Positive experience: The dental tech person is so sweet and efficient. She made my experience pleasurable, calming someone who is normally traumatized by just going! My only negative was with someone, IDK who, who when I had a reaction to medication, and called the office and asked for the reaction to be put in my record, failed to follow through with that. I wanted it recorded so I would be able to share the actual reaction with other doctors when I was up to it.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff and doctors are absolutely phenomenal. They are incredibly caring, take the time to explain everything, and truly make you feel comfortable. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr Miller and Dr Squires, and all the hygenists at Southridge Dental, are efficient, friendly, and great at putting the patient at ease. The front desk works for the patient as well, and can be trusted to not overcharge or mislead. I'm sure there are many other great dental offices, but none better than this one.

It doesn't matter your reason for being there they are always engaging and encouraging to help you get your teeth and overhaul health of your mouth and body to the best it can be. Fantastic experience: I want to give a shout-out to Dr. Miller and his staff. I have been a patient for years, and have been very happy. I am writing this review because of my most recent experience. I had to have a procedure that had a painful recovery. I ended up going back three times to have Dr. Miller check on my status. I was also given Dr. Miller's personal cell number to ask him questions, which I did. I was advised that no question was silly. I was always greeted with "open arms". Thank you for your empathy and kindness. Update: 10/13/25, I had a tooth that was bothering me. I called the front desk to make an appointment. I expected to wait several days but was told to come in that same day. Shannon said we don't want anyone to be uncomfortable. Dr. Squires took a look. Luckily for me it turned out to be something simple. I continue to be impressed with Southridge Dental.

Positive experience: Another visit to my dentist. The receptionists have a family like attitude with a professional flare. The dental assistant was friendly, with get the job done of a professional. The Dentist explained what my issues were and various correcting measures he could take. They would send my insurance the info found to determine how much they would pay. Over all I love Southridge Dental

I had a few questions regarding a follow up procedure, and the dentist was great about answering all of my questions. Everyone I spoke with in the office was kind. I also had my child with me which was not a problem for anyone in the office.

Fantastic experience: Southridge Dental is very professional. They make you feel at ease while they work on cleaning your teeth. They ask throughout the cleaning how you are doing. The dentist comes in after the cleaning and checks your teeth. They also advise about things you should think about in the future. I feel totally comfortable throughout process.

Her professionalism and skill made my visit a breeze—honestly, they’re so good, I almost forgot I was at the dentist! Cicely has a knack for keeping things light with their charm and humor, which made my appointment feel more like a fun chat than a dental visit. They explained everything clearly, kept me comfortable, and had me smiling (pun intended) the whole time. If every dental assistant were this talented and delightful, I’d be scheduling cleanings every week! Highly recommend this practice, especially with Cicely keeping the mood light!

Fantastic experience: They were wonderful. Got me in on an emergency and upon examination decided I needed an oral surgeon. They sent me immediately to oral surgeon who was able help me and remove abscessed tooth. All this while I am on vacation here. They are great!!

Fantastic experience: They where very nice and helpful I haven’t been into a dentist for a few years but they said no problem found a time for me to get in and got some x-rays done to see what I needed done and worked with me on payments. Very happy with them and I would suggest him to other people.

Fantastic experience: I was warmly greeted and got started on my broken crown right away. The new crown feels great. Then the cleaning was done so well! The Southridge associates are friendly, efficient and do excellent work.

Fantastic experience: Dr Squires is always friendly and conservative in his treatments. He would rather do what is right for you and your teeth rather than push a treatment through. I have pressure on the left side of my head and he has worked hard to help me find the source (which isn’t my teeth we found out). He always remembers me and love his office staff and hygienists. I have been going to him since I moved here 4 years ago.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Howard and Assistant Becky did a very good job of making me as comfortable as they could for the tooth extraction. They followed up the next day to see how I was doing with the recovery which demonstrated very good care and consideration.

Looks natural and like nothing happened! 9.95/10 only bc 10/10 to me isn’t attainable.Highly recommend! Look for another 10 years(hopefully more)!!

Fantastic experience: The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and wonderful at their jobs, that you feel like family as soon as you walk in. And the dentists and dental assistants put you at ease, the best at what they do. Our family has been coming to Southridge for nearly 20 years, can't imagine going to another dental office.
