Fantastic experience: First of all, scheduling this appointment was a breeze, which is greatly appreciated. I’d called a few other offices prior, and they had appts 2-3 months out (wild!!), I called Today Dental on Monday and my appt was schedule for Friday morning that same week. During the appointment Carol did all the work and she was amazing; she explained everything thoroughly and professionally. Overall, I’m very pleased with my visit and highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Dr. B!! Her exam was extremely thorough and she spent the time to get to know how I was feeling about everything. I broke a tooth today. This tooth was supposed to be an anchor point for a partial that I was supposed to get in a few weeks. She coordinated with the lab to be able to add this tooth to that partial. Although I’m very upset, I lost another tooth. I’m very thankful that I have found a dental office that really cares about me and how I’m feeling.!!

Toni was very helpful with info regarding the cost. Dr Branca was amazing she took the time to listen to my concerns and the problems I was having. I’m so glad I went and now we have the process started.

Everyone is friendly, you don’t feel rushed through, and they are more than happy to explain, re-explain, unexplain, and re-explain again. No question was too small, or silly, and I felt empowered with the knowledge they gave me, to make an informed decision.

She spent a decent amount of time with me talking about my teeth. I'm getting 2 stars because it took two hours and fifteen minutes for a basic teeth cleaning . The hygienist started off well with great education. I felt ahe was extremely rough on my teeth and very negative . She complained about her ex-husband and her kids the entire time.I was in the chair. I felt like a trapped rat and could not wait to get out of there. To be fair Today dental reached out to me after my initial review. I felt like their follow-up and concern deserved another star. final review reflects three stars

Negative experience: Today's visit was not in character for this office. Overbooked and understaffed, what should have take 1/2 hour took almost 3 hours. Assistant seemed overwhelmed and confused. Hopefully this does not become a pattern, as it is largely why we left our last dentist.

Positive experience: It was been several years since I have been to the dentist, the staff at Today Dental did not judge. Today Dental made me feel comfortable and set me at ease .

Fantastic experience: I went in today for a 6- month cleaning and checkup. This was a first time because the other office quit taking my insurance. Was I pleasantly surprised. They did a panoramic 360 degree X-ray, the usual bite wing X-rays, some tool that takes pics of each tooth, and measured the gum depth around each tooth. I will continue to use this office and recommend them 100% Today I was in for inserting the post for my tooth implant. The procedure went very well and I have felt very comfortable since the numbing agent wore off. I alternated between ibuprofen and acetaminophen. Dr. Branca was awesome. A week ago I was on to have my implant finished. I’m very happy with it and keep needing to remember can eat on both sides of my mouth. Today I had a 6-month check up. No new issues. Thank you very God! 8/10/24 Today I had to have 3 small cavities filled. All went well. Dr. Branca is great and gentle. Love her!l 1-20-25 - went in today for a 6-month checkup and all was good. The hygienist was great and I love Dr. Branca. 9/22/25 - went in today becuse I thought I lost a filling. Nope. Tooth broke off. Needed a crown. Dr. Branca took care of it right then. 10/14/25 went back today and had the Crown installed. Love Dr. Branca! 1/11/25 Broke another tooth and today had the crown put in. All is good!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing cleaning with Carol! She was so gentle, patient, and clearly knows her craft. She took the time to explain what she was doing and gave me helpful tips without ever making me feel rushed. My teeth feel so clean, and I actually enjoyed the visit which says a lot for a dental appointment! You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Fantastic experience: Very welcoming environment. This is my 2nd root canal with them and they have been kind and accommodating both times I've come in. Typically the dentist isn't a great place to go but the people here make it easier. Also they saved my tooth! When my first dentist said I would have to have it removed they did me a great service and saved it with a root canal! They also use cherry which is great because dental work can be pricy so its nice to not have to pay it all up front.

Fantastic experience: Awesome office! I went in for a procedure today, slightly nervous. Hala, the assistant, has the best chair side manner I have ever experienced. You can tell she loves what she does and explained everything from start to finish. Dr. Branca did an amazing job removing my tooth. She is very comforting and is always making sure I’m doing okay and comfortable. Toni, the office manager, made check in and check out very quick and easy. Thanks, ladies. I can’t wait to see your smiling faces again!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved here and I was looking for a dental office. I’ve called several places trying to get an appointment but every place is booked out months in advance. I happen to be in Kroger and ran into a nice young lady and we started chatting about where she works and she tells me Today’s Dental of Saginaw right across the street. I told her I’m looking for a dentist for future appointments I just moved here. Toni told me all about the Dental Clinic and the people she works with. I have to say after speaking to Toni I will be calling to setup a appointment.

