Fantastic experience: Had to revise: Very professional. Goes above and beyond. Very friendly staff and would recommend this office. We have been going here for 6-7 years husband in pain and called for emergency to get in and no help said Dec 1st. Really? She wasn't very nice to him today. Do you not see patients if they are in pain for an emergency? This isn't a good look at all. I still believe you all do great work but to not see a patient in pain is wrong in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist has never been a good experience for me. I moved across country to Arizona and was really dreading finding another dentist. I’m happy to say Cobblestone has been different than any other place I’ve ever been. They don’t push unnecessary services and the dentist has never kept me waiting. They are professionals who just take care of my teeth and overall dental health. ✨Angie is my hygienist and seeing her is like meeting up with an old friend. She’s a very cool lady and always does a great job. I’m happy we found Cobblestone Dental Center.

Fantastic experience: The team at Cobblestone Dental are professional, friendly, and caring. I had a root canal and crown done in the last few weeks. I'm a TERRIBLE and anxious dental patient and need a lot of extra TLC. Cyndee, especially, really gave it to me. She is gentle, warm, kind, and does great work as the assistant to Dr. Shaw.

Negative experience: I had a mixed experience, everyone was so kind and nice and they took me back right on time which I appreciate. My issues are the dental hygenist had to retake my xrays at least 3 times, this took over 30 mins which is not normal at all. My second issue is practicing safe hygienic processes, the hygentist & dentist both touched my mouth, the dirty digital screen; then my mouth again, used the computer, then touched my mouth again without changing gloves. They also made me wear plastic glasses to “protect my eyes” and they were filthy. This really grossed me out and made me think they normally do this if the dentist was doing it as well. I probably won’t be back because of this.

Fantastic experience: I had to have some serious (to me) dental work done today and I've been dreading it for a couple of weeks. It. Was. A. Breeze. The doctor and staff are FANTASTIC!!!! I used to hate going to the dentist but coming here takes away all the old bad memories. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved from Oregon to Arizona, and was looking forward to finding a new dentist office for my check up and cleaning. It’s rare that I have dental issues, but since it's been 15 months since my last check up due to traveling, I was extremely excited for that fresh feeling again! My hygienist at Cobblestone was Jacque! She was a breath of fresh air from the time I sat in her chair! Jacque was professional, with a twist of fun! She clearly explained everything she was going to do from the start, with scanning, x-rays, and the instruments she would be using to clean my teeth. Her skill, and knowledge of gum disease was outstanding! It was clear to me that she has years of experience, and has perfected it well! I requested Jacque for my next appointment in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: I love this office. The Hygienist Jose is always so pleasant and kind. Sarah the front office gal is so sweet and explained my treatment plan thoroughly. Dr E is also amazing, always answers my questions and helps me understand what the best approach is. I’m so thankful to have found a dentist I can trust!

Fantastic experience: Always very accommodating, professional, and overall the best dentistry in Maricopa. Jose did great, was very cordial and performed my cleaning perfectly!

Negative experience: The dental assistant was pretty rough and honestly seemed kind of rude. I had no tooth sensitivity before, after, now my lower front tooth is sensitive? I saw the dentist for all of 30 seconds. He had me open my mouth, kind of looked for all of 30 seconds, then said looks good and left. Never once sat down. He was actually in and out in less than a minute. Just very far off every experience I’ve had at every other dentist. I probably won’t be returning. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I was just really disappointed.

Negative experience: I originally left a good review because they were offering gift cards for reviews that I never ended up getting... But now I'm changing it because I was maybe 10 min late for my kids appointment ( the lobby always literally empty) I was told I need to reschedule cause they wouldn't see them even though every other time we show up early we aren't seen untill 15+ min after our appointment time. My wife had an appointment recemtly. She had a medical issue recently and called ahead to make sure it wouldn't interfere with the dentist and was told everything is fine and it would not affect anything. She shows up early and has to wait 20 min past her appointment time before getting called back. The dentist ask for her background and the recent issue comes up and is now told she can not be seen and she needs to reschedule.... Now after missing 3 hours of work the receptionist tell her she still needs to pay her deductible even after explaining what happened. The dentist had to stop the receptionist repeatedly and kept telling them it was fine and she didn't need to pay. Needless to say we are switching dentist. I could bring up more issues like me having to tell them about 10 times that I don't want Invisalign but don't want to write a book.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff. There was very little wait and Jose and the Doctor were excellent. Never had any issues here.

Negative experience: Don't go to this dental office unless they change their receptionists. They never answer your call, and if they do, they make your appointment two to three months apart because they claimed they are fully booked . If they target you, they target you very well. I gave the rating bad .

