Fantastic experience: I don’t know why I stayed away from the Dentist so long. I’ve had a bad phobia for years I had to go in because I had an infection. The staff and the dentist were just awesome. Fantastic experience: Had 2 absolutely necessary extractions done this morning. Each tooth had some 'angry' bacteria infections around the gums. Dr. Ben did an exceptional job!

Fantastic experience: Honestly I have been to some really great dentist, but this office is the absolute BEST. Dr Keith Kordsmeier is nothing but AMAZING! From the first time he fixed my broken tooth, I was hooked. Haven't been back to my previous dentist since that day because the service is top tier. No one else is touching this smile, lol! The description on the website of the expertise of the dentist and staff here are an understatement. They are friendly and gentle and I learn so much when I go. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dentistry Revolution on yesterday and let me tell yall... after leaving another dental office, I am so glad that I did. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable. I have always been extremely nervous about the numbing shots because they usually hurt, but Dr. Keith Kordsmeier truly exceeded my expectations. He made me feel completely at ease, and I honestly did not feel the numbing at all. It was the most comfortable dental experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and i really mean it (im not just saying that... its really facts and its meant from the bottom of my heart). I actually have tears writting this because you just never know what people been thru in their lifetime and sometimes just a little bit of kindness just means the world to a person. I promise Sandra Bullock or Tyler Perry would make billions if my story was to reach them... i have a very sad life story which is why it means so much when people are kind to me. But anyways back to my very heart felt review as i didn't mean to get off track... Dr. Kordsmeier's calm, gentle approach made a huge difference for me. The entire team was amazing from the friendly receptionist to the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. The hygienist took her time and was very thorough, doing much more than my previous dentist ever did. I also really appreciated that they checked my blood pressure, which showed me that they genuinely care about your overall health, not just your teeth. This was my first visit, and I initially went in for a cleaning. I knew I needed a filling and expected to schedule that for another day, but Dr. Keith Kordsmeier was kind enough to squeeze me in and take care of it the same day. That meant so much to me and saved me an extra trip. During my visit, Dr. Keith Kordsmeier also spoke highly of his son, who works there as well, and it truly shows that Dentistry Revolution is built on experience, care, and strong family values. Even though I didn’t personally meet his son during my visit, hearing such positive things about him made me feel even more confident in this dental office and the team as a whole. Dr. Keith Kordsmeier made me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for almost like I was his own child. As someone who no longer has parents, that level of compassion and reassurance truly meant more to me than I can put into words. Even as a grown woman, feeling that sense of care while sitting in his chair made a lasting impression on me. I greatly appreciate Dr. Keith Kordsmeier and everyone at Dentistry Revolution for their kindness, professionalism, and patience. I will definitely be coming back here from now on and would highly recommend Dentistry Revolution to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and family-oriented dental office.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to have a root canal and three fillings, I am not afraid of the dentist but I don't like having my nose numbed from the anesthesia. As you know this is a family practice, father and son, the son did my dental work and made this the best dental experience in my adult years. He let me know everything he was doing, he numbed me enough to not feel anything but also just enough that my nose was not numb. The work was done diligently and professionally. I am happy with my results and I am confident in him completing my dental plan.

Fantastic experience: I was a little apprehensive about receiving services at Dentistry Revolution, but the experience was excellent. The office is conveniently located, has sufficient parking, clean, beautifully decorated interior and the staff is warm and professional. I'm actually anticipating my next appointment! Fantastic experience: Wife, son and I visited this location and we are really impressed by the hospitality and professionalism shown here by the front desk staffs, hygienist and the doctors. Most importantly they were very honest on the potential charges and been very helpful in answering all the questions without hesitation which are quite rare in any doctor's office nowadays. I loved the conversations with the doctor's Ben and Keith who were friendly and very honest on the fillings, extracts etc instead of enforcing them which is what most of the other establishments does. We are all very happy with this office and hoping to continue here as long as we are living here.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for amazing dentists, you should absolutely come here!! This is a father and son practice and they are awesome. This was the best dentist visit I've had in my lifetime. They care about their patients and are not just in it for the money!! Their assistants and hygienist are wonderful too. Fantastic experience: I didn't go to the dentist for over ten years, and was really nervous about resuming care. The staff here immediately put me at ease and I felt no judgement at all. I have been a patient here for two years and cannot recommend them enough! Both of the Doctors Kordsmeier are patient, personable and do excellent work. Fantastic experience: This month (October) marks my 3rd year being a patient at Dentistry Revolution. Doctor Keith Kordsmeier, on my first visit in 2022 erased my apprehension from the bad memories of a last and "previous nightmare dental visit I experenced" in 2008 with a not so pleasant, not so patient friendly, dental office. I was in severe pain and afraid going in that day, but his care and the care of his staff allowed me to again feel safe and at ease. My pain was gone before leaving & I decided to began seeking my routine dental care again via Dr. Keith Kordsmeier. I recently was introduced to his son, Dr. Ben Kordsmeier who on yesterday 10/13/25 provided my dental care when again I was dealing with severe dental pain. I walked in with 1 large lower tooth absess and a 2 tooth upper area gum irrtation that I had been avoiding getting attention for. After my appointment, when leaving, I had 3 teeth removed, 1 filling and numbness from the work. I was able to sleep well last night and today I'm feeling pain-free & over another fearful dental hurdle!

