Fantastic experience: Nothing less than 5 stars for Dr Nguyen and his amazing staff. Even though they ran late on getting me back, they kept me informed and even gave me a Starbucks card for being patient. That’s customer service. I work in healthcare and understand that things happen behind the scenes that the patients don’t see. I’m getting implants done in a few weeks. And I have had several consultations with other places. But none of them put my mind at ease like Dr Nguyen! I can’t wait to be able to smile again without covering my mouth!

Fantastic experience: I was taken care of right away. My appointment was at 8 and I went in to see the doctor at 8. The surgery was only supposed to be one hour, and I was going out to my friends car in one hour. Everything was great. The whole staff from the front office to the dentists and his assistants.

Since I already had a great previous experience with Dr. Nguyen, I didn't hesitate to have my surgery performed there. All went well and, without a doubt, I definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen for the surgery. I also have to commend his staff as well. Everyone is kind and caring. They all work so well together to coordinate absolutely everything. They don't hesitate to go above and beyond as necessary. Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen and his staff are amazing! Super friendly office with kind and caring staff. This is my second implant. The first one was four years ago. He did such a great job with the first implant, that of course I was going to come back to have another one. I had a cracked tooth and was in a lot of pain. Once I got in for the appointment, he was able to do all the work the in the same visit. No more pain!! It’s healed really fast! Dr. Nguyen is a highly skilled surgeon that does quality work that will last. Dr. Nguyen and Temo, his surgical assistant, work so well together. They are in perfect sync. I remembered Temo from my procedure 4 years ago. I highly recommend this office. It will be a great experience for something that doesn’t sound so that fun… so don’t put it off!

Fantastic experience: The ladies up front were extremely kind and helpful, the dental assistant made me feel comfortable, and the Doctor was knowledgeable and amazing at what he does. I called them on Monday, they got me in for a consult on Tuesday, and I was scheduled Thursday morning for my wisdom teeth removal. Upon arrival I was quickly checked in, and the nurse, assistants, and anesthesiologist made the process quick and painless. I would recommend these people to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Admittedly, I was apprehensive about doing a dental procedure while being asleep. I’m more of a nitrous gal myself. In hindsight I have to admit now that my concern was completely unnecessary. The entire experience went perfectly, and I’m extremely happy with all that transpired. The staff is the best at what they do, and my confidence level grew with each passing pre-op minute. I was actually able to relax. The surgery is over, after my extended nap once I was home, I woke up with minimal discomfort. Fantastic experience: Just got my 4 wisdom teeth and additional infected molar done with Dr. Nguyen and the entire experience has been a breeze! From all people I’ve talked to about their wisdom teeth extractions they’ve either had a horror story and talked about the pain.. I have little to NO PAIN, obviously there’s “irritation” cause your mouth has been cut up but that is it! Dr. Nguyen KNOWS what he’s doing! He’s very thorough with explaining and doing the actual surgery! It has been officially 12 hours and I am doing FANTASTIC! I was extremely fearful about the extractions because I absolutely DESPISE teeth pain. I will refer ANYONE to Dr. Nguyen when it comes to Oral surgery.

Fantastic experience: By far, this is the best experiment compared to all the experiments I have done with dentistry from the past until now. The team members were highly caring, enthusiastic, and friendly. My experience with having my wisdom tooth removed was painless and quick. I didn't experience any swelling or restriction afterward. They also got many of my questions answered and checked up on me after a couple of days. This is the only time I thought going to the dentist wasn't intimidating.

I recently got all four of my wisdom teeth removed with them and I'm on Day 3 with little to no pain (with the usual soreness here and there)! The front staff were lovely and helpful for both my consultation and the day of my actual surgery and the nurse who helped induce me for the surgery had wonderful bedside manner. The actual surgery seemed like 5 seconds to me and thanks to the advice of Dr. Nguyen at the consultation, I'm recovering fast!

Same day I was able to discuss and have the work done - The Doctor and his Assistant worked so well together; they informed me as things were happening; including “this will hurt” - The Doctor talked; apologized; sang; informed; danced a bit; smiled; calmed; was very astute - I could not have even thought to have had a better outcome! No amount of praise could embody the experience! Thank you to each of you for such a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with the treatment i received from my new dentist. I had seen 5 dentist this week and this was the only one that would extract my tooth due to extreamly long roots with tentacles. I was in so much pain I could not eat without throwing up. Could not take pain meds either without throwing up. I lost 11 pounds in 6 days. Finally a Dr. that saw I needed help. Thank God for Him. He took out my tooth, roots etc. orally under sedation. I had hurt for so long he said that was the only way. Also, may I please say I fell in love with Keith. He was Doc’s assistant and was with me the whole time. He was amazing. They all were amazing. Karen I believe was my nurse, so cute snd so comforting. I loved the whole experience. Well except now i have stitches in my mouth snd one less tooth. Lol. I highly recommend this office. If you need oral surgery, this is definitely the place to go.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience at Surprise Oral & Implant. Dr. Nguyen & staff are so professional & friendly, walking me through my high risk situation to completion 4 months later. I highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery. The entire office is so bright, modern & clean - a little hard to find though with the trees covering the sign for the office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen is such an amazing surgeon and person! They took such good care of me through it all. I just had my surgery yesterday, and today, I feel pretty good. The staff here is amazing. They are all so very kind. I have recommended them to everyone I know. Dr. Nguyen called me this morning himself to check on me.
