I've been a patient for five years and I highly recommend this clinic. The bridge I got four years ago is still in perfect condition, and I thank Nicole and her team for all the work they did on it.

Fantastic experience: I was able to see a dentist upon walking in with a toothache. The price for a dental exam and X-rays, and the diagnosis seemed reasonable. I could not see to what level they employ state of the art equipment, as I could in dental offices located in Bellevue, Washington, but that may be determinable later. Since I did not require much treatment, I cannot comment on the skill of the dentist. Subsequent visit indicated a very thorough process of x-rays and general examination. This dental office earns your trust and respect. So far!

Fantastic experience: I am highly afraid of the dentist and Dana Dental Arts has changed my dental fears so much. I am no longer afraid to go in for my cleanings. I still don't like the noise but starting to get used to it and they have the best tools ever. During my last visit I had to get my 2nd crown. I was emotional when I went back but it didn't last long. The dental hygienist calmed be down by having a conversation with me. I was a champ during the numbing shots even had to have another one and they are so gentle. They even provided me with 2 stress balls.Then Nicole came in and got to work. I put my headphones on closed my eyes and about 30 minutes later it was done. I was amazed and don't think I will be afraid to gat a crown again. Their staff are so polite they have conversations with you and go the extra mile to make you comfortable. I want to give a shout out to Nicole, Alex and Kim they are the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Dana Dental is an amazing place. I am from Florida visiting my sister and I had a crown that fell off and they were very genuinious and accommodating to see me. They were able to take x-ray, exam, and fix the problem. Monique is just awesome and a wonderful compassionate lady that takes huge pride in her profession and it diffently shows in her sincerity with each and every patient. As well Ashley and the rest of the entire staff at Dana Dental. It was such an amazing pleasant experience. Please note, I am 53 yrs. old and I have NEVER been able to state that about ANY DENTAL establishment.

Fantastic experience: I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment. The ladies at the desk said let us see for a minute we will try and rearrange things to meet your needs. They rearranged the schedule to do my cleaning that was due on my appointment next week. Was I asked if I needed anything else. I explained I had chipped a tooth. Ends up that it wasn't a chip it was a filling that was falling out from an old dental repair from a different facility. They also were able to fit that into their schedule. For as busy as they are i have never felt that they were trying to rush me through to get to the next person. Highly recommend them for general dentistry as well as the specialized stuff that they do as I have had a fair amount of that done too.

Fantastic experience: After going to the same dentist for most of my life, it seemed that I couldn’t find anyone to meet my expectations, but Dana Dental is it! Jordan is my favorite hygienist. Always promoting healthy lifestyle but never preaching at me that I don’t floss right or brush enough. He is also always keeping up on new research and sharing best practices. Most of all he is skilled at his work and I leave with clean teeth and never a sore mouth. Monique is so warm and personable. She is skilled in her craft and has helped make my daughter’s experiences low pain and joyful. The time that she needed to get a crown I was so worried that we would need to see a pediatric specialist. She eased my mind with her knowledge and on the day made it fun calling it her princess crown. My daughter is always asking when it is time to go to the dentist. I love that she enjoys taking care of her teeth. The front desk staff are master communicators and keep the whole place coordinated with a friendly smile. It’s clear that Dana Dental’s values guide every interaction, and that’s what keeps us coming back.

Fantastic experience: I have some new experiences at Dana dental today. They have a new water system of cleaning your teeth that was different than I’ve ever had but I felt like it was very thorough. My hygienist and the Doctor Who came and talk to me, were friendly and concerned about my well-being, which gave me comfort. It is a great place that cares about its clients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Monica was awesome with fixing my front tooth! Looks better than before! I just have to add to my review is every single person there is absolutely amazing! Dr. Nicole fixed me up with two crowns in the last month and all the Courtneys that work there are amazing! Also, the front desk, ladies, I wish I could remember all the people‘s names. Fantastic experience: Dana Dental in Spearfish is the tops in the Black Hills. Dr. Brad Dana is "The Man". State of the art laser technology and placque and tarter removal like a brushless car wash as Dental Assistant Jenny put it. I'm serious I have been out of state for 4 years with no cleanings. I was scared to go in for xrays and cleaning. All went exceptionally well. Get your butt to the dentist. You don't want to be toothless when you get old! But go to Dana Dental in Spearfish if you want top notch treatment and care. By the way I interacted with many workers there and they were very pleasant and professional!

I was very impressed with the caring front desk staff and how they use very updated technology in the clinic. Dr. Monique did a great job and I was impressed with the entire staff. Tracy went above and beyond in looking for my dental insurance since I did not have access to those records. I was very thankful. Fantastic experience: New patient and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Had a tooth problem in the evening, called them right away in the morning, and they got me in yet that same morning. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased to say the least!

Positive experience: This is my first experience with Dana Dental Arts. So far so Good! Dr. Brad is very knowledgeable, and I am very impressed with Dr. Brad, the assistants and the support staff in the office. I'll be sure to follow up my rating after I receive the finished product. I was caught off guard regarding their billing policy. I have 2 dental insurances, and they hit me with the bill after my appointment on my first visit, which I understand, it's important to do this. I paid $1,500.00 as a down payment. (which I wasn't prepared to pay) They agreed to wait and see what my insurances will pay before I pay the total. The total is only an estimate. They were not sure what my secondary insurance would pay. I do hope that they would explain their billing process before the appointment is made so that I could determine whether I can afford using them, but I should have asked before I made the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Always very professional but concerned and empathetic. And fun if you can believe that about a dental office. Dr Monique and her staff are wonderful, caring individuals. Make it easy for this odontophobic to get dental care. Strongly recommend Dana Dental Arts.

Negative experience: Extremely overpriced. Literally double the price of other dentists in town. New patient exam and cleaning cost over $600. Absolutely ridiculous. That isn't even the worst part. They claimed my son had a "surface cavity" that needed addressed that would require no numbing. As I was suspicious because they had just had a cleaning 6 months prior and had no cavities, I got a second opinion from another dentist in town and guess what?! He has ZERO cavities. I had my kids in at the same time. The dentist for my daughter was pushy and loud mouthed. Never even seen the dentist for my son, they showed me no x-rays and discussed nothing. Just gave the scheduler the "treatment plan" to pass on. Place is a joke and are ripping people off and stating procedures are need that are not.

Fantastic experience: I will preface by saying that I have a phobia of going to the dentist. This means several years go by between visits. Dr. Nicole was amazing. She was patient, friendly and did a great job of explaining everything.

Fantastic experience: On time and on mission. I also appreciate the fact that most employees are still with Dana so that you're not dealing with musical chairs of hygienists. The back-office staff are also excellent.

Negative experience: I went in to have a cavity filled and have a crown crumble and needed a new crown. The filling didn't hold and had to be redone. Novacaine injected by dentist and she punctured a nerve and now I don't have full feeling in my gum or tooth anymore. Crown redone and was fine with a temp crown. Once permanent placed I no longer tolerate cold. So unhappy!
