Fantastic experience: I love Collins Orthodontics! I started my braces journey with a different orthodontist in a different state. Collins graciously welcomed me 6 months in. I have been going to Collins for two years and just got my braces off earlier this week. All the staff are amazingly kind. The donuts are good.

Fantastic experience: Our first of three sons completed the braces journey with Collins Orthodontics recently. His smile is fantastic! We are very pleased. We also appreciate Dr. Collins catching an accessory tooth on one son and referring him to a local oral surgeon for prompt care. Lastly, having extended family who have endured a childhood cancer journey— we are grateful for their adopt a shark program and giving back to the community!

Fantastic experience: From my first appointment to when my braces had come off, my experience with Collins has been amazing! Everyone is so cheerful (makes me want to know what coffee they are drinking) and had answers for all of my questions. If you’re trying to find a place that’s warm and welcoming from day 1, this is the place you want to go.

Fantastic experience: It is with mixed emotions my family finally said their goodbyes to Dr Collins and his incredible staff. All 3 of my kids were patients of Dr Collins and my daughter just got her braces off yesterday. They made the last 5 years going through braces and Invisalign process such a breeze. Fantastic experience: Been 2 yrs with Collins Orthodontics as a client. Just got my braces removed yesterday and received so many compliments within couple hours. Wonderful experience! Dr C along with his terrifically skilled team of girls work really hard to bring out “perfectly carved “ smiles. I admire their stress-free work environment with giggles and laughter being heard all the time. Nonetheless, their margin of error is close to nil. I would highly recommend Collins orthodontics for anyone looking forward to spread smiles and happiness with confidence!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Collins was recommended by my Iowa orthodontist, and the experience was positive. The payment plan made it easy to get Invisalign braces without breaking the bank. Visits were quick and efficient. Everyone was pleasant and usually quite cheerful. They make retainers in house, which is an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: Getting Invisalign in your 40s is not something to write home about. The Collins team was able to change that for me. They made it so easy to go through the process. They take care of you, they are flexible, and the atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. The time went by really quick and before you know it, you are done. Amazing team and amazing dedication to their patients. Would recommend 100%. Mini Donuts are a mega bonus.

Fantastic experience: Working with Dr Collins and his staff made the process of braces in my 40's a breeze. The atmosphere is fun and inviting and everyone is there to make the experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough about Dr Collins and the team he has assembled at his office. They truly go out of their way to my orthodontics easy and pain-free. I looked forward to my appointments and knew exactly what to expect. The remarkable change in my teeth and smile is proof of their expertise. Fantastic experience: I enjoyed going to my appointments at Collins. From front desk staff to dental hygienist, and Dr. Collins himself, everyone was always caring, understanding, and has a welcoming smile. I remember the day my braces had to be taken out, I came in with my 7 months old baby and everyone pitched in to take care of my little one while my journey to get my new smile was happening. God bless all the staff at Collins. Lita, Jen, Jenna, and Hannah you make all the difference and you all are wonderful. Most milestones I hit in life, Collins Ortho remembered. My birthdays, my nursing school graduation, childbirth, Collins Orthodontist remembered which meant a lot to me being an immigrant with no family here. Collins ortho felt like family. Lastly, their payment plan is very flexible. When I decided to get my braces as a broke international student with little money, Collins worked with me. Trust me! If you are looking for a stellar orthodontist. Don’t hesitate. THIS IS THE PLACE!!! You won’t regret it.

Negative experience: I had an overall suboptimal experience at Collins Orthodontics during my orthodontic treatment. They have many positives including some super kind and excellent dental hygienists, smooth process with MRA reimbursement and easy checkin/out. The worst of it was during mid treatment, primarily due to minimal face to face contact with Dr. Collins. He spreads his time thin seeing multiple patients by himself. There are not enough opportunities to talk to him and ask questions during appointments. My treatment was not progressing towards my desired goals and after requesting to talk to him, we clarified things, which was helpful. He however left irritated, flinging his used gloves over me onto the table. He had been pretty cool, friendly and respectful up until then. I found it to be highly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior coming from a doctor at being asked questions about one's treatment. I did receive a half apology and that prevented him from getting reported to the dental board. Additionally, I would have been more satisfied if we spent enough time during initial recruitment to fully understand what I was signing up for and make a confident informed decision, where I again felt that he had to rush out. This will likely not be a common experience, especially if you are fine with having minimal time with Dr. Collins to ask questions and have a straightforward case. IMHO, it would significantly improve the patient experience if Dr. Collins is able to spend more time with patients and not get hurt and behave disrespectfully at patients asking questions and clarifying their treatment progress.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a wonderful experience with my Spark aligners here for the last year and a half. From the moment I walked in the door, every single person I’ve interacted with has been extremely pleasant, welcoming and explanatory. I highly recommend Collins Orthodontics and I will absolutely be bringing my two young children here if/when they need orthodontic work. They already enjoy coming with during my appointments.

Fantastic experience: Amazing environment. Collins was actually a place where I looked forward to the appointments. They always cared about what I had to say and remembered the small details. They went out of their way almost every time to give me and my sister gifts, they put thought into everything. Some of the most friendly people I have met in my life.