Negative experience: I paid for my treatment up front and now they are trying to charge additional on top of what I signed off on. Even if it was a mistake as they said it was it was not an insignificant amount of money and if I had known the additional amount it may have changed the services I received. They already charge the highest amount in the range for the service and maxed out my insurance. Since there are dentists on every corner I would look for one that does not do a service then tell you they made a mistake with billing and ask for more. Seems scummy. I am not at all happy with this situation.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Branca was so helpful explaining the options I had after a tooth extraction. She was very nice and gentle with the numbing shots. The rest of the staff were also very nice.

I have only had great experiences here ❤️ Edit: I originally gave 5 stars because the dentist herself is absolutely amazing and very sweet. However, the male front desk employee is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. He did not call me to talk about updating my child's insurance prior to her appointment, so when we arrived 15 minutes early, he told me then. No problem, normally. So I had to call my daughter's dad and get him to send over the new insurance info. Instead of being patient and understanding, the male front desk worker talked crap about me audibly to his coworkers and then smugly tried to make me pay the $130+ for my daughter's otherwise free 6 month cleaning. None of my family members will be coming back and we will be finding a new dentist office where the employees show some decorum. Personally and professionally, Today Dental will lose more patients if they dont do something about this employee. He is vile.

Negative experience: I've been coming to Today Dental of Saginaw with my children for over 5 years. I used to be very satisfied with their services. But miscommunication between the orthodontist, and the dentist has been a inconvenience. The ladies at the front desk lack customer service skills and knowledge make it very difficult to want to come back.

Negative experience: DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I’m confused where some of these comments are coming from!! The first day I went everything seemed fine, they took what I thought was an extreme amount of X-rays I’m sure just to bill my insurance!! Was told 2 different quote on what I needed to be done! Just called to get one thing scheduled that I was told I could do! The representative today on the phone kept talking over me, and Getting smart!! And just told me a ridiculous amount and that I had to pay it over the phone before I could be seen! I have insurance so this was the co-pay! I didn’t even get a date or a time when I can come in, but instantly was told I had to pay over the phone before I can get scheduled! Calling my insurance company to make a complaint of them too! Completely wasting my time I’m going to place, should have done more research! double check and make sure what was all billed to insurance as well. Be careful when you go to this location!! I needed one tooth extraction, But trying to make me get more done and told me $600 over the phone!

They were able to make some corrections other dentists were unsure if they would be possible. 10/10! Everyone from Damaris the dental assistant to Dr. Silva was a pleasure to work with. If your looking for a new dentist, they are worth driving an extra 15-20 minutes. You'll thank me later.

Fantastic experience: Had an old crown replaced with temporary, 1st appt, and nothing was painful as far as the shots or replacement. That's all you expect from a dentist, no pain. I've had two things there before and that all goes well also. Everyone is nice and personable.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. Treated my wife poorly while she was in incruciating pain. No bedside manner. She has colllapsed bottom teeth, humiliated here about grinding teeth. Lack of training, incompetent. Couldn't perform simple xray without causing pain. Provided no real definitive solution for pain. Even admitted don't know due to poor xray. Never would recommend anyone come here. Not even was free to comeback.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Today Dental of Saginaw was amazing during my appointment today. Daycare closed early and I had forgotten at the time I scheduled my appointment, so I had my newborn and my toddler with me. The extra staff took turns helping entertain my toddler while I got my teeth cleaned. This was such a relief as a mother and so greatly appreciated. The hygienist did a great job with the cleaning and explained what she was doing during each step.

Fantastic experience: This is the 3rd dentist I've seen in just as many months and it was a significant difference. Dr. Branca took the time to listen to what had happened (1st dentist ruined the right side of my mouth) and fixed the problem. Because of months of bad dentistry, my gums were super sensitive but she has helped reduce that sensitivity drastically in just a few weeks. The front desk, Josh, certainly knows his stuff too. He isn't overly friendly but he doesn't need to be. You can trust he knows his shit and won't let you fall through the cracks. For anyone who has seen Suits, he is the Donna of this office. All the dental assistants are so nice and accommodating. Even when I did my dental cleaning, they did it by hand to reduce my sensitivity. This staff is good. I've recommended them to my family and my friends. I recommend them to all you strangers reading this too.

