The hygienist, Cassidy, is a sweetheart and so careful and thorough. One of my molar crowns popped off over Christmas and they worked me in immediately. So relieved. Fantastic experience: I came to this practice with a history of soft teeth and early life experiences of poor dental work; so as a senior now, my relaxed position in a dental chair is "white knuckled". My initial experience in this practice was very positive; so after my Treatment Plan was established, I had my remaining 7 upper teeth removed and an upper denture placed on 12/1/25 by Dr. Wyrick. My mouth was numbed and in less than two hours the procedure was complete. I had slight discomfort as the numbing needle was placed above my front teeth. I experienced NO pain throughout the procedure and through the next week! Had NO bruising and minimal swelling. I was able to keep the denture in until the next day when Dr. Wyrick removed it and checked the clots, which were intact. Returning home, I had no difficulty taking my denture in and out; and the fit required no adhesive as I healed. Will have a minimal adjustment today, at one week. My teeth are beautiful; and I highly recommend Dr. Wyrick and her staff for their excellent service and caring attitude.

Fantastic experience: As always, I enter Family Dental Health (FDH) to a welcoming environment and warm greetings from the office staff. 'Kimberly', my Dental Hygienist, does an amazingly, thorough inspection and cleaning of my teeth! She is very professional, yet so kind and patient as she performs the cleaning process. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months and I always look forward to not only visiting with Kimberly but also relishing in the wonderful experience she provides when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Arrowood, my Dentist, is a testament to her profession. She is so patient as I ask her questions or share my concerns. She responds with care and consideration and with a mindset of passionately addressing my oral needs. My husband is also a patient at this dental practice and we couldn't be more satisfied with the oral care we receive from everyone at Family Dental Health.

Fantastic experience: Had one of back molars pulled today! One of the best experiences I've ever had! The doctor did an awesome job! I didn't even feel a thing! I didn't even know it was already out until she told me to bite down on the gauze in the extraction area!

Positive experience: They wanted a review. My review and advice is to make sure insurance is up to date. Other wise you're taken back and told "we'll work it out " $250+ later I'm still paying on it and told it has to be paid before anymore work can be done. And today I'm told " we check and make sure before you go back" well if that was the case ,I wouldn't have a bill that has to be paid before more work gets done. If I didn't have to pay for a new patient I'd go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic dental practice. I called today hoping to get an appointment in 4-6 weeks. The receptionist said she had a cancellation and could get me in today at 5:40pm. Yes - I could make it without missing any work. The dental hygienist was terrific. It had been some time between appointments and I had a bit of plaque build up. Miss Karen was able to get the plaque out of my mouth without causing extra pain or shame.

And I have no insurance. They we're so welcoming and nice, and got me right in. I have severe dental anxiety, and they helped me so much. Everything from the atmosphere, their sweet attentiveness, and she was so gentle. I look forward to becoming a future patient.

Fantastic experience: I had to have two teeth extracted & get two fillings in other teeth- I called on a Monday morning and they took me for an appointment a couple of hours later at which time they did the extractions and the X-rays for the other two teeth and then did the fillings a couple of days later on Wednesday morning …… they were also very affordable with our dental insurance The extractions were painless during and after (I never even needed the pain meds afterward) & the two fillings were painless during and after as well In contrast my wife had to get a little dental work done and she went elsewhere and ended up on a dental carousel where she had to go to numerous dentists (she wishes that she had went where I did + she would have saved a lot of $$, …… as far as I can tell, they do most everything there in house instead of bouncing people around

Fantastic experience: The O rings that held my lower denture in place had fallen out. I got there 30 minutes late. Instead of rescheduling me, the receptionist contacted the dentist who saw me right away. The dental tech worked tirelessly to find the correct O-rings but none of them fit so they ordered them. Everyone was super nice.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist and it gives me anxiety but Greer Family Dental always makes me feel comfortable! I had my permanent retainer start sticking me in the tongue due to a wire uncoiling and they got me in the very next day and I even went neck that same day to get it grinded down further for my comfort. They are amazing and always very helpful and kind.
