Negative experience: Is a nice spot friendly people and rep. But Im giving a one star review since they are expensive without insurance lol..I also asked to refill my tooth from a small cavity and was told my teeth are shaped that way lol when I already know is a cavity I should have not listen to that specialist lol now is opened more since I didn't have that cavity filled in. I was told to wait for a specialist to remove my wisdom tooth out and I never had them contact me after I had called them several times to see what was the update and I was told all the time the specialist wasnt available yet to call again pure broken promises.. just writing my experience here and I wouldn't go again maybe since I was a new client I got that service especially since I didn't use my insurance there who knows.

Fantastic experience: I’m terrified of dentist offices but this office and all their employees made me feel so comfortable. They were very gentle and always made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. Michelle in particular was super sweet and very helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a better dental office. They’re the best.

Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to the happy smiles team for the great customer service. The staff were very attentive from start to finish; the receptionist, office manager, assistants etc. Booked an early appointment on a Saturday , had multiple procedures and was out of the office in about an hour and a half. The establishment has ample parking , located within plaza mexico.

Fantastic experience: Found them in google and I came in for a second opinion regarding dental treatment. The whole staff was very nice and answer all my concerns regarding treatment. Very recommended.

Negative experience: Muy mal servicio y no son honestos,ellos piden a medical servicios que a uno nunca le mencionan que necesita. Yo me di cuenta por que me llegó la carta del medical rechazando los servicios que ellos mandaron a pedir y ahí me di cuenta y les hablé para reclamar y se hacen que no saben. No los recomiendo para nada.

Fantastic experience: Excelente lugar para realizar tus procedimientos dentales; Después de terminar mi procedimiento de endodoncia, puedo decir que estoy totalmente satisfecho con el resultado, fueron muy amables desde la cita de valoración hasta el último día. Sus instalaciones y sus equipos son considerablemente mas modernos que en otras clínicas por el estilo, el sitio luce muy aseado y la secretaria de la recepción es muy amable y atenta.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first dental appointment here today and it was the best one I've had in my entire experience with dental offices! I've had severe anxiety regarding dental work and many bad visits to validate it, so this place is a haven for people like me. Not only were the staff pleasant from the beginning, once I explained my reason for avoiding dentists for so long they did their very best to further accommodate me. The procedures recommended to me were explained in a delicate and clear manner by Mario to avoid any unnecessary anxiety, and the doctor used a different tool to avoid scraping my teeth after I mentioned to her that metal scraping my teeth was a very uncomfortable sensation for me. I'm very glad I took the plunge and set up my first appointment here after going so long without it. I hope this place remains open for a long time so that when I, and many other people with the same negative experiences I've had, walk into their office we can feel confident enough to truly believe that we're in good hands!

Negative experience: Les dejo 1 estrellas por falta de comunicación y no saber dar una buena respuesta y luego lo dejan a uno adentro del cuarto por mucho tiempo te dicen que aceptan medical y al final te dicen que no que nomas te cubre siertas cosas y que lo dejas sale de tu cartera una hora y 30 minutos para unas radiografías

Negative experience: No experience with special needs children at all . Had my son waiting for almost 2 hrs after his appointment time to see him .but yet people would show up and they would get seen first. I hope no other special needs parents has to go through this experience.

Fantastic experience: I went today for a routine X-ray on my 6 year old daughter. From the moment we walked in the dentist was very velcoming. Michelle greeted us and took our information. We waited a short time before being seen. Mario took my daughter's X-ray and was so kind and patient with her. Dr. Samers went over the results and explained to me her problem areas. He was very communicative on futire treatment she will need and was overall very pleasant and attentive as well as nurse Krystal. I will definitely return here.

Negative experience: You have to pay everything. If they don't do a good job with the dental filling, you have to pay to remove it and put the new one because the insurance do not cover that. Customer service is good! They ask you if u want to leave thay a review on google Maps, that's why they have a lot of reviews!
