Fantastic experience: Just had a consultation with Dr. Chen and his 2 nurses, Angie & Michelle who help explain to my wife and I what my options are to correct the terrible condition my mouth is in. They took there time and full explain each option and then fielded our question until all are questions were answer. This is first class Dental Clinic and would recommend them to anyone that asked. Just had my surgery today and this is 6 moths after I wrote the above review and I had my exam after surgery with Dr. Chen & Michelle and they were wonderful again. They took time to first explain where we go from here, but later did the same for my wife. I know there time is busy and valuable but you wouldn’t know it by how kind they are. You would be rewarded to have them as your Doctor & Nurse.

Fantastic experience: My first visit, it was a consultation concerning a couple of failing implants I've had for 13-14 years. I wasn't optimistic that I would have favorable options. I was wrong, Dr. Morris was up-beat and reassuring that he could help. My only question was, when can you start? The response was, as soon as next week. I said let's do it. I left feeling very confident that I'm in good hand with Dr. Morris and his team. I opted to proceed with the treatment plan Dr. Morris and Ana presented. Ana, Coordinator is very professional, precise, confident, to the point, and knowledgeable, all helpful attributes. My second and third visits, were for impressions. Lab Tech, Orley takes the time to explain what she's doing (I appreciate that), very pleasant, and skilled at her work (I really appreciate that!). By-the-way, the lady at the front desk, is awesome! On my first visit, I didn't follow my GPS and I couldn't find the office. I called and she actually ask me what kind of car I was driving, then went in the parking lot and waved me in. I haven't seen service like that since the President Kennedy Administration (early 1960's)! Team work personified, is what I've seen so far. Up-date: November 15, I had an emergency, Nov 11th broke what was left of my failing bridge, I thought I'd have to cancel our trip to Hawaii, Nov 19th called Ana, she got me in to see Dr. Chinn. Miraculously some how he was able to repair it! My wife and I could not be happier! We'll be spending our 30th anniversary in Hawaii thanks to Dr. Chinn and this out standing team of dental solution finders! Up-date: December 3, Follow-up visit for yesterdays surgery (at local Oral Surgeon), everything is looking good. Dr. Morris' Team works good with the Oral Surgeon, everything went seamlessly. Up-date: December 18, Needed an an adjustment, call the office in the morning, they scheduled right away for an afternoon appointment with Dr. Chinn, in and out quickly, it doesn't get any better than that! Oh, by the way, the entire staff is unbelievably friendly!

Fantastic experience: Has the second part of a procedure which replaced a chipped crown. Dr Morris did all the work himself and having had him do a number of procedures like this, this was his masterpiece! Painless, quick and Dr Morris was a perfectionist about the implant’s first and finish.

I had a complex and extensive procedure that ultimately changed my life! He and his staff were with me at every step providing support, understanding and superior care. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Morris Dental Solutions for over 20 years.  I went in today for a crown replacement, and Dr. Morris was wonderful- as always.  He is very talented and also pleasant and thorough.  At one point today he commented that he did not like the mesial side of my tooth saying "It's not my friend."  Then he quickly followed with "Let's make it my friend!" - and he fixed it right up.  His staff too are attentive and kind and took the time to explain what they were doing at every step of the procedure.   I would not go anywhere else.