Fantastic experience: I don’t have experience as a patient in Collins Orthodontics by I wanted to share some amazing work their entire office did for Rochester Season’s Hospice. I have been a volunteer with Season’s for the past three years, we are so fortunate to have such a wonderful place for families to go in their time of need. When I was last at the house volunteering, I noticed the windows needed some cleaning. I heard today that Dr. Collins and his entire staff closed the office for a day and volunteered to give back to our community by cleaning all the windows in the Hospice House. This is not a small job. Not only did they volunteer their time, but provided all the supplies to complete the job and treated the staff and patients with bagels, coffee and all the goodies to go with. To me this speaks volumes of what a great practice this is. If they are will to treat strangers like this I can only imagine how wonderful they are to their patients. Thank you Collins Orthodontics!!!

Fantastic experience: We have had two kids use Collins Orthodontics. At one level, it is just another "dentist appointment". You show up and wait while the work is done. But, Collins makes it extremely easy: good parking, very friendly, informative, nice environment, great reminder text messages. Appointment scheduling was very accommodating. Kids had no issues or fears attending. Most importantly, their teeth look great! We highly recommend Collins.

Fantastic experience: A visit to Collin’s Orthodontics is more like getting together with good friends who genuinely care about your treatment and about you as a person that goes far and above the typical orthodontic/dental visits I once dreaded. The enthusiasm and beautiful smiles I see in all the staff, makes me want to get into that dental chair and start working on a smile just like they have. Fantastic experience: Getting braces stink….but Dr Collins & their entire staff help to make it the best situation possible. We have followed Dr Collins since our children were young coming in for visits while still getting Thor baby teeth out. He gave excellent advice when baby teeth needed to be removed, to decrease the amount of work & time in future braces. We love the new office and location. Office staff have been very accommodating getting our boys in for lost bracket, adjustments or issues that pop up unexpectedly. This is a huge plus to me. Multiple payment options available, making braces affordable for most everyone. I appreciate not being upsold products we don’t want or need. They know their patients when we walk in, without even having to give our names. I still haven’t figured that one out, lol. Highest recommendation to the entire Collins team! You owe it to yourself to see what he can do for your smile.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievably awesome place! They provide an excellent customer service experience. From the reception desk to the moment you leave you will feel welcome and taken care of. Collins provides you with affordable payment options, education, a goodie bag, along with the professional orthodontic treatments. My son was nervous about getting his braces. He was unsure about the pain level, look of them, and how to take care of his braces. After his appointment began the whole Collins team alleviated all of those concerns and provided ample education. Someone from the office even called later in the day to see how he was doing. Seriously, an excellent customer service experience.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Everyone is very friendly. They took wonderful care of my son, very gentle. His teeth look perfect. Convenient Wednesday evening and Friday hours. Shout out to Jen, the treatment coordinator! I wasn't able to be there when they took his braces off, so they sent me a video of the first moment that he saw his teeth without the braces. My treatment lasted about as long as Dr. Collins indicated that it would, and I'm very happy with the results. Some of my teeth, before being treated, were uneven enough where it was uncomfortable for me to speak at times. Not only has that been corrected after treatment, but cosmetically my smile has never looked better. The service they provide is spot-on & they do their best to make you feel welcomed. I enjoyed being able to coordinate my regular dental cleanings with adjustments. The ladies from the front desk would call my dental office and help me coordinate my appointments, so I could come in to get my wires removed to facilitate a better dental cleaning. Appointments were always quick and to the point but there was always time for any questions or concerns. The staff always have a smile and are the most kind hearted people iv met! Fantastic experience: I worked with Dr. Collins and his team for 2 years while I had adult braces. It was the most amazing experience and my only regret was that I didn't get braces sooner! Dr. Collins was incredibly accommodating and his prices were by far the best I had seen while shopping around. The process of getting my braces was seamless and the team were amazing at helping me with the transition. I was able to stop in any time I had any issues and received a ton of education. After getting my braces off my smile is beyond anything I could have imagined. I can't say enough how great it is that Dr. Collins is a self proclaimed perfectionist. Every little change he makes is worth it in the end. Two years sounded like an eternity to me when I started but you want to make all your efforts worth it! The team makes those years fly by and the changes you see along the way help. The team at Collins were absolutely amazing-- the most friendly people I know. I was having a hard day once when I stopped in for a quick appointment-- the girls ran next door to grab me a coffee and even called to make sure I was ok later. Fantastic experience: Not only is Collins Orthodontics one of the most reasonably-priced orthodontic options in Rochester, but they truly care for their patients! At the beginning of my daughter's treatment, we were surprised when they rented out a theater for all of their patients and guests for an early viewing of a brand new movie, with treats provided. They did things above and beyond what most places do, for instance, they sent her cards for special life events, they always knew her name when she walked in the door, they stayed interested in her life and asked her questions, they bought her Panera (her favorite) for lunch on her last day with braces because she told them how much she loved it.
