Negative experience: Judy Turk is okay, she listens to what you need. After having adjustments to my dentures Dr. Paz gives me a referral to another to see if I am a candidate for implants. Well implants start at 2100.00 per tooth, plus any additional sevices you ma need. Just to get a consultation I need 200.00 don't have. I can only say run as fast as you away from this facility.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience elsewhere with a poor cavity filling and pain while eating. I came to Atascocita Family Smiles for a second opinion and Dr Pham noticed right away the filling was done incorrectly. She removed it and redid the work same day! It already feels much more comfortable. She explained things well and had a calming manner. Judy Turk was awesome while working me up and Lorraine was very helpful getting me scheduled right away. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Your front desk personnel displayed a lack of empathy. I had specifically informed her that I was experiencing issues with a root canal and was told that they would evaluate me and proceed accordingly. After undergoing x-rays and incurring a $125 charge, I was informed that they do not perform re-treatments and that I needed to be referred to a specialist. Given my considerable pain and need for an endodontics appointment, I requested my x-rays to expedite the process and secure the soonest available appointment. However, I was told that it would take 48 hours. Unfortunately, my pain was disregarded, and my request for medical records seemed to cause annoyance, as evidenced by the front desk personnel's visible frustration, including eye-rolling. I received 2 pictures via email after informing her I would complete payment once I received medical records. Dental assistant was extremely nice and helpful.

It was fast and easy judy Turk and Dr Pham made sure I didn’t feel no pain for that i am so grateful because I was already in bad pain with my tooth but they made it fast simple and easy to get it removed . Fantastic experience: This place is great! I’ve been to a lot of dentists and this one is by far the best! They got me in and out, they had my insurance verified, and had my pricing immediately after finding out what work needed to be done. They got the cleaning and filling done the same day. It’s literally a one stop shop and none of that having to leave and come back if they can avoid it. I believe the hygienist name was Yvonne and she was wonderful; very kind and gentle! The dentist, Dr. Pham, was also very pleasant and friendly. It’s a welcoming office with good vibes and I’m so glad I found it.

Negative experience: Atascocita Smiles feels warm and welcoming at first, and the staff is friendly—until you show hesitation about making a purchase. During my first visit, I was confused about the Invisalign process; it felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch at a car dealership than a dental consultation. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and came back, but my second visit only confirmed my concerns. The cleaning I received was one of the worst I’ve had—plaque was still visible afterward. I also felt like the dentist was inexperienced this time, which added to my discomfort. I mentioned I might be grinding my teeth at night and was immediately offered a custom night guard. Once I declined, the staff’s attentiveness noticeably dropped off. Before I left, one of the dental hygienists actually sat nearby, waiting to see if I would leave a review on the spot. Thankfully, I wasn’t signed in and didn’t feel the need to post one in that moment. It was uncomfortable and felt more important to them than any aftercare or follow-up. My family dentist takes time to explain issues, provide home-care tips, and offer treatment options I can consider on my own terms—this was nothing like that. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Her staff including Judy Turk sat with me and made sure I was completely comfortable. Judy explained the process and X-rays in a way I could understand.