My own mouth care was complimented to reinforce I was doing it right. 04/20/23: Even now with a new insurance carrier which Dr. Morris is not in network and I have to pay full fees, I will not change. I will not find better dental care anywhere. 11/07/23 I have the need for extensive and expensive teeth and mandible work to be done post trauma. The whole team takes the time and not only explains what my options are, but what the possible consequences are of cutting corners in treatment. It is made clear to me these may not happen, but the possibility does exist. The more extensive treatments are also explained in detail and what their benefits are as well. I was under no pressure to make a choice of treatment and I am given time to come to a decision on my own. This post trauma care is a considerable investment and I need time to consider my options. Not one single treatment team member was pressuring me to make a choice. Just take the treatment information given me and decide the best course of action I use. They gave me the information I needed and the room to make up my own mind. Now that’s being a professional. Very satisfied patient 12/13/23 I am a long term patient of Dr. Morris. Due to severe facial trauma in my teens from a MVA I have special needs for dental care. My pain spread to new areas today and with a phone call was seen several hours later to determine the cause. This practice is extremely aware of patient needs and responds extremely fast when I was in crisis. 04/27/24 I was in for a cleaning and some hybrid implant management. I received the same excellent care and treatment I’ve grown to expect from the entire staff. From the front desk, the hygienist, to Dr. Morris himself. When they’re taking care of me as a patient, their attention is 100% on me. None of this multi-tasking business is occurring. I get my money’s worth every time. 09/11/24 I had a cleaning and check up today. As I expected the care and treatment were superior. An excellent team for all dental needs. 11/20/25 Care and check up today. I set the bar fairly high and as expected both Agnes and Dr. Morris’s level of care reached it. My care was both precise and thorough. I have significant dental issues and do thorough care. Agnes discussed my approach to this care to make sure it continued to be appropriate. Both her and Dr. Morris spoke with me after cleaning to fill me in on what the next course of action need be and the timeline in which it need happen. Both giving support and answering questions even if I didn’t want to hear it. That’s clear communication.

Negative experience: Please run away from this practice, Morris Dental. Every time you go in, they will try many ways to add “services” so that you spend more money than necessary. It’s like a mechanic shop that recommends services that you don’t need.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Morris is the best in town and I mean hands down! He listens to your concerns, asks appropriate questions and builds a plan of care starting with the least invasive first. Then escalates when appropriate. I was grinding my teeth something viscous and injured my TMJ while wearing my nightguard. I’m much better and couldn’t be happier. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Morris Dental Solutions since May. Dr. Chen very patiently explained my different options and the pros and cons of each. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I have had numerous problems with my teeth getting progressively worse over the years. So I will have my remaining teeth extracted and get click on dentures for the top and bottom dentures. Dr. Chen has created my temporary/immediate dentures that were available at the oral surgeon’s office after my extractions. Then Dr. Chen had me come in that afternoon for an adjustment. He also had me come in a couple of times during the first couple of weeks. I am very happy with my temp dentures and looking forward to permanent versions. I feel confident that Dr. Chen will make sure my dentures look good and feel comfortable. In addition to being very knowledgeable about dentures and how to adjust them, he is very kind and personable.

Negative experience: Staff very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that after paying 500 to fix my mothers dentures in June and then now needed minor repairs was changed another 500. She is on a very limited income and moving forward will take her to a more reasonable dental practice.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, I smiled at the hygienist at the front, but she didn’t return the smile and just stared at me, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable after a 45-minute drive. Once I was called back, my hygienist struggled with English and had difficulty understanding me, which added to the discomfort. When Dr. Morris came in, he listened well and addressed my concerns, but by then I was already mentally checked out because of the poor welcome. After my X-ray, I requested a copy, but no one knew how to put it on a disk, so I was told it would be emailed. I never received it, and when I followed up, I was told it would be sent both by email and on a flash drive. Today I received the flash drive in the mail without postage, and my mail carrier informed me that I was charged for it without any prior warning. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through has left me very unhappy with my experience.

I came in with several issues that weren’t fully addressed or even made worse by other dentists, and their team has been fantastic from start to finish. They get straight to the point, make the necessary repairs, and only recommend what’s truly needed. It’s refreshing to find a practice that values honesty and quality care. Highly recommend!

X-rays, diagnosis, prognosis, options were explained thoroughly, questions were answered and guidance provided until I was able to make the decision to proceed with the planned root canal. During the procedure again thorough communication was provided at each step asking the way. Very highly recommend Dr. Rosenbaum.
