Fantastic experience: The staff and dentist are very kind and professional. I have never have to sit and wait, always on time. In addition, I was able to get in for a cleaning within a week. All other places I called were a 2-3 month wait.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Dental House. The dentist was incredibly kind and patient, and he made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He explained everything clearly and always asked if I had questions before doing anything, which really helped ease my anxiety. The office is super clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was gentle and professional as well. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a caring and thorough dental office!

Negative experience: Don't get a Root Canal here. The first visit of the root canal went well it was over 2 hours male Dentist. The second visit for a temporary tooth was with a different female dentist and dental assistant. They would be replacing a tooth that eventually would cause my gums to become inflammation of pain, swelled. The female dentist tried to say I was having an allgeric reaction to acrylic glue inside my gums. They could not take the temp off after coming back in with pain so I waited 2 weeks for a dentist to put on a crown. Dental assistant Nicole working mostly on my mouth, made the temp tooth smaller and extremly sharp on my gums. Also blaming my jaw for not getting a scan for a proper crown. She kept shutting the bottom of my mouth to get a very sticky like gum texture to create my crown. After that experince I had to come back again for another crown scan. Female dentist tried saying I was in pain due to stress. I would've just extracted this tooth. 5 visits for a Root Canal and it's painful to chew! I can't even sleep on the right side of my mouth after my root cancal because it cause pain. I want the root canal out of my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't a client and they still made it happen for me, couldn't be more grateful! Experienced a dental emergency on Thursday night 1/15/26. Called my regular dentist the morning of the 16th. They're not open on Fridays and aren't going to be open on MLK. Needless to say I was panicking. I'm not going to make it through the weekend & who's going to make it happen today for a non-established patient??? I called Dental House. They were opened but booked all day. I explained my situation, the receptionist said let me go back and talk to the doctor. Upon her return, she said the doctor doesn't have an opening but if you can come in, when he can he will see you. I immediately went up there. This place got me in and out within an hour and a half. He took x-rays, numbed me up and did what he could. Although he couldn't rectify my issue, he did give me antibiotics, ibuprofen and scheduled me for the oral surgeon on Monday MLKD. I CAN'T BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW GRATEFUL I AM! I'm hoping they're accepting new patients as when I go in on Monday the 19th to see the oral surgeon (on site!). I hope to be established in their practice!

Negative experience: They don't listen to patients. They will continue to fill the schedule that day when they are short a DR and already 45 min behind schedule.

Negative experience: New patient here after not going to the dentist for 15 years. The facilities are clean and very nice. All the practitioners I've seen for either x rays ( larisa) deep cleaning (larisa) the hygienist who helped with my fillings (reeta) and the dr who did all of my numbing and fillings (arban) were more than knowledgeable, pleasant and terrific at their craft especially knowing my apprehension about the services I needed. I was also nervous about a lesion on my soft palate and brought it up to the dr who took photos and recommend another probider at this location for a biopsy. Seeing how everything else was handled im sure i will be in good hands there as well. I will no longer put off dentistry because of fear. Would recommend this facility and their staff to anyone who has been putting off the dentist for years. Second visit update. I have a mass or small lesion on the roof of my mouth, could be cancer, could be an std could just be abnormal cells. Came in for consultation today and perhaps a biopsy. Was told the biopsy could be done today and would take less than 15 minutes, ok great. 5 minutes later a lady from the front comes in with 2 sheets of paper ( a bill) saying that a diagnostic biopsy isn't covered and that it would typically cost over 700$ but that they would do it for 400. I said I find it hard to believe that my insurance wont cover such a surgery as within the last year I found a lump in my breast and had it biopsied, and wouldn't you know insurance paid for the entirety of the procedure. Told her I don't have 400$ to my name and walked out. When I got home I called blue cross complete and the wonderful lady I spoke to said that they either didn't submit it or didn't submit it correctly and that such a service is 100% covered. Sure am happy I didn't slap 400 something on the table that I could have used for something else. Definitely now giving scammy vibes. Called the office to air my frustrations and to tell her they need to submit it correctly and was told id get a call back. Kinda doubt that will happen but even if it does with this thought now cemented into my brain I dont trust them and will more likely than not be finding a better dentist. Way to go guys from 5 to 0.

