Fantastic experience: My husband and I had such a wonderful experience here getting our checkups! Yasmine and the whole staff were just so friendly and nice to talk to :) Not only were they thorough in their diagnoses, but they really took the time to educate us and create a preventative care plan. Negative experience: I want to edit my review with my honest opinion. Don’t go here. The reason why there are so many 5 star rating is cause they ask for it. They give you temu gifts for a 5 star. I got a filling done one year ago. I’ve had filling before and never in my life did I have to get a root canal from the pure neglect from the dentist and hygienist. I have been in pain and I’ve been complaining about this pain for months to them. I got an infection right after getting the filling. I had to go to a different dentist to get it fixed and now I have to get a root canal because of nerve damage. DON’T GO HERE!!!! When getting cleanings it hurts and them talking about me negatively behind my back is really hurtful.

If a review was previously written voluntarily and later reversed, that is entirely the reviewer’s choice—but it raises an important question about consistency and intent.
Regarding the clinical claims:

When a cavity is deep, even with proper diagnosis, technique, and standard of care, a filling may not be sufficient long-term. In such cases, pulp inflammation or infection can develop months or even years later, making root canal therapy necessary. This risk is clearly explained verbally and documented in signed informed consent forms prior to treatment. Needing a root canal after a deep filling is a known biological outcome—not evidence of neglect or incompetence.
We also categorically reject the accusation that our team spoke negatively about any patient. Hello Dental maintains strict professional and ethical standards, and such behavior is not tolerated under any circumstances.
Pain following dental treatment is never dismissed at our office. Patients reporting symptoms are evaluated, documented, and advised appropriately, including referral to specialists when indicated. Choosing to seek care elsewhere is always a patient’s right, but attributing unavoidable biological progression to “pure neglect” is neither accurate nor appropriate.
We sincerely wish every patient the best in their future dental care. However, we also stand firmly behind our doctors, hygienists, and team, who provide evidence-based, ethical, and compassionate treatment to our community every day.

Negative experience: This place is all about the money. Went in expecting a cleaning and came out with nothing besides a list of everything I needed done for $4000. I had told them my insurance was ending that month so I wanted to use it they said if you don't have insurance this is not the dentist for you. I was shocked, you best believe next time insurance or no insurance I will never be going back!

At Hello Dental, our responsibility is to provide an accurate diagnosis based on clinical findings and to fully inform patients of their oral health status before any treatment is performed. In many cases, a routine “cleaning” cannot be ethically or legally completed if there is active disease present, as doing so would fall below the standard of care required by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Our goal is never to upsell, but to be transparent, responsible, and compliant while protecting our patients’ long-term health.

That said, there is absolutely no justification for how that conversation was handled, and for that we sincerely apologize.

I would personally appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly. Please call our office and ask to speak with the doctor and owner. If you are willing, let us know who made that statement, as we will immediately open an internal investigation and address the matter appropriately. Accountability matters to us, and so does restoring trust.

Negative experience: I wish I could post a review with zero stars. This practice does not care about patients or dental health. They made it very clear they are all about making money. Run in the other direction. Your response is not complete. When I was in your office your employee said my oncologist office called five days before and said they were sending the paperwork. You claim it was never received. Why didn’t you call the oncologist back and say it did not arrive . You had 5 days to follow up. I have spoken to two other dental offices near by and they both said they get a lot of complaints about Hello Dental. Your whole office knew I was there to get my records and no one tried to fix the problem and they were very rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!

Fantastic experience: Came in for a tooth ache and I was really nervous. The dentist came in and made me feel a lot more comfortable. Samantha gave me a tour of the entire office and I was more at ease when they told me I wouldn’t have to lose the whole tooth. They have a smart injection device that made me less nervous for my treatment and I know why my husband raves about this dental office now. I’ll be coming here from now on.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience here! The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere of the office is truly extraordinary—warm, welcoming, and very professional. The doctor was incredibly kind to my daughter, taking the time not only to explain her treatment but also to share insights about the professional life of a dentist, which made the visit both educational and inspiring for her. On top of that, Yasmin was extremely kind to me throughout the entire process. She is an excellent worker, attentive, and made everything so much easier. Fantastic experience: I came to hello dental and had a deep cleaning done as well as a crown and a couple fillings. The staff was very nice and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I was nervous about going to the dentist but they put my mind at ease and made it a pleasant experience! Would recommend considering them for your visit!

Fantastic experience: Samantha took care of me today and she was the most sweet, general, knowledgeable woman that has every put her fingers in my mouth. Fantastic experience: Overall a great experience, everyone was very nice and attentive. I came in for an infection in my mouth from a tooth and they were very quick to diagnose and assist. Samantha was really great. I came back a couple days later and had my wisdom tooth pulled and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable and knowledgeable about what was going on. The procedure was quick and painless, they were wonderful the whole time.
