Fantastic experience: Hey everyone, I just had to share about my incredible experience today at Premier Dental in Finksburg, MD! As some of you might know, I've had a pretty rough time with dental work in the past – a root canal a few years back left me with a lot of anxiety and frankly, a bit scarred from a less-than-stellar job. So, when it was time to find a new dentist, I was really looking for a place that would make me feel comfortable. From my very first visit to Premier Dental, they've been absolutely fantastic. They did a super thorough check-up and then laid out a clear, step-by-step plan for getting my teeth back on track. What I really appreciated was how they explained *everything* – every procedure, why it was needed, and what to expect. It really helped calm my nerves right from the start. Fast forward to today: I went in for two extractions and a crown. Honestly, I was pretty nervous, especially remembering my previous bad experience. But the team at Premier Dental was just amazing. They were so patient, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay, and making sure I felt absolutely no discomfort. Their kindness and professionalism made such a huge difference; I felt completely taken care of, every single step of the way. I left the office feeling genuinely pleased and, more importantly, with so much less anxiety about my future dental visits. My journey to healthier teeth isn't over yet, but today's experience has truly put my mind at ease. Seriously, if you're looking for a dental office in Finksburg, MD that combines a friendly atmosphere with top-notch care, I cannot recommend Premier Dental highly enough! They're truly a gem. They were thorough in setting me up wth a plan. Highly recommend. Update: eventually I had a crown put on and they took the time to rebuild my tooth and fit the crown perfectly. They did not rush through this which feels great. They made sure it fit comfortably. A+ care and service!

Fantastic experience: Ok, we all read reviews that are so over the top positive that we think they can’t be real. This isn’t one of those! Excellent doesn’t even begin to describe my experience with Premier Dental. I have recently completed extensive dental repair and restorative treatment at Premier. Not only did the work and final result far exceed my expectations, but the entire process and team was excellent in every aspect. Dr Sobel and Dawn were detail oriented, patient, compassionate, concerned about my comfort and in producing a perfect end result to a level that is hardly ever found anymore. Not once did I ever feel that I was being rushed through so they could get the next patient in. Communication and followup by Kim and the frontline/scheduling team was also top notch. In a day and age when it seems that anything having to do with healthcare on any level is an unpleasant struggle, my experience with Premier Dental was somewhere beyond OUTSTANDING! Five stars isn’t nearly enough for Dr Sobel, Dawn, Kim and my entire experience with Premier.

Fantastic experience: 10 Stars if possible!!! I'm new to the County and have extreme anxiety when going to the Dentist, but not anymore. I called them 1st thing this morning with a dental issue and left a message. They called me back within 10 minutes. They listened to my message and without any hesitation, brought me in several hours later. From the 1st call and conversation to meeting folks in the office as well as the Dentist, I have to say, this is a true " family". This was the 1st time going there. In all my decades of going to dentist practices, I have NEVER felt more comfortable and welcome. Both ladies at the front are so very welcoming and friendly, they put you right in a more relaxed state of mind and reassure you that there is no rush and that your concerns are heard. They both have the same name, " Kim". Wow, what a relief to know you're already feeling more calm. The dental assistant, Dawn, is unbelievable, not enough words to express my sincere gratitude for her kindness, patience and understanding towards a person with dental anxiety. Again, no rushing around. Then, here comes the dentist... Now I'm expecting doom and gloom, on top of a panick attack but nope, the most amazing "normal" guy who just happens to be the Dentist. Dr. Sobol. Wow, amazing!! Great personality, no rushing around, extremely thorough and just so down to earth. Didn't try to push a bunch of unnecessary things at me and simply stated he could manage the work in house or refer me to an oral surgeon. After all was said and done, I honestly wish all of these amazing folks could be cloned. Every dental practice could learn a lot from this group of amazing people. I have my new dental practice now. So, for anyone who is uneasy going to the dentist, I highly recommend coming here and giving it a try. I know you will also change your feelings about " the dentist" and will make this your new practice as well.. Thank you to everyone who cared for me today, I'm grateful more than you'll ever know. Fantastic experience: I've been a pt of Dr. Sobol's since the mid 2000's. The staff at Premier Dental have always been a pleasure to interact with. The ladies up front greet you with a, "Hello!" and a smile, showcasing their pearly whites. A new dental hygienist cleaned up my smile today, and she was very attentive to my teeth, gums, and concerns. As a patient, I receive plenty of reminders to ensure that I don't miss my visit. If you're in search of a new dentist or if you're new to the area, I recommend giving them a call to schedule an appointment. You'll always leave their office with a smile on your face.

Fantastic experience: On January 11th I had a great dental appointment. Premier was punctual and efficient. On October 9 I had another excellent dental visit. The staff is top notch in regards to creating a friendly atmosphere and in their professionalism. On 20 February I had a 2:00 appointment and it started right on time. Everything was ready for my visit and the work was completed in s prompt, professional manner. The atmosphere was friendly and informative and I was soon on my way. Great job.

Fantastic experience: As always Dr. Sobel’s Team is excellent - from the Front Desk to the Dental Hygienis, to the Dental assistants to Dr. S’s team of dentists, they’re all great, caring, and concerned about each Patient. This time just a regular checkup and cleaning. During the last two years, I had major work done - 12 front crowns and 8 implants. The implants are amazing. I wish I had gotten them sooner.

Super clean and state-of-the-art facility, and exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the tech and the dentist. I think I might have waited in the waiting room for 5-10 minutes which is practically instant in the medical world. First time there, and I'm glad to have found this place.

For what is a nerve-wracking procedure by definition, the staff made it as comfortable as possible. Painless procedure and minimal discomfort during recovery. She made my daughter and I feel comfortable and took her time explaining everything. Both the dental nurse and dentist spoke to us as if we were family. I really appreciate that. My daughter is not a big fan of talking to people she doesn’t know but she said it was a good experience. I love that the dentist assured my daughter that he wasn’t going to do anything she wasn’t comfortable with but also explained to her what she needed to do to make the next steps in her dental journey less stressful.

They are incredibly communicative and understanding, as well. We were stuck in traffic on our way to the first appointment and everyone was so kind about us being a bit late. My daughter, who doesn't usually do well at the dentist was made to feel so comfortable and did the best she's ever done during her appointment. Premier Dental is truly the best dental office that we've been to.
