Fantastic experience: All of the staff is friendly. I didn’t have to wait long at all. I do advise that you wear layers of clothing, (even take along your gloves, if you tend to get cold easily), because it’s not exactly warm in there. (I usually run hot, but I was wishing for long John’s). They do offer a blanket. I could have used printed after care instructions because I was a little dazed & don’t remember what I was told. My procedure was painless, so if that’s your fear, don’t worry. Just speak up if it doesn’t seem to be working out for you, and they will help you.

Fantastic experience: I have the best dental experience whenever I go to Sarubin Dental. I had a cleaning done and Samantha, the hygienist, was very gentle. My cleaning was not uncomfortable at all. I've had major dental work done there in the past and each time the work was excellent. I was not sitting in the waiting area long before my name was called. The staff makes you feel like family. They are so friendly and professional. I have recommended some of my friends and family members. Sarubin Dental is the best!

Fantastic experience: This is a very busy practice and we had to wait for an appointment when we needed to reschedule. But they got us (my husband and me) in as promised. The staff is super friendly and professional and the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. The hygienist is the best I've ever had. We picked this practice initially because of it's convenient location, but we are planning a move about 10 miles away. That's okay; we will continue going to this place because the trek will be worth it.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot describe how AMAZING my experience was at Sarubin Dentistry!! I called in panic/tears due to tooth pain and extreme dental anxiety (from a horrific experience 2 years ago) and the initial conversation was incredibly comforting. They were absolutely wonderful and patient and then I was transferred to Tabitha who provided me with a pain solution until my appointment (they got me in right away)!! Upon arrival, Carrie was INCREDIBLE!! She was so nice and friendly and eased my nerves. Then her sister Caren took my x-rays and was really careful/gentle then explained everything in detail. Then Dr. Danny came in and was the BEST dentist I have ever met!! He literally sat down and talked to me (listened to my previous dental story) and was so patient, gentle and understanding of my fear. I am actually looking forward to my next visit as I know I am in great hands! I highly recommend Sarubin to everyone, especially those afraid of the dentist, as I promise you will have a positive experience!!

They are and continue to be family to me because they genuinely care and listen to me as a patient . They have greatly assisted me in overcoming my fear to just walk into the front door or hear the word dentist . They see my fear as very real and allow me to not feel so abnormal . I travel from Harford County to Baltimore County just to see Dr. Danny. It doesn’t matter where they are located at this point I would go out of state to be treated so kindly. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this dentist office. I’m your typical trauma story- I’ve had some really bad experiences with several different dentist in the area. I literally go through high anxiety days before even a simple dental cleaning. The hygienist there are the best. One dental assistant suspected I had sensory issues and now each time I go in, they make sure I have headphones, a blanket and the lights are off during my appointments. Mind blown! I had no idea that was adding to my stress…. Dr. Danny is gentle, humble, has a kind demeanor and listens to me. Can’t recommend enough!

Positive experience: I love the Sarubin family and have been with them for many years. What I have a problem with is their sign in software. The sign in process forces me to put in the same information over and over and over. It also forces me to remember details of my last appointment and wants me to input complex prescriptions on my cell phone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent from soup to nuts. Easy to schedule. Super tech/hygienist who was clear, explained everything, took X-rays and did an exam. Saw the dentist Dr. Danny who was also charming, clear, thorough, knowledgeable and didn’t rush. Great visit. Follow up visit six months later: Again great. Thorough cleaning and exam, x-rays etc. Top notch. Follow up 12/22. Tooth broke. They saw the next day. Said it was an old filling not a broken tooth. Replaced the filling. Great! Revisit for an acute problem. They saw me right away and fixed it. Great!

Dr. Danny and Carren, in particular, took great measures to find a resolution to my needs, which included finding anesthetic alternatives and less invasive procedures. I had a cracked tooth emergency and called for assistance. They contacted me before business opened and got me in on their schedule. Negative experience: i’ve been going here since i was a baby. i’ve followed them to every location they’ve moved to, i’ve come to love the people who work there. however, i came down with a cold yesterday and can to cancel my appointment today. i kept getting calls today and they told me that i never sent a message saying i could not make it- i had replied in the messages about confirming my appointment that i would no longer be able to as i am sick. the woman i spoke to on the phone told me that i have a fee of $100 to pay for same day cancellation- though i sent a message the day before- and told me that if i wanted to reschedule i would now only be able to by calling the day of wanting to go and seeing if they have any availability, likelihood low. this is the family practice that i have been going to for nearly two decades now only for it to end with me being sick and not wanting to get others sick. i am truly disheartened to have to find a new dentist and leave the previously kindest dental family

Fantastic experience: I recently had my teeth cleaned. Its been a long time due to Covid-19. Tempurature was checked as I entered. Foam wash was provided for my hands. I felt very safe. Sam was my hygienist. She did a great job. Dr. Todd examined my mouth. All is well. Great visit. Update; 10/24/2024 First, the lobby is gorgeous. It makes you feel relaxed as you wait to be called. Tabitha greeted me warmly. Sam was right on time. Xray and cleaning were done. Dr. Todd checked me out afterwards. All is well. It's always a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic dental office. When I have seen other dentist due to travel or emergency, their offices are archaic compared to the Sarubin Family Dental office. Everyone is kind and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Todd is amazing. I have been seeing Dr. Todd for the past 30 years. When I am in the Baltimore area I will see no other dentist.
