Fantastic experience: El Reno Dental is the place to go and do all dental works if you desire astute professional touch and confidence in the outcome of the product or services desired. Why do I say this with absolute confidence? Because they turned my crown that was poorly done in Tulsa into a tooth that looks natural and beautiful. Not only that, the staff are friendly and caring, with genuine smiles on their faces. Dr. John, who attended to me, was absolutely friendly to the core, does his work with precision and confidence. The atmosphere was always charged with light music and everyone sang along. The nurse that attended to me was exceptional and professional. Not to forget, the receptionist was friendly, attentive, and proactive.

Fantastic experience: I have always not been a big fan of the dentist, and I am sure they know a lot of folks like me. But all of them at El Reno Dental take such good and thoughtful care of me; it really does make me more comfortable than I have ever been in a dentist chair. Whether it be the fun music they play, or the way you can hear them laughing and joking with their patients, or even singing along to their awesome playlist—it just makes me feel so much less anxious and more relaxed knowing they are going to take care of me. They are always so polite and kind. I never worry when I go; whether it’s a cleaning or a dental procedure, I know they’ll be great and courteous.

Negative experience: I really liked the staff and dentists here but my last visit was 2 hrs and had nothing done but X-rays, then was told I have to be put on a special cleaning schedule and I can’t miss any of the appointments bc they are hard to get. So I take off work AGAIN for this and they canceled my appt!! That I shouldn’t miss bc they are hard to get, makes a lot of sense to me. I’m out 2 days of work now “all of us aren’t 2 income families to just take off work” and still have yet to have an actual dentist visit and my teeth cleaned and stuff.

Fantastic experience: Nice new office, professional and very friendly staff. Take almost all insurance. The tech and hygienist were awesome. Very smart and capable dentists! Dr. Joern and Dr. Berg are both very experienced and easy to talk to.

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. They didn't even make sure I was numb when they pulled my teeth because other things were going on in the office and were more important than the patients. Also pd over 10000 for teeth I can't even wear because the dental assistant messed them up. They only seem to want money not help anyone.

Fantastic experience: Thank you, Dr. James Joern, DDS and Dr. Mathew Berg, DMD for providing the goodies at Halloween to the children of Fairway Breeze apartments. We have partnered for the past two years. They provide the dental goodies, and we get the candy. Then, we send them the business.

Positive experience: Just a few problems. My appt card said 10:00, yet your reminder call said 10:40. I called to verify before I drove in (20 miles away), and the receptionist saud ahead had 10:40 down. Minor detail, but my appt card didn’t match the time on your books. Another issue not so minor to me. In preparation for my crown, the dental asst took 3 x-rays unsuccessfully and then had someone else come and take the 4th one. Later, a 5th one was taken, and since I already had 4 taken, I inquired why another one and she sometimes insurance companies want to see it. I was a bit aggravated at so many x-rays. Dr. Joern is very good at his job, but the excess x-rays didn’t give me an overall good experience.

I trust them with my dental care but I also really enjoy their friendliness and the respect and understanding they give me and I always hear them give the other patients.

Negative experience: I'm not happy with the services at all the lady tech in there is great as in the cleaning being friendly ect now to the billing from what other dentist have told me the cleaning I had done was a routine cleaning polish grind teeth pic floss and fluoride which I have two free with insurance but they are charging me for a peridontal cleaning which is more and cost extra co pay to my understanding I was going for a routine cleaning but that is my piece for the day

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend place for seniors. The staff is all young girls with not much experience. Gave me a 2pm appointment instead a 2'15. They don't come back for lunch until 2pm so your standing the 10 or 15 mins waiting for them to return. They called the wrong name out had to go back and figure out who they wanted. Then they tried to sell me insurance. I was just wanting a crown on my back molar. They insisted on doing a fullmouth Xray so I just left. Seemed they where just trying to run up a big bill

Fantastic experience: My son and I felt the office was very welcoming when we first walked in. He loved the fact they had free chapstick on the counter. We waited less than 5 minutes before they called him back, was very impressed because that’s rare these days. They had many different flavor coffee pods and bottled water while you waited. 5/5 :)

Fantastic experience: Son broke his two front teeth on 12-18-2024 at basketball practice, got to office at 5:25 pm they were closed but the lady was nice enough to let us in. They were able to take my son’s pain away for the night, got us in immediately for the next day to get him fixed. So thankful for them and highly recommend to anyone

Positive experience: Overall, my experience was okay. I wish more conservative/affordable methods were presented along with their recommendations. I ended up spending more than anticipated and unfortunately losing more natural tooth structure than I wanted to. The procedure was not explained to be and once I realized my natural teeth were shaved down, it was too late. However, everyone I interacted with was very kind and I am content with the final results.
