Fantastic experience: Professional, affordable, prompt and flexible are the theirs keys to take care of patients. Dr. Nary had treated my teeth sensitivity which no other doctor could have done before. Dental hygienist Hannah took great care of my family teeth. She is very gentle, careful and cautious. Our teeth always are cleaned and few shades whiter when we walked out of the office. The office team provides us an amazing service as well. You will never be disappointed here.

Fantastic experience: Great staff! I was seen several weeks ago for my regular cleaning by Jessica and she was so amazingly kind, gentle and accommodating. Today, I accidentally mixed up my appointment date and Foo, Luba and Dr. Nary worked together to work me in so that I would not need to reschedule. I have been a patient for several years and have always been treated above and beyond with respect, kindness and they remember that I have some sensitivity! They are the best!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Family Dental Health of Furman over the summer. I recently had a dental emergency when a crown broke. They were able to fit me in quickly. And when I had a problem with the temporary over the weekend, they got me in first thing at another location because the Furman location was closed for thanksgiving week. Dr. Tim Nary and Allison at 110 Villa Rd. were terrific, friendly, and professional. The new temporary crowd seems to be particularly durable and high-quality. My sample size is small, but my conclusion feels strong: these are very fine people to work with and will show you the care, courtesy, and concern that you will appreciate. Here’s a shout out to Dr. Fox, Sierra, and Kimberly at the Family dental health of Furman location.

Negative experience: 3 stars for the cleaning but told that I needed to have two cavities filled now and not showing me the xrays but hard selling for the fillings and this and that as I was leaving was too much, My recent exam elsewhere there was no cavities on those 2 teeth. I don't like dental offices that push you need now without a 2nd opinion.

Fantastic experience: DDR - Dental Done Right! I feel very confident in this dental practice. Dr Nary is by far the best dentist that I have ever had in my entire life! I could literally sleep through the procedures. He has to ask me to open and close my mouth due to me being relaxed and having my eyes closed. I have the utmost confidence in him. Positive experience: Everyone at this office is very polite and friendly, especially the front desk staff! However, I do want to give my honest opinion on my experience with the hygienists and dentist. The thing I've noticed, at least with me; is that they rush me out every time I've been here. This makes me a bit uneasy. Prior to me coming here, I had a few things my previous dentist was keeping an eye on. Here, they have never mentioned it or even suggested any treatment plans. They simply swiftly clean my teeth and send me on my way. They always tell me everything looks great. I obviously don't want something to be wrong with my teeth, but I know there are some things that could be better. I'm used to having an experience where my dentist cares about the health of my teeth and they are detailed in bringing things to my attention or suggesting a treatment plan if needed. I just don't feel like I get that experience here. It honestly feels like I'm going through a drive-thru at a fast food chain restaurant as opposed to getting a personalized experience. I only changed dentists because I moved and my previous one is a bit far now but I may be on a hunt again because I do want to make sure I am getting the right treatment and information to support my dental health.

I called the dentist first thing the next morning, and they told me to come in right away. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. They had me in a chair within 15 minutes and fixed my tooth in about 30 minutes. The entire experience was seamless, and I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. The staff was incredibly professional and kind, making what could have been a stressful situation into one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

As a person who is "anxious" when going to the dentist, I was reassured as my work was being done. Everything was explained as it was being done, and I felt totally calm.