Negative experience: DO NOT HAVE YOUR DENTURES DONE HERE! My husbands do not fit, are crooked and they refused to fix them - overscheduled, long waits and very poor attitudes amoung the staff - stay far away

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised with the Waterford location. When I first saw the dental practice the exterior (located in a shopping plaza) did not replicate the clean inviting interior of the dental establishment. Surprisingly the inside was clean and had nice comfortable tasteful decor. The reception area staff were efficient and organized. I did not wait long at all to be seen. Anita greeted me with a smile and took extreme care with the necessary X-rays. She created a friendly atmosphere. Dr Arben Uldedaj is the dentist that evaluated my dental needs. He was extremely competent. He was very knowledgeable and exhibited a high level of professionalism. His demeanor was kind and caring. I had tooth pain the day I went in. Dr. Arben crafted a detailed plan and made sure I went home with necessary prescriptions to assist with pain management. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in dental distress.

Negative experience: I had 3 teeth extracted, I woke up from sedation twice while they were working on my mouth. I asked them to stop while I was awake, they wouldn’t. You’d think they’d stop and give me more sedation instead of proceeding. I also have bruises on my arm that look like someone grabbed me/pinched me with their fingers too hard. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Wow, 5 stars for sure , was not looking foward to the pain and hassle of going to a dentist. To my suprise not only was the visit pain free , they also did they job in one visit. Professional ,courteous and all up to date equipment. Yes 5 stars for sure.

Fantastic experience: Second time going for a cleaning and I still love this place, they’re very kind and friendly and listen to your concerns. I will say it can get a bit pricey if your insurance doesn’t cover, but they have payment plans. I unfortunately did have to get my wisdom teeth removed somewhere else my insurance did cover, but I’m sure the service would’ve been great here too

Positive experience: I had a consultation and went over options of treatments. Then I talked to their finance person. She was very nice. I was floored by the price I was given. I'm a single person kid grown and has a family of his own. With the cost of everything and my household bills. I work 50 60 hrs a week. I can not afford a procedure that costs 40 grand. Even though I would love to have it done. It's just not feasible in this economy.

Fantastic experience: Sue was amazing in helping us! RITA WAS THE BEST SHE SHOWED TRUE COMPASSION FOR MY DAUGHTER AND DR. A.. he is the best dentist ever! We were from out of state and had to pay out of pocket for my daughter to get that wisdom tooth pulled!! He was so caring and compassionate and explained everything along the way!!! Thank you all!! Negative experience: Showed up for an appointment early and was still 40 minutes till was able to see the doctor then another 30 minutes they take you out and put you in for billing then they make it another 30 minutes to have the room ready I was at the end it was three and a half hours there and I've had enough the luck on the next person after taking a few minutes reading all the other one star reviews for this Dennis it makes sense and then their reply is so sincere which they don't mean a word of it if you have any sense and read these reviews and believe they are true seek another business to have your dental work done

Negative experience: Automated text app tells me call office to confirm appt. Can't confirm via text even tho they send reminders thru text. I work 2nd shifts so I can't answer when they call, but I called when I was off work to leave a message. Didn't bother texting me that they gave my appt away, even tho they texted me 3 times to remind me the time. Outdated, unprofessional waste of time.

Negative experience: When I came in for a cleaning the experience was very disappointing. The hygienist made several unkind remarks about my teeth and was so rough during the cleaning that one of my teeth became loose. Additionally, when I’ve called in the past to cancel appointments, they weren’t properly canceled, which has caused unnecessary confusion and frustration.

Fantastic experience: They are truly amazing. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I've had all 4 wisdom teeth & 2 broken teeth pulled (all at once). Didn't feel a thing and they made sure i was okay and comfortable the whole time! My recent visit I got 2 cavities filled(it was suppose to be a root canal) and they were so accommodating to me hating needles, they defiantly care about you and your teeth and they don't make you feel like shit for having shitty teeth! I highly recommend them for your dental needs. One of the only dentist who doesn't do unnecessary procedures!

