Fantastic experience: 100 stars is not enough! I had to have emergency root canal done today. Not only they were able to see me the same day and had my treatment done within hours, but they did it with kindness, compassion and precision. Dr. Kian was absolutely brilliant and outstanding. Fantastic experience: I recently had a bone graft procedure done by Dr. Knight, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From my very first visit, Dr. Knight took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. I especially appreciated how candid and honest he was about what to expect — including the fact that, in rare cases, the procedure doesn’t always work as intended. He reassured me that if that ever happened, we would cross that bridge together and that I’d have his full support throughout. That level of transparency and care is rare and speaks volumes about his integrity. The procedure itself went smoothly, and at my two-week follow-up, Dr. Knight took great care in checking my healing progress and ensuring everything was on track. It’s rare to find a specialist who combines such exceptional skill with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, but Dr. Knight does exactly that. I highly recommend Dr. Knight to anyone in need of periodontal care or bone grafting. You’ll be in excellent hands.

Negative experience: Appt 9/22 with Dr Kian Zero pt care during and after procedure. Being my 2nd RCT at the facility i was familiar with the process. This time, there was unnecessary billing confusion, was in pain during the procedure which I was told to either persevere or come another day, left with a temporary fill that has a hole enough to trap food. Never experienced that on my 1st RCT; the temp fill was done perfect and sealed in one visit. Tried explaining to the lady that called but wasn't listening

The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and the clinic itself was spotless and calming. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, explaining each step so I felt comfortable throughout. Dr.Kian took time to review my X-rays, answer my questions, and offer helpful advice for preventative care. Fantastic experience: Great staff!! I broke my ankle and had surgery on it and was in a cast. I called and spoke to April because I developed tooth pain on a tooth that had a filling that dropped out. April was very kind on the phone, and did not have any appointments for the next day, then found me one in their Frisco office for the next day. I accepted that and then she called me back to ask if I could come in today. I went in and was greeted warmly and was helped with her bringing the paperwork to me because of my leg. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Brandy who had a warm smile and was very caring throughout the entire procedure. She made me feel very comfortable and cared for my needs all through the root canal. She explained everything to me to make me feel comfortable after surgery and after care needed at home. Dr Nick did a great job with the procedure. I was pain free throughout the procedure. I elected not to do the nerve gas. The numbing medication was good enough to keep me comfortable. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone I know that needs tooth surgery. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first Endo experience so naturally I was a bit anxious, but Dr.Jalali was so caring and gentle that he made it a wonderful pain free experience! But from the moment I walked through the door, every single member of the team—from the front desk staff to the dental assistants—made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Jalali is truly exceptional. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and calm, he explained everything to me step by step before starting the procedure, which helped ease my nerves tremendously. What really stood out to me was how effortlessly he managed a case that was more complex than usual—apparently, I have extra-long canals, which can make the procedure more challenging. Yet Dr. Jalali handled it with such precision and confidence that I never once felt uncomfortable or uncertain. To my surprise, the entire process was completely painless. Not only was the procedure itself smooth, but even hours later, I felt no pain or discomfort at all—none. It’s honestly hard to believe I just had a root canal! That speaks volumes to the level of skill and care I received. The assistants were attentive, kind, and clearly very experienced, and the front desk was equally fantastic—friendly, organized, and efficient. The entire practice runs like a well-oiled machine, but with warmth and genuine care for their patients. Fantastic experience: Dr. Knight is fantastic. He's the periodontist we needed. He is not simply highly skilled, but also extremely personable & communicative, while being patient & compassionate. If I ever needed another implant it would have to be with Dr. Knight. As well his staff have been nothing but exceptional every visit from start to finish. Sometimes all of the little parts together exceed the whole & that's what we have here. One example: I had special anesthetic needs & they delivered without me having to ask twice or remind. The list goes on, but really it's just simple - See Dr. Knight.