Fantastic experience: this dentist's office is the best I've ever been to. you can't be upset or scared while they're working with you. they're constantly smiling, talking to you with good conversation, they're understanding and caring to their customers. I've been going here for almost 2 years now. not only is their personalities phenomenal, but their work is too. I haven't had a single complaint about my fillings, cleanings, or visits of any kind. I go in with a smile on my face, and leave with an even brighter one. they are open and transparent about their entire process. I can't recommend another place more than Dentistry Revolutions. you will never be disappointed.
Fantastic experience: I had an amazing, experience today at Revolution Dentistry! The front desk, hygienist, and dentist we SO personable, kind, HONEST, informative and helpful! I got scammed at Dental Care of Greensboro— they told me I had FIFTEEN cavities and needed thousands of work done. I went to this dentist and he explained I had four cavities and with insurance it cost me about $250 to deal with. Thanks to this dentist I have clean teeth, a clear plan for the future, and can finally get the braces I’ve been needing! THEY ARE HONEST, affordable, and just what I’ve been looking for.

Fantastic experience: Had a time sensitive dental emergency and Dentistry Revolution got me in same day. I called over 15 dental/emergency dental offices before Dentistry Revolution. The receptionist was so helpful with getting me settled and seen. Everyone was exceptionally nice and welcoming! Fantastic experience: Since switching to Dentistry Revolution, this was my first cleaning. What a great experience it was. Very thorough. One of the things I love about this office is the communication with the patient and the friendliness of the staff. You always feel welcome and that they really care for you and not just the fees they collect. Although this was my first cleaning, I have had other work done by the practice and have been more than pleased. I have been using this practice for less than a year now and wish I would have found them earlier but glad I am with them now. Never thought I would give kudos to a dental office, but this practice and staff are incredible in my mind and absolutely deserve all the kudos they get.

Fantastic experience: Update #4: Dr. Kordsmeier & team have earned another 5-star review. HUZZA!!! Update #3: Another positive experience today. I have multiple compromised teeth and feel that Dr. Kordsmeier is guiding me along the correct path of tooth restoration versus the much more costly All-On-Four implant. Update #2: Spent another 2 hours in the "dental repair chair" today with more positive feedback to offer that over 100 reviewers read my original review below. Going off of x-rays, Dr. Kordsmeir provided an initial care plan with the caveat that until he can actually examine my teeth, the actual work required would be a game day decision. I had a cost estimate of his preliminary expert opinion based on x-rays. After performing an intra-tooth examination, imagine my surprise hearing (paraphrasing) "the required procedure(s) today were more conservative than x-ray indicated were possibly needed." A less honest Dentist could have said nothing and charged the original estimate amount. However, I was greeted with an actual charge almost $400 less which as someone on fixed disability income, was a welcome surprise. So, what does any self-respecting Southerner do to celebrate? Go straight to Krispy-Kreme and fill our mouths and coat our teeth with the Hot-Now fresh layer of gooey glazed goodness....ummm. OK, everything above is true except for the KK part lol. So folks, not just a Dentistry Revolution, but a Revolution in business ethics therefore, my evidentiary suggestion is to book your appointment today = don't delay your decay! Original Post: Ok, that was an off-the-charts amazing first visit. From Kimberly working me in due to a cracked tooth, to Lisa's exam/x-rays followed by Dr. Kordsmeir's thorough Care Plan in layman's language all combined to provide a "revolutionary" experience. 5+ Stars isn't enough!

Negative experience: I’m so upset! I thought this dentist was a good choice a year ago because he talked a good game. The most I had received was a cleaning and the girls were a pleasure. They found I needed to receive two fillings on my back upper teeth in early June this year. Which I immediately took care of. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! I’ve been back at least 5 more times for a shave of the tooth and always told take Ibuprofen for discomfort and give it two weeks. Not to mention he was super rushing me about how does it feel now and was not listening to where I said it’s bothering me!!Well it is August 13th and I am still in Pain NOW and blooding with a bad odor.. Didn’t have these problems before. Im never going back even with this unfinished work in my mouth that I spent my money on! RUN

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Denistry Revolution this morning. I had broken a tooth. I have a major dental phobia but I was pleasantly surprised with the dental assistant and Dr. Keith Kordsmeier. From the xrays to the numbing, drilling, root canal and placing the temporary crown. I never felt one bit of pain. That’s never happened to me before at other practices. I will definitely be going back to get some other things done. I highly recommend Dentistry Revolution!

My last dentist office experience was unpleasant and I haven't been in a couple of years but started having tooth pain and needed to get in, was able to get an appt within 24 hours and everyone was so nice! Fantastic experience: I just want to give a shout out to the dentist and the staff at Dentistry Revolution I am deathly afraid of dentist always have been probably always will be but I called this morning to get an appointment that got me in this afternoon. They’re starting on my treatment. They didn’t comment on the condition of my teeth. They didn’t put me down in anyway they explain my insurance benefits to me. They might actually make me want to keep going to the dentist, the dentist that saw me was a younger guy. He explained all the issues with my teeth. My comfort is his number one priority. I’m just amazed it’s the best dental experience I have ever had. Once afain i cant say enough about them so professional and nice and helping me on my way to fixing my bad teeth

Negative experience: Called in to schedule an appointment. This would be my 2nd time visiting. I told Lisa I was calling to make an appointment and confirm what I needed to come in for and she nicely got smart with me by saying I have to tell her my name first as if I didn’t know that already. Because of this interaction, I no longer want to come in. For future reference, if a patient calls and says what they need, there is no need to respond by saying you have to tell me your name first. I am not dumb. It is your job to respond and ask for my name. Example: hello I’m calling to schedule an appoint and confirm what I am coming in for. “Sure, I’d be happy check that for you. May I have your name, please?” Simple, right?