Fantastic experience: I thought I hated the dentist, but then I visited Cobblestone Dental. All their staff are extremely friendly and I was seen right away at my appointment time. My teeth feel amazing and clean, already looking forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have anxiety around going to the dentist, which has kept me away most of my adult life. I finally made an appointment here for a check up and voiced my concerns, and the hygienist I had was so accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and it was so nice that she made me feel like my struggles were valid. I have another appointment coming up and I’m not dreading it like I was before. They’ve also treated my kids and they always leave the dentist happy, so we would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I was in the worst pain of my life due to an infected tooth. Of course it happened over the weekend, so I called the after hours number and it went directly to Dr. Shah who gave me advice on what to do until I could be seen on Monday, which itself was a miracle. His staff called me immediately after opening at 7 am and found a spot for me. Long story short, Dr. Shah and his staff did a ton of work getting my pain under control, my infection healed, and my tooth fixed. His staff are all amazing, responsive, and caring.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shah is the “Gold Standard” in dentistry and deserves our business based upon his ethics, experience and dental excellence. His staff are beyond comparison to any practice, & my family have been to most of, if not all in Maricopa since moving in here in 2001.

Fantastic experience: So thankful to this team of people! Unfortunately I needed a quasi emergency root canal the Monday prior to Thanksgiving. I was able to get into the office that day and the work done by Dr.Shah and his team was excellent. No one looks forward to these types of issues but I can honestly say if I need another one in the future I will be much less apprehensive. Best part is I could still enjoy the Holiday. Negative experience: Absolute nightmare - stay away!!! Customer service reps are great, but the dental assistants here are the worst. Dentist was knowledgeable, but I felt like just a number to them there. I complained about pain during my last (and now final) visit while having a new crown put in. I was visibly shaking and tearing up, and was not provided or even offered anesthetic. I find out after when paying that it should have been included. I was also reminded time and again that the dental assistant has like 18 years of experience, so she knows what she's doing (this was when I would ask questions (normally don't have to as the dentist should explain what they are doing before doing it...)). Oh, and the butchered my professional nightguard, so I'll need a new one of those too... Long story short, this dentist's office is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Now I need to go to a real dentist to have their "work" redone (and now I get to do this entirely out of pocket). I repeat, STAY AWAY!!! Edit: I stand by my review. I have no need to lie - you should pay more attention to your patients. When I was visibly shaking and in tears, you and your assistant asked why - I said verbatim "this is the most unpleasant feeling I have ever had in a dentist office". To which you replied "we don't normally offer anesthetic for these procedures ".... that's where you offer it my dude.... On a side note, I hope you guys got rid of that awful assistant. And don't reach out to me personally again - I'm surprised you thought I would give you guys another opportunity to work on my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I am new to Maricopa and need all new doctors so have been asking and was referred to Cobblestone from a friend. This place is amazing ,state of the art equipment. Everyone here is excellent at what they do and office staff is amazing. I have been here three times and never had to wait you check in and before you know it your in. Prices are fair and they are upfront with everything. So happy I found them. My whole family will be coming here Thanks everyone at Cobblestone.

Fantastic experience: The staff were all great, got me in quickly and explained the process as they went. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful going above and beyond their "normal duties" while I waited there CC noticed and assisted two different individuals with help in situations they may have been unlikely to ask for help with (one elderly lady was having trouble standing from Cobblestone 's very comfortable couch and she recognized the problem and assisted her with no judgement, and tried to make her feel better about the situation with her words and actions) - another person waiting was having a coughing fit and she quickly grabbed a water to offer. Human kindness made me smile. Keep it up, we could use more of it :)

Fantastic experience: I went to cobblestone today for the first time for pain in an old root canal. Dr Shah and Carmen help me and they were amazing. I was really nervous and they made me feel very comfortable. I ended up having to get the tooth pulled and Dr Shah made sure I was comfortable and explain everything to me. The office staff were very friend as well CC helped me with all my insurance and billing questions- she was so knowledgeable and kind. Thank you!

Jose is absolutely incredible the most drastic changes to my smile have been made while being under his care, he’s such a caring dental hygienist… thank you for doing such an amazing job!

Negative experience: I feel terrible to type this out and thankfully it appears that my experience is not the norm, but I had a bad experience that has been ongoing even after deciding to go with a different dentist. Staff and dentists were fine. My experiences are mainly having to go back multiple times because fillings keep falling out and crowns don't fit properly. Since I've decided to go another route, I've lost two fillings. Since fillings keep falling out, I've had to spend countless hours returning. Took one crown 4 times to fit, one filling 4 times and now a fifth, and a couple others that fell out that need replacing. The receptionist eluded that they all knew who I was because I was the nuisance patient that was irritating them. I have NEVER had this happen in my entire 50 years of life. I'm sorry to have to voice this, but now I'm going to have to spend the money again to have a different dentist fill the cavities. I honestly eat differently because I'm so afraid something else will fall out. Cobblestone staff and Dentists, I'm truly sorry for the review and I generally don't do this but I just needed to voice my experience.