We were in need of an emergency root canal for our son and from the moment we called, the front desk staff were on top of helping us out asap and getting him in to see Dr. Wang immediately. Fantastic experience: I chose this clinic for a root canal out of 2 referrals given & so glad I did! The facility is clean & front office staff welcoming. Tianna & Celina were awesome & made me feel comfortable. Dr Qian Wang is absolutely amazing---professional, definitely knows her stuff, and works effortlessly---definitely an asset to this clinic & dental field!!! She comforted me throughout the procedure, letting me know what was going on before, during, and after the procedure. With her expertise, I did not have any discomfort afterwards AND they called me the day after to check on me. Fantastic experience: I wanted to write this review as it's now been 11 months since my gum graft done by Dr Wade Knight. I was very nervous prior to the appointment. But Dr Wade was amazing. He did a wonderful job. Him and his staff were excellent. They were very patient and communicative in terms of what to expect. Dr Wade provided his personal number and encouraged me to use it even for the most trivial question. My regular dentist has also commented on the beautiful job. When I was researching gum grafting, there weren't specifically many or any reviews for Dr Wade, so I hope this helps others to make this difficult decision. Good luck!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Q Wang was amazing! I went in for an emergency root canal and the staff was nothing less than amazing. I am pregnant and they took every precaution necessary and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They also talked me through every step of the procedure which meant a lot! I then had complications after that required me to go in again and Dr. Wang went in on her off day to see me. The entire staff was very kind and professional. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: I had an appointment and a root canal. It was very expensive and they wouldn’t accept the x-rays that I’d just had done. I was in a lot of pain and I was at their mercy so I had to pay for extra x-rays. They don’t care about the patient. The girl kept trying to cram the instrument into my mouth that was too fat to get an x-ray but I am not able to open my mouth that wide. It was VERY painful but she kept shoving it at me and hitting my teeth with it. It felt like it was made of metal that she kept whacking on my front teeth with. I told her that I can’t open my mouth that wide because of my left side TMJ. She actually told me “You’re ok” and then hit my teeth several more times. She seemed to be not very intelligent. I couldn’t imagine hitting anyone in their front teeth so many times trying to get me to open wider. I COULD NOT OPEN WIDER. She really hurt me. Then after my root canal they told me I’d only need Tylenol and Advil. So I tried that. They were wrong. It was very VERY painful. I called them to tell them I couldn’t stand the pain so they sent me an Rx for steroids and antibiotics. I am still in pain but they don’t care. I ended up using some old left over medication that I had because I really needed relief from the pain. Just because they say you don’t have pain doesn’t mean that you don’t have it. Everyone in the place seemed very cold and unfeeling. They seemed like people who tell you that they are nice and expect you to believe it because they told you so. They, including the doctor, do NOT care if you are hurting. They just want to make money off people who are really in need of pain relief. If you’re in such pain then you are truly at their mercy. And they are NOT merciful…just greedy.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredibly smooth and pain-free root canal procedure at Sigma Dental Specialists recently! Dr. Nick and his sweet assistant, Ms. Tianna, were gentle and thoughtful throughout the procedure explaining the steps and checking in on me to make sure I was okay during the root canal. As this was my first root canal, I was pretty nervous but it was truly a relaxed experience- I was even given a blanket and headphones! I highly recommend this practice for your endodontic needs!

They addressed my problem right away and when I went back for an issue that was due to my dentist, they advised me against performing additional expensive procedure and recommended a simpler cost effective solution that greatly helped me out. Fantastic experience: Dr Hussang was amazing. Performed 4 root canal on my very back molar. So hard to get to; he has great technique. His assistant,Debra, was an Angel. She really worked well with the doctor and made sure I was always comfortable. I was expecting it to cost more but was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this office and Dr Hussang.

Negative experience: I went for root canal treatment referred by general dentist , these guys charging for x-ray $270 after insurance . I told them General dentist took all x-rays and ct-scan but these people refused to take and insisted that they need their own and charged $250. just for 1 teeth x-ray . finally root canal of one teeth they gave me quote of $2600 and after insurance it will be $1115 . what a pathetic charges .. if you guys have a big pocket then visit this place else .. look for somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Update: 4/15/2024: Two years passed and results of work are still great. Dr. Poorya Jalali is the best endodontist I ever visited. I had two consultations with other endodontists and they stated that it is not possible to save my tooth. But Dr. Poorya Jalali made excellent job and save it. It was very complex surgery and I really appreciate all Dr. Poorya help and support.