If you are someone who has a past of bad experiences with other dental offices, the Dental House staff sure knows how to make you feel at home! So nice, communicative, understanding, empathetic, patient and on their P's and Q's ALWAYS!! I was blessed by my dentist! I don't know how to spell his name but he is tall, handsome and sweet soul! I didn't have funds for a CT scan for my tooth to be saved; he was generous and covered my scan for a root canal to get done! That's love! He did something for me you would hope family would do! And you know what?? Thats like the greatest thing about the Dental house staff, they literally treat you like family! I lovvve it! My dentist is AMAZING! He helped save my tooth!! Fantastic experience: They are so fast and friendly! I got seen the same day when I was in pain. They quickly came up with a plan to help me. We thought I needed a root canal and once he got in and realized I didn’t need it he communicated that to me. They haven’t scorned me or made me feel uncomfortable for not having good dental hygiene. They were also very gentle and patient about the numbing needle. I do not want to see any other dentist again.

Negative experience: So my last review was a mistake, I had gave them a 5/5 but the business should have never been built there. The claims that they send to your insurance is ridiculous, they sent MDHHS like 6 claims. Saying that I need like 12 crowns and like 5 root canals on all my top teeth, well DHS denied it cause they thought it was unnecessary. So be careful they are just out to get as much money as they can. So I went for a second opinion and what do you know, I needed one cavity fixed and 1 root canal done. Not l2. Just they know what they are doing and they basically got caught. So don’t go here because they will rip you off. Especially there insurance..️️️‍‍‍‍

Fantastic experience: Rita was the best. She did my deep cleaning and she asked me ahead of time if I wanted to have the anesthesia because some people prefer not to use it. Two days before, I had the teeth on the right side deep cleaned and I assumed that the anesthesia was needed because the deep cleaning would be too unbearable but the needle going in so deep hurt and was very uncomfortable. This time, so decided to not use the anesthesia and the deep cleaning with her was honestly not that bad! I could tolerate it very well, but she explained that some people that have deeper pockets inside their gums may benefit from getting the anesthesia. She also gave me some tips that I did not know before! I recommend going to this dental office and I really recommend Rita.

Despite the complications arising from a previous root canal procedure, Dr. Uldedaj demonstrated remarkable skill and compassion in addressing my concerns. Negative experience: STAY AWAY! This place is, at best, incompetent. At worst, actively conning you. No transparency, changed payment amounts, lied about cavities, didn't clean my teeth. Stay away if you value your teeth.

Fantastic experience: After I had, my daughter I realized I was having some issues with my teeth, I made an appointment here to get a cleaning because the dentist was closer than my previous dentist and I just wanted to try someplace new,. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and always have been, but they have made my experiences so great. I've gone back multiple times to get work done and each time they treat me with care.. They make sure while the work is being done. I am comfortable don't have pain and if I need to take a break, they are more than willing. I never feel that they are rushing and I always feel like they want to make sure they make my experience the very best it could be. The office is also very clean and the staff is always smiling and very welcoming. Did I mention I never wait more than ten minutes to be called back?! So thankful to have found them!!

Rita, my hygienist, was incredibly patient and kind, ensuring that I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. She ensured my comfort and prevented any unnecessary discomfort. Dr. Ali arrived after my cleaning and, as always, he was very kind and addressed all my concerns in a pleasant manner. I had a great visit!

Fantastic experience: First upon walking through the door the place was very clean and the aesthetic is so cute in here. I had Rita as my dental hygienist and she was very knowledgeable to the questions I needed answers on. She was my cheerleader throughout it all, I love when people have a passion for their job because it makes me feel most comfortable sitting in their chair. Dr.aly also answered my questions with amazing answers to help me better understand what’s going on. 10/10 recommend this place and these two people, they do everything right ! And they will floss your teeth despite having a permanent retainer!!(an issue w my previous office) my teeth were nice and clean!