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing from the office staff to the technician and the dentist. I woke up at 3am in extreme pain, called as soon as they opened and they got me in right away. The dentist was quick and efficient. The techs were so nice. They offer payment plans and really seem to work with you. Definitely never going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: TOP NOTCH BEST Dentist in town :) DEF is worth a 10 star for sure. I like many others have not seen a dentist for many reasons, one was my mental health had gone down the drain. So, I looked up dentists it the area and landed a HUGE JACKPOT with this staff. I made an appointment with the front office staff, her name was CC (I am not sure of her actual spelling ) Best personality and the best attitude, and no matter how many times I called or asked questions she is amazing. I met Dr. Shah for the first time on Sept 19th, 2023 and we had a very long talk, he did not judge and was very open, honest, and direct, awesome bedside manner. He scheduled me for a full tooth extraction and we talked about dentures. The day of the appointment came and he was sooo gracious, kind, caring compassionate, he took his time and asked me how I was feeling about my procedure, he would tell me every step he was taking and wanted to ensure I was okay, and when I felt pain, he stopped and would start again. He took his time with me and gave me "breaks" in between to ensure that I was doing okay. His assistants were AMAZING and very kind, caring, and concerned for me. I went in for a follow up and CC was soo full of smiles and just overall compassion for me as a person, even though I did not look my best, she said "I looked good considering ". She was kind and helped me understand all that was going on. I told Dr Shah was not feeling well with the pain meds and he said "Ok, you can stop them and just take reg Ibprofiens or asprin and it will help. " he scheduled another follow-up for next week. I am so glad that I found him he is AWESOME thanks for understanding, not passing judgment and allowing me to come to you for my dental needs. I told him that my husband needed work as well and that he would be following up with him too. . if you are looking for a kind, compassionate, caring dentist, DR> SHAH is your go-to person i love his staff and him as well

Fantastic experience: Tonya was great! Very friendly, made sure I was comfortable. Did her due diligence with a previous concern we were looking at with one tooth. I came for a cleaning. There was no messing around, in and out which is the way I like it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah for years and never an issue. He’s had several hygienists over these years and likewise, I’ve never had an issue. The team here is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They take time to accommodate special needs and your dental anxieties. My oldest son has been coming here since grade school and even though he lives in another city, he still drives down to see Dr. Shah.

Negative experience: I'm forced to rate a 1 star. When you deserve 0. I had an issue with my tooth and you decided not to tell until months later at another appointment. Months previous you has worked on two teeth but had it "in the notes to discuss it with you but never did" I would have have taken care of it RIGHT AWAY!!!! Then you threw a 1200 quote for your mess up? This is causing me thousands of dollars to fix. I will reach out to the proper people regarding this. This is not right. You and your staff are negligent.

Fantastic experience: I just had a bad tooth extracted at Cobblestone Dental Center. They were very prompt getting me back. When the dentist numbed me I didn't feel a thing. As for the extraction it was painless. He got the tooth out so quickly. It only took 2 to 3 minutes. Very friendly staff. I will be recommending Cobblestone Dental Center to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: Dr. shah is by far the best dentist in Maricopa in 2010 I had a serious problem with an upper molar and last minute not a patient of his still seen me and remove the tooth. No pain at all in and out an hour and a half.!!!! Yesterday my wife had one removed and as she states no pain, no nothing

Fantastic experience: Update: 6 years later and still 5 stars. I should also mention they are very affordable but still have the latest technology. Love my Dentist! They never push me to get work I don't need or extra services. Great with kids. I've sent my parents here too. Quality work and they are friendly too. The new expansion is fantastic! With the extra rooms and staff, our family appointments were in and out faster than ever. Very efficient, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have serious anxiety about the dentist and Cindy was able to recognize that and helped work with me through that. I felt so respected and comfortable with her and Dr. Shah. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone I know, especially if you have personal reservations regarding the dentist.

Fantastic experience: A+ service! The staff is amazing! Angie did my cleaning. She’s so wonderful, nice, gentle , and she explained everything to me so I felt comfortable. Dr. Shah seems very nice as well. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office in my 48 years! So glad I found this place after the horrible experience I had at a different dental office here in town! Thank you so much Cobblestone Dental Center!

Fantastic experience: I would wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. They were incredibly professional and had me in and out within a reasonable timeframe. The front desk staff was incredibly courteous (I was a smidge late) and the office was incredibly clean. The hygienist was very understanding with my jaw limitations and I still got a great cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Love my dentist at Cobblestone. Needed dentures and everyone was so great. The entire experience as well as procedure was painless and easy. Equipment is of new technologies I hadn’t seen before, they are leading the way in a better experience for me and their patients. I always get great service and appointments are one time.
