Fantastic experience: Great experience every time! From my routine check ups with my hygenist to my recent visit for my crown, Dr. Mancuso, Christine, and my hygenist were fabulous. They are so nice, make you feel so comfortable, and most of all no pain lol!

Negative experience: Their services are expensive, and doctors will try to rush you into making decisions. Also, they will keep any credit you may have from your insurance forever unless you call and specifically ask for it to be sent to you. They assume that the credit will be used for the next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Mancuso and her team for the past one year. As someone who has had multiple bad experiences with past dentists, I was terrified when I went in for my first visit at Dental Health Care, Woburn. During the first session with Dr. Mancuso, she patiently listened while I detailed all my past experiences and then she went on to calmly address each one of my concerns, not once did she look down upon me while I asked her countless questions on the procedures needed, pain management etc. She worked with her team on a detailed treatment plan, and scheduled the appointments factoring in times that would also work best for my work schedule. Another person I would highlight is Christine, who has been equal parts doctor and friend through all the procedures. She is attentive, thoughtful and extremely observant, watched out for the slightest sign of discomfort and along with Dr. Mancuso, made me feel like I was in the safest hands possible. Every single person in the care team is exceptional including the administration team. I would 100% recommend this team in a heartbeat to anyone. To the best ever team!

Fantastic experience: Why has Dental Healthcare been my dentist for almost 30 years? * Excellent people - I have seen 4 hygienists over the years. All great and one I’m still friends with on Facebook.Chelsea is my latest and she is wonderful. * Cutting edge technology - They are always a step ahead with the best methods and technology. It comes from being both practitioners and professors. * Cater to cowards - They are incredibly gentle and welcoming. It’s embarrassing to say, but I have actually fallen asleep while in the chair. To be balanced, I have tried two other dentists along the way. One much closer to my new house and another because the root canal and crown cost me much less out of pocket (because my BCBS dental does not cover as much as my older Delta Dental). But I always came back.

Fantastic experience: I am a brand new client of dental health care of Woburn, and I have to say this is easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. The women at the front desk were helpful, patient, and attentive to all customers there. I then went in to my appointment and had not only wonderful services from my dental hygienist, but she was beyond nice and explained everything she was doing in great detail. After my X-rays and photo imaging of my teeth was done, I then was greeted by the main doctor on duty and he was incredibly helpful and used digestible language to explain everything that I will need done in future appointments. Seriously worth visiting if you are in search of a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: They're super nice here and don't make me feel bad about it when I have cavities. Every time I have to schedule an appointment or come in the front door the people at the desk are super helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the way they answered all my questions about insurance and copays. Chelsea who cleaned my teeth is efficient with the unpleasant parts (the scraping and flossing and measuring gums) while still being really friendly and talkative. She really seems to care about her patients and our lives. My whole family goes to dental healthcare of Woburn and Chelsea asked after my family members and remembered things about them which made me feel really seen and cared about.

I've been going to this practice for .... ever now, and continue to love everything about it. Definitely would recommend. Update: now working with Olivia at the practice and she is great!!!! On time, very personable and communicative - great experience every time for my regular cleanings. Update: In addition to loving the staff (front desk staff, hygienists, and docs) and the office itself as mentioned below, I find the fact that before you schedule various treatment options, the Treatment Coordinator works with you to understand all aspects of payment (how much insurance will likely cover, how things may be impacted if you wait until the following calendar year to schedule treatment, etc.) balanced with any medical timeliness (e.g., it's important medically to get the procedure done soon). This really helps make educated decisions about when to have different treatments scheduled. ------------------------------------------- I have been seeing Dr. Trainor for many years now and love this office. The staff is incredibly professional, nice, and fun, and the office is state of the art and very comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full service dentist.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to the area and was looking for a dentist. I saw that they do a new patient special so I booked that. the dentist was so kind, honest, calm, and made me feel safe (which was appreciated since I have some anxiety about dentist visits). She found I had 3 cavities and they were able to get them filled less than a week later. It went smoothly and quickly and everyone here was so nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be back for all future dentist visits.

I’ve had so many hygienists over the years, all so nice, but I would always experience pain during my cleanings as I have very sensitive teeth. I had Chelsea one time there and she was over the top amazing. She made sure I had no pain as she used a different technique. She also recommended other cleaning techniques in between visits and now she hardly needs to scrape! No more painful visits! Now I don’t dread my cleanings! I will only go to Chelsea now. Her work on a crown was very meticulous and she crafted an excellent piece of work which improved my smile significantly. Her assistant Marlina is one of the most skilled dental assistants I have met. Her pleasant demeanor and attentive preparation of all phases had a very soothing effect. Negative experience: Everyone seemed nice, however, I set up an appointment for a cleaning and the hygienist said I would have to come back beacuse there wasn't enough time that day. I had to come back two more times to finish the cleaning (three appointments total for a cleaning). I had my teeth cleaned roughly 6 months before so the whole thing seemed like a scam to bill me more.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Mancuso and her staff. I suffer from an intense fear and anxiety of dental procedures. I believe, I have the correct names of the dentist assistant, Deanna and Diane, whom went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood what Dr. Mancuso was going to do every step of the way. Knowing what to expect definitely helped my fear. Proud that I didn’t need any additional meds to get through the process-yay! Dr. Mancuso had her work cut out for her as I avoided the dentist visit as long as possible She was extremely professional and gentle with the various visits I needed. She had a system in place if I felt pain or discomfort and did exceptional work! My initial treatment plan with Dr. Mancuso took a few visits over a 3 month span. Now I have graduated to the standard hygienist visit with Dr. Mancuso stepping in to do a quick check to make sure all is well. My hygienist is Leah who is also very professional and caring. She also gives me the step by step instructions which is key when you experience anxiety at the dentist! Amazing practice with unbelievably caring staff. Leah told me the hardest part is show up and I’ve managed to do that with there excellent teamwork! Thank you!
