Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Kimmerling since I was a kid. They stopped taking my insurance, and I had to switch dentists. I’ve never had a trust issue with dentists until this happened. He was one of my favorite people. I loved the dentist because of this man. My first visit at a new dentist and they invited everyone in and said this is how fillings should look. I couldn’t wait to get out of the chair. Nothing would be done at my new dentist. I did not realize how lucky I was, until this moment. He is truly a person that cares, but most importantly, he does honest work. I have always had good teeth, but he goes above and beyond. I miss his dentistry. Truly, the dentistry world is lucky to have him. I’ve never felt uncomfortable at this office.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Stefanie is the best! She knows I am a chicken when it comes to all things dental, and she actually makes the appointment enjoyable and my teeth feel squeaky clean when I leave! She is my favorite and I’m sure if you try her, you will become a loyal, raving fan too!

One of the special things that we love as a family is how they work very hard to match us with our dental hygienist with each appointment. I never thought I would say this about the dentist, BUT here the dental experience is amazing. We have been working with Stephanie for at least 6-7 years now and she is very attentive, caring, and helps to represent a family atmosphere at Verde Pointe! And the front office staff are very hospitable. My new favorite perk about the office is the engaging text system that reminds you of appointments and very responsive when you text back! It’s not just a dentist office…it’s a valuable experience!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using VP for about 3 years now. I originally went to them because my periodontist wanted something specific done and VP was the only practice nearby that could do it. Their office and staff are very welcoming. Ended up needing a crown and Dr. McGrath did a one day crown on me. He listened to my concerns and did such a good job, the crown feels totally natural! Stefanie is my hygienist and I look forward to seeing her! She is excellent, very friendly, gentle, and caring. Getting appointments on your schedule is very easy and you’re never in the waiting room very long. Because of my good experience, my husband goes there now too.

Brittney, one of the hygienists , and she has been cleaning my teeth for years. She is professional, thorough, and most importantly kind. She has been cleaning my disabled daughter, Rachel’s teeth for years too. She is immensely patient and compassionate. She is truly an asset to this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: The doctors here are great but most of the time at the dentist is spent with the hygienist and Christine has been my hygienist of choice for several years. My teeth are very close together and difficult to floss without causing trauma to my gums. Christine has a gentle touch and manages this task without causing any discomfort. My children are also patients and I have referred several coworkers here. Highly recommend.

Need to give much love to the front desk staff including Itxel who deserves a monthly bonus for helping veterans!!! They are always friendly and greet you by your name before you sign in. Who does that!!! How do they know??? Definitely beats VA healthcare.

Fantastic experience: I go to Verde Pointe Dental through the VA. I've never had any issues with scheduling or had issues with Verde Pointe communicating with the VA (Dr. Perry, Cobb) for follow up care and vice versa from VA to Verde Pointe. I've had 2 cleanings, a deep scale, and a crown (all went perfectly) Meaning, the front of the house is on point and their billing department makes everything seamless. That said, their care providers from hygienist, like Christine (amazing work) to techs to doctors are absolutely delightful and professional at the same time. It's an amazing, yet difficult, combination to maintain BUT they are doing everything right! I pray my care is continued through them for years to come!