Fantastic experience: Had a reconstructive root canel here and I will say was one of the best dental experiences I had. They reached out and worked with my schedule. Met with Dr Kian Daghihi and he gave me all my options, explained all my questions and knocked out my reconstructive root canel with ease and I hardly felt any pain after. The staff was also very attentive and caring making sure I had no discomfort. My last root canel was discomforting and long and this experience was the total opposite. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Super attentive, patient, and hard working. M Eskander DDS PhD is a 6 star DDS! He keeps you informed as he moves along in the process. Tianna kept checking in to make sure I was okay and front desk staff, such as Melissa, were extremely professional but also had a warm demeanour each time I came. I highly recommend this business office and am grateful for the service they provided. I’m a happy camper!

Negative experience: Came in to see Dr. Kian daghighi for my 2nd root canal saw him the first time 7 months ago in coppell. The first root canal failed and needed a new one. I felt rushed and frustrated bc I had to fight for them to cover. In the end they just charged my insurance. I was still frustrated bc it was one month longer then 6 they would not cover the error of the root canal. But it was better than nothing. The front desk people and my hygienist were amazing great customer service. But felt my doctor rushed me and did not explain everything. My 2nd root canal has a 50:50 chance of working but if that does not work I have to do a different surgery to fix the first tooth. Lastly I did feel the office was very sales as they gave me a QR code at the end to rate them.

Negative experience: I was sent here for an emergency root canal by my dentist in Plano. They were not his 1st choice but they had an opening. The office staff was lovely, my dentist was not. He never explained what he was doing, doubted I was in pain, and spent the entirety of my procedure telling his assistant that his wife was 10 years younger than him and beautiful, how incompetent most of the assistants at the clinic were and bragging on himself. It was honestly laughable. The most unprofessional behavior, I felt like I was in a SNL skit. After a root canal, I was sent home with no pain meds and when I called and asked for a single Tylenol 3 the next day he refused. So bizarre. I would never recommend Dr. Fernando Marquesge to anyone. His main goal during my procedure was impressing his young assistant. So embarrassing

Fantastic experience: I had to take my son urgently to Dr. Wade Knight today, to drain an abscess. I was completely bowled over by his knowledge, kindness and thoughtfulness. On a Friday evening before Christmas, I never felt the least bit rushed. He took his time and was very thorough. The front desk was also very courteous and kind. This place deserves a 10/10! And being a physician myself, I am very very impressed overall. This is how a practice should be run!

Fantastic experience: Excellent doctor, Sodam Lee, DMD. Doctor Lee, performed a Root Canal on my front tooth. My hands are up for the awesome treatment that was performed. Absolutely, no pain. She explained the process that she was performing and when all had been completed, I left with a swollen lip from the anesthetic and a smile on my face. I highly recommend. Insurance does not cover enough. Make sure you qualify for Care Credit or prepare your self financially. 5 star facility staff and doctor.

I came here from out of town for a procedure I was very nervous about. They ask how I was doing through out it. So far it's been good. They actually care about the patients.

Fantastic experience: I had to come in for 2 root canals. Everything I’ve ever heard about root canals in the past was always scary. You add not liking overall dental experiences on top of that, it just sets you up for thinking the worst is to come. I was able to come in the same day it was determined I needed a root canal and I was able to get my next one scheduled within a few days. Dr. Lee and her assistants for both appointments were amazing. There’s absolutely nothing to be afraid of! I was kept comfortable the whole time. I was frequently asked if I was okay. I was given the option to take a break if needed. The first appointment was about 1 hour long including consultation and the second appointment was about 2 hours. However, both appointments never felt like it was taking forever. I wouldn’t say root canals are the most fun thing anyone should do, but it honestly was the best experience I could ever ask for. Thanks to Dr. Lee and her assistants, I’m not as afraid of the dentist as I once one. As a registered nurse, I know I’m picky with the care I receive - ensuring it’s quality, safe, compassionate, and so on… and I have to say that this practice provides all this and more! Thank you!

