Fantastic experience: I have 7 kids, We absolutely LOVE IT THERE! They have helped in every way with the kids and the treatment plans they need. Everybody is so nice and friendly. The Orthodontist explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and love how the kids are their number one priority and their needs and it is very easily shown by everyone. Kids actually love when they hear they have an appointment lol

Fantastic experience: I got my 1st set of Invisalign at Holmes & Palmer, Huntington office this week. The assistant talked me through the whole process and helped me practice getting them out. Putting them in is not an issue. They are tight. Getting them out the first several times was difficult. The pull tool they gave me didn't have a thin enough point to put under the edge of mine to pop them up. I hope they will give future patients a Pul Bite Me original pultool+chewtool. It has a narrow point that works perfectly. If you don't have long fingernails or don't want to break your nails, it's what you need. Sorry for the sales pitch but I honestly don't think I could get them out on my own without it. I don't have to go back for an appointment until mid October unless I'm having an issue. It's nice not to have to go for tightenings frequently, like my son had to with traditional braces. I called back with a couple of follow up questions and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She said she'd worn Invisaligns, also.

Fantastic experience: Excellent communication, pleasant front desk. My child LOVES to go to the orthodontist! The Ortho/Dental group make sure that there is always something interactive going on that encourages a positive attitude towards going there. I can’t say enough positive things about their practice with children.

Fantastic experience: Today at Drs Holmes and Palmer my Granddaughter ,Legacy Spurlock , had her braces put on. I am so happy we Chose them. Not only was the Young lady, putting the braces on very nice That made Legacyy feel very comfortable and answered every question that she asked, and she asked a lot. We are home now. She doesn’t need anything for pain, She is very proud of her Yes braces and her experience she had. Thank you to every one that made her experience. One she will always remember.

They worked well showing and explaining everything they were getting ready to do. Even let him “help” some!! He has a follow up in 6 months to see if it’s time for his braces then. Negative experience: My daughter kept mouth sores for 18 months (they told us they were normal and to use more wax). Turns out they ignored the fact she had a nickel allergy (which was noted on her chart) and one of the metals in braces is nickel.

The lady that handled the procedure ((i really should've gotten her name)) was so very kind to both my kids and helpful to us. From the initial consultation to the actual placement, they were incredibly patient and informative. My daughter, Emma, was understandably anxious, but the staff did a wonderful job of explaining each step and making her feel comfortable. The team took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood the process and what to expect. The actual placement of the braces went smoothly and efficiently. The assistants were gentle, attentive and meticulous in their work. They even took the time to show Emma how to properly brush and floss with her new braces, which was very helpful. We left the office feeling confident and well-informed. The office itself is clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and professional. The front desk, xray tech and clinical coordinator were all amazing, professional and kind. Dr. Holmes was very thorough, honest and patient. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease, addressing the other areas of my dental health (TMJ) were taken care of before just jumping to sell me on anything!! I trust them.
