recovering well, we have followed the OTC Ibuprofen/Tylenol recommendations and no pain so far.

Fantastic experience: It was a super fast surgery and all the staff were lovely and helpful! I’m only on day 2 of recovery but they check in on you and if you have any questions they are more than happy to help! Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Boyfriend went in recently to get 3 wisdom teeth removed, he was very nervous to have these teeth extracted. All the staff made sure he knew what was going to happen and answered our questions throughly. Definitely recommend getting your teeth out there.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience! Healing process is going well, no swelling, they are affordable, it was a very fast procedure, pain was and is about a 1 out of 10, they provided me with enough supplies, gave me and my mom crystal clear instructions and repeated them as much as i needed, they comforted me when I came out of sedation, and i can contact them with any concerns i may have. I enjoyed talking to everyone in the office, they were all very kind, patient, and very caring. I highly, highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My son is 14 with 5 wisdom teeth and was SO nervous to get his wisdom teeth out so young. The dentist came in and talked to him and reassured him they were ready to come out. The whole thing was so fast. The office staff and nurses were very nice also. They send you home with a very informative paper with all the answers to the questions you would have. They also text a few hours after the procedure and the following day. I have already recommended them to friends/family. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: In and out. Quick and easy. They explained the procedure and aftercare really well. My only suggestion would be to send home a little more aftercare items. Such as reusable ice packs or a reusable head wrap so that I didn’t have to run to the store to grab needed items or maybe send a suggestion list for aftercare. The staff was great and easy to work with.

Positive experience: The Wisdom Teeth Guys did awesome! They helped my daughter, who is deathly afraid of needles, relax so they could put in the IV. They were quick and efficient. We were in and out with in an hour. They did great work and know what they're doing.