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work especially serious work like a root canal. The doctor and the assistant showed the utmost professionalism, while also being very very sensitive to my needs. They are very accommodating. This office is militarily friendly and accepted my insurance. This was for a same day consult and actual procedure. From the moment I walked in the reception staff was wonderful. Fantastic experience: I was referred by Texas Dental Specialists in Plano to Sigma Dental. Out of fear of getting dental work done and just the whole process I waited a long time to make an appointment. I'm so extremely happy I went to Sigma yesterday to see the Periodontist. From the ladies at the front desk, so nice and attentive, the clean beautiful waiting room and atmosphere and seeing the Periodontist, it was all wonderful. I didn't have to wait long for anything. The Periodontist was so knowledgeable and great at explaining everything and to top it off my quote for my procedure I'm having done was almost $1k less than another Periodontist. I HIGHLY recommend this business. I'm very picky about everything and they are top notch!

Fantastic experience: I just had my first root canal! (To save my favorite tooth - my right canine, which I call Fang.) it took a lot less time than I had expected… About an hour. And other than the needles in my gums, which are never fun, I felt absolutely nothing and the TV in the ceiling you can look at was really cool. I also recommend headphones or earbuds because you don’t notice anything you to write out come back to reality everything is over! Happy Happy joy joy! When was the last time you said THAT about dental work!?! Everyone in the office are kind & take great care of you. I’ve been seen by 2 doctors there & they’re both fabulous. Ummm… does anyone else have a favorite tooth?

Fantastic experience: After a year long procrastination to get my troublesome wisdom tooth extracted.. I gingerly stepped into Sigma based a referral from my dentist. Dr Knight very quickly assessed my situation and lay out all the options to me, from the get go - he and his staff Ms Ana, got me comfortable, paid attention to my non verbal cues and put me on the best pain management plan. It was an hour long procedure but they made me so at ease, I am glad I chose Sigma. I've had bad dental experince in the past, up until now. Thank you Dr Knight and Ms Ana, you guys rock. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Sigma. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming. The staff that I interacted with were very professional and nice. They kept asking how I was doing. The doctor explained everything and answered all of my questions. The assistant during my procedure was excellent. They were very attentive She offered to put Vaseline on my lips. That was a first! No other dental office ever did that. All in all, this was the best experience I had for a root canal procedure. I would go back to them for future treatment. Thank you to the doctor, his assistant, and all their personnel !

They took me in on a very short notice (the very next day) after I had an Absolutely horrible pain at night. The Root Canal procedure went absolutely painless. Fantastic experience: I took my mom to see Dr. Knight because she kept having issues with her gums, after a thorough consultation he recommended a gingival flap surgery. We had the procedure done today, my mom keeps talking about how good of an experience she had, the doctor was amazing and super patient with her and the whole team was just so professional and caring. I will definitely recommend Sigma Dental Specialists to anyone looking for a good Periodontists or endodontists!

Positive experience: I would have given this visit five stars if the check in process had gone smoother. They didn’t receive my referral from my dentist, although I had a confirmed appointment and a referral slip in hand. The front desk said they could “squeeze me in”. The female receptionist wearing a mask had such a nasty attitude with me, I nearly walked out. This was already a stressful situation… I understand we all have bad days, but her attitude was unprofessional. I shared my concerns with dental assistant, but she said she only worked that location one day a week. I’m glad I didn’t walk out because Dr. Nick and his dental assistant were amazing. I felt like I was in good hands once I got past the front desk staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee is amazing. She was very gentle. She took her time with my root canal and removing a file that was broken from a previous Dental office location. The whole staff was extremely nice as well.