Fantastic experience: Denise did a great job on my cleaning and I always value Dr. Silva’s knowledge on anything regarding my teeth and health! I learn something helpful and relevant each visit! My only constructive feedback from my last appointment was the fluoride application was kind of sloppy. I could feel a lot of it on my gums and my lips. It was only temporary though!

Negative experience: Dentist did a good job helping my wife get tooth and root canal fixed. Although my insurance said there was a dentist in the office who was in-network. No one told us the dentist my wife was scheduled with was not in our network. We didn't know until we got an email after the procedure from our insurance. Terrible business practice, in my opinion. My wife witnessed the same instance for another patient while in the office.

Negative experience: Went for emergency dental issue. Ashley at the front was the rudest person I have ever encountered in healthcare. Extremely unprofessional and made me feel as if I was a huge burden to her when she had to do X-rays etc . I got up and walked out. I will NEVER go back.

Doctor Branca is the consummate Professional. Additionally, her personality comforts and encourages the patient. Her friendly banter and love for her work makes her unique. Would I recommend Doctor Branca? Absolutely!

Fantastic experience: 2/22/25 I’m updating my review two years later (left the original below). I’ve been going to Dr. Branca and her team for 5 years now, and it’s only gotten better every year. Dr. Branca is not just a talented, intelligent, and knowledgeable doctor, but an incredible person. She genuinely cares about her patients. I have never in my 42 years in this earth met a better doctor. The way she blends sympathy and empathy with straightforward facts, the way she explains difficult medical terminology in a way that makes it easily understandable, is unmatched. Her staff are always kind, gentle, caring, and very knowledgeable. I need to shoutout Ashley because (see below) I’m in there often and she always remembers me and what’s going on in my life. They make going to the dentist a calming and seamless experience. 2/1/23 I have never had a better experience in my life! I have major anxiety with anything dental related, which is not great because I have had 3 implants, 5 root canals and 8 crowns (I grind my teeth). Dr Branca and her entire team have been so accommodating, understanding, and patient with me that I never want another dentist in my life. No dentist and team has ever, or will ever compare to the care I have received here. Do yourself a favor and go with Dr. Branca. You will not regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience, had a bad tooth. Made an appt online at 10am . They looked at it and pulled it at 130 pm the same day. Couldn't ask for anything better. The dentist and the nurse were all wonderful people. I'll be back. Thanks guys for helping me out so soon.

Fantastic experience: We just moved back to Fort Worth and needed to schedule a cleaning. Dr. Silva, Ashley, and Brittany were great! Very kind, explained everything clearly, and did not rush my appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was also welcoming and kind!

Positive experience: I originally booked my appointment for a dental cleaning and to treat whatever other issues found. I arrived on time for my appointment, filled out the forms and was taken back to the room. The young lady that took me to the back was rushing me a bit to the point that I lost my ear piercing which helps with my headaches, hence I had to remove it for the x-ray so it fell on the floor and I couldn’t find it. She seemed like she didn’t have the patience to wait for me to search it. Once I the teeth pictures and x-rays were taken by the same young lady (not explained each step that she was about to do) I was waiting for the Dr for about 10 min. Dr Silva and his assistant was very sweet and the examination went wonderfully. He then left and asked me to wait for the next steps. I then waited 45 MINUTES with nobody coming to talk to me or explaining anything to me. The same girl that took me to the back, was just standing there on her phone sometimes and made eye contact with me. After those minutes I asked Dr Silva when I was going to be seen for my cleaning, he apologized and said someone is coming to speak to me. Dr Silva assistant then came and started to take my “bib” off and I asked if I was not getting my dental clean that I was scheduled for. She apologized and said she would get the clinic manager. The clinical manager was very sweet and explained to me what needed to be done. I understand that it might have been busy that day, but when I literally made the appointment at 9:30 am, arrived on time but nobody realize that I was there to have a service done until 10:55 am, to the point I had to ask, is very frustrating.
