Fantastic experience: Great group of people to handle at best, an unpleasant job. Not particularly a difficult extraction, but from a layman’s perspective, done with a level of expertise that indicated years of banked experience. If you’re forced into this type of procedure, and you darken these office doors, you’ll have walked into the office of the “A Team”. Never look back. You’re not in good hands, you’re in great ones. NO PAIN. Even after the numbness wore off. I’m sure that varies with the individual and the particular procedure performed but you asked for my personal experience. I got in the car afterwards and drove 320 miles over bad roads. A GREAT TEAM; an even better job well done!

Fantastic experience: My elderly stepfather was seen by Dr. Tracy yesterday for a potential biopsy on a sore on his gum that wouldn't heal. Thankfully it turned out to just be a sore caused by his dentures. Dr. Tracy was able to make an adjustment on the spot and gave my stepfather recommendations for denturists in his area of the state for help with getting a new set. Everything about the appointment exceeded our expectations from the fantastic building, to the friendly and welcoming front-desk staff, to the doctor himself who was just wonderful with how he interacted with my elderly stepfather. I would highly recommend Billings Oral Surgery. Two thumbs up!

Positive experience: They did a complete extraction of ALL of my teeth (which weren’t rotten or broken it was due to gum and bone erosion) and when I ran out of pain medication in a week the doctors refused to refill and told me to use Tylenol.

Fantastic experience: This office is very well organized. They took a very complete medical history online and Dr Boyce reviewed it with me in detail. There was no wait coming in. I was told there was no rush to leave and there was no rush to begin the extraction of my last molar until pain medication was fully working. This took an extra shot, as apparently I have an unusual nerve pattern(other dentists have commented on this as well). Once the procedure started it was pain free and even the sensation of pulling was minimal. It was much quicker than I had expected. Dr Boyce went over followup instructions and then his nurse did also, in a little more detail. They also gave me the instructions in a booklet, gave me supplies, and let me know there is always someone to talk to and to call if I had any questions. So far I have had little pain, and it is managed by icepack and ibuprofen. Dr Boyce said after 3 months if I wanted to discuss implant to give him a call. He said most of his patients do not miss their last molar and he does relatively few implants for this particular tooth.

The procedure had to be done whether I wanted it or not but the support staff ladies made it as stress-free as possible.

The folks here have always gone out of their way to be patient with me through my panic attacks as soon as I enter the building. I knew I needed the work done today and Dr Tracy and his crew made sure I felt comfortable and like I wasn't a burden on their day. Its a huge relief to both my anxiety and stress levels knowing they weren't irritated I was taking longer to calm down like I've had at other dental offices where ive left sobbing out of embarrassment. Fantastic experience: I assisted my sister to get her wisdom teeth out back in august of 2023 and they were so amazing, so without a doubt, I scheduled my wisdom teeth removal here as well. Fast forward to august 2025 and I got my wisdom teeth out today. They were so amazing. I had so much anxiety going in and they reassured me that they were going to take care of me and it was going to be a breeze. I’m back home healing now and extremely grateful for the care that they provided. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends, etc! The lady at the front desk was also so sweet!

Negative experience: I can't put into words what they did to me. They were to pull my teeth for dentures because after over 4 years and not knowing that a drug that I prescribed was the cause of my teeth starting to break. They had nothing to do with that they were just to pull my teeth. I am on Medicaid. Well apparently I didn't have enough benefits to cover what was supposed to be done. I woke up to my mouth had gauze in it and my dentures were shove in my mouth also. I end going to the ER that night because my mouth wouldn't stop bleeding. When I pulled the gauze and my dentures out most of the stitches came out too. This is all happening the same day. I am sorry but I am feel like they butchered me. It was not before I get a bill saying that I owe them $400. I couldn't wear my bottom dentures because they wouldn't fit because they didn't pull all of my teeth. They left a tooth in front in. I went to get them relined and they wouldn't do it because of the tooth they had left in. I am 63 and by means I beauty queen but at least I could look in the mirror. I got so many wrinkles around my mouth I am so horribly ugly. It's hard to even look at anyone because I feel so ugly. Well now that tooth has wore a hole in the lower lip. I showed the doctor at same day care and he immediately took a part of that hole and isdoing a biopsy after the word cancer came out of his mouth. I don't remember much. I started signing a of papers that were thrown in front of me. I heard something about might have to do a skin graft but not much else was making sense. Now I didn't go to the doctor for my mouth it was for something else. But it was getting worse so I asked him if he could look at it and see if he could help me, because it really was getting worse and started hurting a lot. Since it's the holidays I haven't gotten the results yet. This is by far the worst thing I've ever had to deal with in the 63 years of my life. I can't get ahold of you because I don't have the over $500 that you are charging me and it's gone to collections. So I just am waiting for the biopsy results. You guys don't understand how some of us people are having to survive on next to nothing. And I have worked hard all my life. And $750 a month is way below poverty. I do DoorDash but my 2005 Tahoe broke down it has over 260,000 miles on it. I had a traveling job but my mom had a massive stroke and ended up passing. The same time my Tahoe broke down I was staying at a friend's house because my mom was in the hospital for 3 weeks before she dying. For a year and a half I didn't have transportation. I couldn't DoorDash because I had no vehicle. Mom died and the tooth that wasn't pulled started digging a hole in my lower lip. So no I didn't get a hold of you I didn't have your $400 pretty sure you wanted that before you did anymore work on me I get it and that's how it should be. But that's why I felt like I couldn't do anything. I was extremely overwhelmed, I had to get rides to go spend time with my mom. And the $750 it went into trying to fix my car. After a new fuel pump, filter, oil changed and oil filter, spark plugs, coils and wires twice because I got the first set off of marketplace. Front driver side and passenger side sensors were changed the master CO'2 sensor was changed I probably could of had a mechanic do it but I was trying to feed myself and my dog and fix my car with $750 so the hole in my mouth kept getting bigger and worse. Every day it was getting harder and harder to get up and handle the day to day issues that I faced. So you know my name you can look it up if you think that we could discuss anything. But I still don't have the money that you said I owe you. as you can see I have gotten beaten down and I have past due bills because of the year and a half that nearly to ok all of my motivation I had to dig inside of myself just to get up and to live another day. And it continues today I am waiting to see if I have cancer. a process server is trying to serve me papers because they are now trying to sue me

Fantastic experience: Dr Tracy did a facial reconstruction for me. The initial Trauma surgery & a followup chin prosthetic surgery. Dr Tracy and his team were very professional and kind. The surgeries went as planned. They communicated through the entire process. All appointments were pleasant & I highly recommend him and his team for any oral surgery needs.

Fantastic experience: We waited over an hour to be seen, however it was explained to us there was a difficulty with one of the morning surgeries which is completely understandable. I would hope that any patient would get that extra care if needed during a surgery. Everyone was friendly, professional and kept checking on us. I'm terrified of dentist and he had techniques for shots and was super quick and the least painful shots I've ever received and explained everything wonderful.
