Fantastic experience: We have been going to little hippos since we moved to the area back in 2018. Since moving to round rock we still come to little hippos. The kids like the staff and they have worked with us through many different situations and treatment plans. Fantastic experience: Both of my kids have been coming here for 3, if not, 4 + years now and we’ve had a great experience with each visit. Clean space, super friendly staff (scheduling over the phone to in person), the Dr. and assistant/hygienist don’t rush and are informative and great with the kids, in my opinion. I have had zero complaints year after year.

Positive experience: My first visit here was not pleasant, I understand sometimes we have to wait but for it being a pediatric dentist office there are no activities or toys to keep toddlers entertained. They put my in a room full of equipment my kids wanted to explore and it was just stressful time. I would definitely come back but they need to add more activities for the kids. I asked for toys and was offered a balloon that kept them entertained for a minute. The doctor was good and informative

In just two appointments, I've learned more than I did during five years at our previous dentist. I also truly appreciate their approach to scheduling — if they’re running behind, it’s because they’re giving each child the time and care they need. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastic experience: The staff and doctor is always polite and delicate with your children. I rarely have an issue and if there's a insurance problem for example, I was able to set a payment plan. Stephanie was also a great help and very pleasant. Hippo is the one and only pediatric office my 9 and 11 year old has attended and I hope to never need to change to anyone else. Keep up the great customer service!