Negative experience: So unorganized i called and came in and sat for i think about an hour for them to tell me that i never came in for a consultation when i did, so they had no idea where my x-rays were. they are still billing me for the consultation which i already paid for. So i sat for an hour for my insurance to not cover anything and them to give me a treatment plan to pay 1200 up front. so since i was unable to pay i left. Considering the amount of pain I was in they are almost ethically obligated to help me find pain relief, they then offered me a payment plan after leaving the office by leaving voice mail. this option was not given to me before besides care credit which i informed them i already had. So unorganized it was just a terrible experience and the lack of attention payed to the patient, I informed them over the counter drugs had no effect on the amount of pain i was in and the idea that i would need immediate medical care, this wasn’t even a consideration?

Fantastic experience: Tianna was wonderful! I’m terrified of the dentist and pregnant. She constantly checked to make sure I was feeling okay & was very cautious for my pregnancy. Dr. Kian did a wonderful job on my root canal!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jalali and Ana were wonderful. I had a root canal done and was 100% expecting this painful procedure, but ultimately worried for nothing. The procedure wasn’t painful at all and went by fairly quick. I sure hope I don’t ever need another root canal but if I do, I’d definitely come back to Sigma.

Fantastic experience: I went to Sigma dental specialists for the first time. Right from entering the clinic to the treatment, everybody was so compassionate. Special thanks to Dr Nick and Tianna who made sure that I was comfortable and feeling ok throughout the procedure. Dr Nick is very thorough and skilled in his work.

Fantastic experience: These people are fantastic. Dr. Farhadian super nice and really good at her job. All of the staff, Marley, Katy to mention a couple great people. They really want your dental experience to be a pleasant one and we all know going to the dentist is probably not our most favorite pastime. They do a really good job of minimizing the discomfort of some dental work. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Please DO NOT GO HERE!!! very bad experience from day one! Was left in chair for over an hour for first visit and was not happy with attitude there and Dr called me wanting me to take previous review down and to do the procedure. So I decided to do procedure with a quote of 3,500 on top of what my insurance pays . I was very clear that in quote I needed the total for everything! And was told I received it. Was scheduled 3 weeks out and then get a call a week before procedure from anesthesiologist that I would owe 3,200 on top of 3,500 I received in quote and I called Dr and was apologized to for the confusion. That's not a confusion! That's very misleading and price gouging ! Anywhere else can get what I needed done for 3,500 out of pocket at the most! Now I am going to Princeton smiles where one dentist does everything including the anesthesia for less and definitely more professional!

Fantastic experience: I just had a root canal procedure done by Dr Nick Khalikhani in the Frisco office. I highly recommend this doctor if you ever need an Endodoncist, he was very pleasant to talk to. He is very professional and made sure that I was in no pain during the entire procedure. It is very refreshing to find a professional like Dr. Khalikhani that is not only experienced and caring but also personable. I would definitely send my family and friends to him if they ever need an Endodontist.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental situation come on pretty suddenly. It was an excruciating amount of pain I was in. I was very grateful they could get me in same day for an extraction. Dr. Knight was professional and got the procedure done quickly. He even showed me the tooth afterward and explained the infection issue to me. While it’s never fun to have to get an extraction, I’m grateful Sigma Dental could accommodate me on short notice and took great care of me. Three days post-procedure and I am pain-free and recovering well. Thank you Dr. Knight and Sigma Dental!

It would be an understatement to say I was terrified to have the procedure but Dr. Marques was so gentle - cannot say enough good things about my experience here. They were able to see me on Monday and then Tuesday for re-treatment on each of my teeth. Lesley was the assistant to the doctor for both treatments and she was wonderful. I had this privilege to get this done with Dr. Poorya Jalali and his team who were very considerate, gentle and performed the overall procedure with utmost care and ease, with absolutely no pain or discomfort! He explained the details of this procedure for any layman to understand which will make the patient lot more comfortable. The front desk staff were equally helpful to facilitate the appointment and the necessary follow-ups. They were very prompt and quick in communication.
