Fantastic experience: I’ve used Dr Cope for my dental care for 10 years and continue to be amazed at the professionalism, efficiency and high level of care provided at Sterling Ridge Dental. I recently had to undergo a series of difficult procedures and was once again reminded of my good fortune to have selected this office and the pro staff of technicians and administration that made things go so smoothly and to guide me through the insurance tangles. They are careful and identify issues early, which allows for less extensive remediation. They use current technology, my crowns, and mouth guard fit perfectly and last a long time. The atmosphere in the office is always calm, efficient and friendly. They remember who I am and always put me at ease.

I come with fair payment, no card in my hand, Yet I’m treated as lesser, not fit for their stand. What house is this, where healing should dwell, But prejudice lingers, too bitter to tell?

On top of that, she delightfully shares sparkles of fun and comradery. In my book she's perfect. Dr. Malik gave me his full attention, and I felt like he had all the time in the world for me. Fantastic experience: Just outstanding work all around. Quick in and out, short wait times, work to he done is quick, with a key focus on no pain during any procedure. An outstanding and knowledgable staff, and the Doctors are the best in class, easily. I have had dental work all over the globe, and I will take time to come back to Dr Cope every time until he decides to retire. After 1 bridge, 3 crowns, and multiple fillings and repairs from other dentists mistakes, I cannot recommend highly enough. The staff also have payment options that are twice as good as my insurance. Saved me more money than the out of pocket deductible. Going back until I'm too old to have teeth.

Positive experience: Very friendly. Dr. Cope was very thorough and provided great insight when we were forming a plan of action for my treatment. His hygienist was very gentle and supportive while walking me through everything that was happening. It's a busy office, however, and even though I was on time I still had to wait 30 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Sterling Ridge Dental is the BEST! Going to the dentist has caused me extreme anxiety for as long as I can remember, and my experience today changed my perspective completely. The sweet front desk ladies welcomed me with a smile, and Ms. Tina (dental assistant) did an AMAZING job with the x-rays and cleaning. She was very thorough yet gentle, and it was like catching up with an old friend. We were chatting the whole time! Dr. Navid Malik explained things to me in a very practical and professional manner, which made me feel comfortable about any future dental treatments. You are in good hands at Sterling Ridge Dental, and I will recommend this place to anyone - like it was recommended to me!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic first visit. The office is really rustic and modern. I love the open floor plan even though you have privacy (I hope that makes sense). The booking process was simple and the front desk staff were very nice when I made an appointment. Usually, when you ask to be put on a wait list for a sooner appointment, you don’t hear back but I did! They called to ask if I wanted to take an earlier appointment! Tina was an absolute gem. She’s so knowledgeable and very thorough. Usually, the dental technician takes you for ex rays and preps you for the dentist to call out those weird numbers but not this time! Tina took care of me from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out which included X-rays, education on dental care, a thorough cleaning and a little goodie bag to go! I can’t tell you how impressed I was with her. It was like seeing a longtime friend! Then Dr. Malik is so funny! He had me laughing and I wanted to ask him if he was a dentist or a comedian! Such a great team. Oh and the office manager (I’m horrible with names) was a total sweetheart too! She also has very pretty nails and you can tell she loves her staff. Sterling Ridge Dental is my new dental home!!

Fantastic experience: Started going to Sterling Ridge Dental a few years ago after my dentist of over 15 years retired, and couldn’t be happier. Staff are always very nice and helpful. The few times I’ve had some unexpected issues arise with my teeth, they have been quick to get me in the office and either address the issue or get me referred out.

Fantastic experience: I was N emergency work in I was told to be there by 12:15. I was seen at 12:20. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was extremely impressed with the doctor as I’m dental paranoid. He took the time to speak with me answer questions that I had. He strived to help me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: The front desk is professional. My hygienist, Lora, is very thorough and careful to keep my visit painless. I have had bad/painful TMJ with limited range of motion. Lora noticed what hurt and would change to other creative means to get the job done. The dentist, Dr. Navid, equally concerned about the TMJ and spent adequate time examining, educating and developing a treatment plan of action.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client here for over 20 years. Great service BUT I will only use Dr.Cop from now on. The other dentist replaced the wrong tooth cap and then cut my gum pretty bad. When I returned for the permanent cap his assistant tried to pull the cap off the other tooth…the one that should of been replaced. the new cap doesn’t match even after they had a color specialist come in and it is receding from gun. Dr Cope has agreed to redo both teeth now and only charge for the new one. This is the only incident I have had with this great practice. Dr Cope is the best Dentist!
