Fantastic experience: My teens and I have been here a few times and each time the dentists and staff are friendly, thorough and caring. It is easy to make appointments and I appreciate the text reminders. They even have entertaining short videos on a TV in the lobby on a channel called HappyTV or something. Our wait times have been surprisingly short.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kizer truly saved me during a medical emergency, and I am extremely grateful for his care and dedication. I was experiencing severe dental pain at a level of 9–10 during the Thanksgiving holidays and even had to visit the emergency room for pain medication. In the morning of Black Friday, I left him a message on the phone of KMM Dental, and Dr. Kizer personally called me back. He met me at the KMM Dental in 20 min and provided me with urgent treatment, which significantly reduced my pain to about a level of 3. During this visit, he thoughtfully contacted root canal specialists in front of me to obtain second opinions and determine the best treatment approach. In the days before my scheduled root canal procedure, he called and texted me several times to check on my condition and to remind me what symptoms to monitor. After the root canal was completed, he performed the final treatment and resolved the issue. His professionalism, kindness, and exceptional dedication helped me get through a very difficult experience. I truly appreciate his outstanding care and would highly recommend KMM Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: First, our family has been going to this practice for many years. It is a model of efficiency and kindness from the minute you walk in. No clinical coldness here!! The wait to go back to the dental assistant is never long. Tammy, the hygienist whom I have been seeing for a long time, is super detailed and so gentle. She is a perfectionist with every step of cleaning, X-rays, and assessment.Her mind is 100% on patient care. I always choose to see the dentist who’s available when I am there, and I have to say that they are all excellent!

Fantastic experience: Judy Ann is like visiting family and you're getting your teeth cleaned during the visit. She's the best and whenever she asks if I prefer one dentist over another, I have to say no, because they're all wonderful, caring and personable. My family has come this practice since Dr. Kizer purchased the practice from Dr. Irwin (went to Dr. Irwin since 1968). I'm so happy to see them expand and serve our community. I honestly, look forward to my appointments every 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I lost a filling and a friend recommended Dr Kizer. This was my first visit. Making an appointment was easy, the staff was friendly and efficient. To my surprise, Dr Kizer looked at my tooth and fixed it without requiring me to make another appointment! I've switched my dental records to his practice and scheduled my next cleaning. He didn't use as much fancy technology as my former dentist, but the result feels much better to my tongue. Cost wise, it's about the same. I'm a retired RN and pretty picky about my health care providers. But, with one visit, he earned my trust.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST dentist office I've been to in my many years. Very upfront with what costs will be. Friendly, kind and gentle to be around and talk to. I've had experiences with many of their dentists and hygienists. All of them were kind and professional. I can't say enough nice things about them. My husband found them while seeking a second opinion and they provided a common sense and much more affordable solution. We've been patients ever since. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone seeking dental care.

Fantastic experience: Tammy has been my dental hygienist for years and she’s fantastic . I’ve seen several of the doctors, but the last two times I’ve seen Dr King. He will be doing a filling in a few weeks. Dr. Miller has done a great filling and first crown as well, and I really like him.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE 10/30/2025 I’m still going to Kizer, Miller & McKnight Dentistry for my routine dental needs. Judianne is my hygienist. She’s been cleaning my teeth for three years. She is gentle and respectful. Yesterday, it was cold outside and when I sat in her chair she offered a snuggly blanket. It was nice to be warm after running errands all morning. I appreciate KMM dentistry. I went to KMM Dentistry this week because an old crown (which covered an old root canal) sheered off at the gum line. Drs. Miller and McKnight cheerfully and respectfully cared for me. This was the first time I’ve needed emergency service from them, and I felt well cared for by them and their nurses. Thank you KMM Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for ten years, and I am a very aware patient that knows I can go anywhere but there is absolutely no need to go anywhere else. Myself and all of my family get top tier care here. Every staff member and Doctor is top of their game and frankly, I just don’t think they can be beat. I have rushed in with little ones who fell and broke a tooth at school, all the way to talking through getting new wisdom teeth removal for my other kids. I have watched them care for my kids who had braces, to my husband who had a chipped tooth. They do it all, they don’t scare you or do unnecessary procedures. They are gentle and most importantly quick. They care for uninsured and insured. They are truly servants. Just good people, and I don’t write reviews hardly for anyone.

Each dentist has provided excellent care and given detailed information on any procedure performed. Tammy has been my hygienist all these years. She is amazing and personable. I highly recommend this practice for excellent care. I won't go anywhere else I moved to NC and still make the 2 hr drive to have dental work done with this practice.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office and my dentist! Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming, and they do their best to fit you in on short notice if needed. Not only are they kind, but they are also skilled- they were able to resolve an issue easily that my previous dental office could not fix after multiple attempts. I also really appreciate that they don't immediately jump to the most drastic or expensive solution unless it is truly necessary.

Fantastic experience: From making an appointment to after the appointment, was really great. Super friendly and caring staff, Amy, Michelle, Dr. King and lady at checkout, didnt catch her name. Scheduled an appointment for the next day, had consult then immediately had my procedure done, all at 1 appointment. Couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend KMM Dentistry without hesitation! I have been a patient at this office from the beginning. Since Dr Irwin’s retirement, I have been seen by many hygienists, as well as most (if not all) of the dentists that are at KMM now. Yesterday, I was able to reschedule a cleaning appointment from next week to the same day I called. When they discovered a problem (needed a filling), it was corrected while I was in the office, without having to schedule a second visit! Hygienists, dentists, and receptionists are friendly, effective, and efficient, and I have no intention of going anywhere else for my dental needs.

After my procedure my blood sugar was low and I was light headed and not feeling well and his assistant was getting me a soda and offering peanut butter crackers. Dr. McKnight and assistant kept checking on me until my sugar level improved and the side effects went away. Thank you to you both so very much.

Dr. McKnight is also amazing, he is gifted in difficult procedures in which you feel no pain and there is no need to worry regardless of what you are having done. This practice explains the steps before and always answers questions afterwards without feeling rushed. Fantastic experience: Friendly. Caring. During November 2024 visit with Dr. Larsen and Cheryl, Dr. Larsen commented that my teeth looked great. At the May 2025 visit with Cheryl and Dr. McKnight multiple problems were noted. Was there any indication of these problems at the Nov ‘24 visit? I would like a reply to this question. BTW, the endodontist appointment for today (5/8/25) had to be cancelled due to a family emergency of the endodontist. It has been rescheduled for 5/29/25.

Fantastic experience: I would rather have bamboo shoots stuck under my fingers and toes plus being hung upside down than go to a dentist. However, the experience with Dr. Kizer and his staff is so pleasant I may take my family to his office for our annual vacation. I give them 5 teeth out of 5 rating.
