Fantastic experience: What a pleasant experience! Everyone in that place was so very kind, patient, caring and very professional. Informing me of every step and what happens next. I had zero anxiety the entire time. I never had an outside dentist. It was always military. They are and will be my dentists from now on!

Negative experience: My daughter went for a cleaning and exam. Took her insurance card, copied it, and after her visit charged her full price because they accept no insurance at all . What a shady operation! She called them back about the insurance and was told they haven't accepted insurance for 3 yrs.

Positive experience: Dr Noakes is incredible as well as the staff. Only down side is they aren’t in network with any insurance company’s.

Fantastic experience: By far the most professional dental clinic I have ever been to. I was not rushed to get everything done in one shot leaving me in a boatload of pain, and they took their time to ensure every tooth got top quality care without taking all day. They know how to pace their work, so the patient has the best experience. I honestly can't think of the last time I had ever been given that detailed of a new patient intake from a dentist. They really understand that even the details about medical history can effect any other aspect of your health.

Very reassuring and made to feel very comfortable. My last visit to Dr. John Moreau's office on Feb. 11th, 2025, was very pleasant, semiannual checkup went very well. UPDATE. Dec 2025 went in for my annual checkup, Dr John Moreau went through his procedure and confirmed that everything was good, left the office with a smile.

Fantastic experience: I was there yesterday 03 Dec 25. 1st time. It was very good service. I am retired Army Veteran almost 15 years now. Dr. Noakes found a 2 or 3 issues and I will get them fixed soon as can be. I am 100% disabled and do use local VA. I do get cleaning every 6 months. A year ago I had checkup with VA dentist. Only mentioned one issue, oh she wanted to pull a tooth out and that was her only solution. For me that is not good. I did speak up...yes I did! Last Month in November I went to urgent care in Deridder and was given antibiotics/pain med for teeth pain. Bottom line is this dentistry office did a great job and I will return. Long story I know. I have to tell it like it is. Unforgettable smiles is great!!

Fantastic experience: I’m absent minded at times and had misjudged my appointment time by a whole hour. Well it was actually a hour early so while I’m waiting for the time to pass, the dental assistant called my name shortly after they received my filled out paperwork (new patient). She showed me the room where the exam and cleaning was going to be, and after putting my coat on the rack she took me over to the X-ray machine and took the panarex. Afterwards I was seated in the exam chair, I commented that I was actually early and she said no problem there’s some things that need to be done for the VA case file and it’s ok. Wow I thought this is great because they’re so efficient and got everything done before the exam so no actual time was wasted. I hope other places that the VA recommends are as good and efficient. I’m pleasantly surprised with the staff at unforgettable smiles. Very professional. Will update more after dental work. UPDATE: I’ve gone to Unforgettable Smiles now for approximately 7 appointments and I have never had any issues with the service or professionalism. The staff is welcoming and courteous. They make you comfortable during the procedures and always check up on you later in the day afterwards to see if any issues have arisen. I would definitely recommend Unforgettable Smiles for any dental work service they provide. I’ve had 2 single caps and 2 three tooth caps done and all are excellent both in fit and comfortable in use. I’ve not had to go back yet for any adjustments. They scan and imprint the dental caps so it’s ensured a good fit without a lot of extra work. There is always some small fine bite tuning to ensure upper and lowers match, which only took 5-7 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Very prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. The first person, the tech showed my teeth x-.ray. That was interesting. The cleaning was very thorough and gentle. My teeth and gums feel amazing, not sore at all. Tabitha was a great hygienist. The Doctor was friendly, caring and down to earth. I feel very confident that she knows what she's doing!

Fantastic experience: Most professional dental clinic I have gone to . I had veneers done elsewhere a year ago and felt they were not done right . I went to Dr Moreau’s clinic and they redid them for me and did an amazing job . They went beyond my expectations. I wish I had gone to them first as they were extremely detailed and thorough making sure the end result was just right . I would not go anywhere else for my cosmetic dentistry

Fantastic experience: I had an unexpected dental emergency where a dental implant on one of my top front teeth unexpectedly fell out and, being new to the area, didn’t have established care with a dentist in town. This happened at nearly 5 o’clock and they had me in the office by 8:30 the next morning. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to any type of dental care but their professional manner and expertise made me feel totally at ease with the situation. As a physician myself, I can’t say enough about how amazing everyone at this office is and how well they treat their patients. The cutting edge technology they are using is simply phenomenal and you won’t find better dental care anywhere.

He gave me a referral to an oral surgeon. I read the reviews of Unforgettable Smiles , made an appointment for a second opinion. She agreed about not saving the tooth, but she pulled it out with excellent skills. I can say this due to all my teeth work done in my lifetime. I am a senior citizen and had several root canals and caps. My hat off to the work being done by Unforgettable Smiles!!!
