Fantastic experience: My first visit at the dental office and I must say everyone was so kind and respectful and ready to share all information I needed to know about my teeth and how to keep them healthy my gums healthy and clean. It was an awesome experience and I can't wait to see them again for my next appointment☺️

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Mazloum and the procedure went smoothly. Although I was nervous on the day of the appointment, he ensured I was well taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone in need of wisdom teeth removal. The procedure was completed very quickly and by the looks of things so far, seems like he did a great job. Very confident in his work.

Negative experience: I paid about $7,000 for braces, and my experience was extremely frustrating. During a visit that was supposed to be for retainer impressions, they did a filling without my consent. I had already made it clear multiple times that I do my fillings and cleanings with another dentist who accepts my insurance. I wasn’t even aware a filling was done until I was charged around $500 at checkout. Their response was basically, “Sorry, it’s already done.” Later, when my braces were removed, I repeatedly explained that I was traveling out of the country and needed my retainers immediately. I had told them about this a year in advance, and they assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. They removed my braces without having my retainers ready, promised to ship them, and didn’t. I didn’t receive my retainers until 3 months later, and my teeth shifted back. After 4 years of treatment and $7,000, my results were ruined. Very poor communication and lack of consent. I would not recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My first experience at Contemporary Dentistry in Dearborn, Mi. today. The complete staff, particular all the Women. They were incredibly gracious and kind. They all had delightful smiles and were wonderful to speak with. I go into any and all of my Dr / Dentistry appointments with my own understanding that there's a process with a system to follow. With that understanding it requires patience.... With that in mind I gave this back in return... Thank you......

Fantastic experience: I took my son here the other day it was our first time . Everyone was nice & informative. We were called to the back very quickly. We will definitely be back.

Negative experience: A couple of months ago, I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and even took time off work to make it. About an hour before the appointment, I received a call saying the doctor wouldn’t be in and that I’d need to reschedule. I understood things happen. Today, I had another appointment, again requiring me to take time off work. And once again, an hour beforehand, I got the same call: the doctor wouldn’t be in. I tried returning the call, but no one answered. It feels like the front desk knew this had already happened to me and didn’t want to deal with the confrontation. This is extremely unprofessional and has made for a very disappointing experience. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is so very patient with me every time I visit! I have 3 little kids, 7, 3 and 1. They’re okay with them even if they get a little rowdy! They’re extremely nice when they’re in the chair, and so very understanding. The lobby is always clean and the wait is never too long.

Negative experience: I came to Contemporary Dentistry after being referred from Gentle Dental, and this has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. My front crown was placed incorrectly, and despite months of calls and follow-ups since June, nothing has been resolved. DentaQuest even reached out on my behalf, and the dentist never responded. I feel completely dismissed and would not recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I don’t do reviews often, but when I do, it’s because the establishment deserves it. I DO NOT like needles. AT ALL!!! I went in for a root canal (they did sedate me), and it quick and virtually painless. Even placing the catheter, I hardly felt anything. That isn’t usually the norm for me. The team was PHENOMENAL!!!! The doctor was great, he explained things to me, and was gentle. The dental assistant was an absolute doll! Between those two, it was a good time. You can tell the people enjoy their jobs and each other. And the cherry on top is that their bathrooms are in TOP NOTCH! SPOTLESS! Doesn’t look like your typical bathroom in a place of business. Everything about this place is great. From front desk to techs/assistants to the doctor, I had a great experience. Amazing place of business.

Negative experience: I went to this office simply because my other dentist closed down and referred their patients to contemporary dentistry. I called ahead to provide my insurance information, which i had to do again when i got there anyways. After being taken to the back and having x-rays taken, the doctor comes in and says i have a large cavity, i MAY need a root canal, but says she can’t do an exam to be sure until my next appointment. she then goes on to say i need braces and completely starts her sales pitch that has nothing to do with the painful tooth she hasn’t even bothered to touch. i’m then told that the next appointment time available is next MONTH. instead of waiting a month and allowing the problem to worsen, i went to another dentist who had no issues with my insurance, and was able to do the root canal the same day. AND they had to take new x-rays, because the ones from contemporary dentistry did not even show my whole tooth. do not go here unless you want to be seen as a CUSTOMER instead of a PATIENT. whoever said these people treat you like family, must’ve actually been family. because my family would put my pain first instead of trying to sell me something !!!

Fantastic experience: Saja is truly a professional and very knowledgeable about her job. She is not only pleasant but extremely helpful. Every time I go, she shows me something new. She is definitely a people person. I’ve told her several times, I only want her to service me. I enjoyed my visit and looking forward to having her clean my teeth again.

Fantastic experience: I love this place, they took care of me and my daughter. Dr. Hassan is very fast, gentle, and efficient with his work performed on my daughter’s teeth. I got cleaning done with nurse Lupé and she was wonderful. I didn’t feel a thing. She was very clean, fast, and gentle. The environment in this place is extremely welcoming, warm, and friendly. Every step of the way, whatever’s being done is thoroughly explained throughout the process and with much consideration. Mrs. Ronda is super sweet, friendly, and extremely helpful. She comes through every time, always booking our appointments and providing help with getting approvals from insurance. I appreciate nurse Maha and nurse Malak for how cooperative, thoughtful, friendly, and helpful they were. The conversations had with all the staff were wonderful. I appreciate the care given to us every visit. Not to mention how clean and classy the entire place is. Truly an amazing experience with this dentistry every time.

Fantastic experience: Great staff. Very understanding and kind. And every time I’ve gone to them including my son, they did not make me or my son wait in the waiting room for more than a couple minutes. In addition, their office and dental rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. I am so lucky i was referred to them. I will never go elsewhere for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hassan was amazing! He really took the time to understand everything I said about my teeth and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Reem was very respectful and professional—she did a great job patching my tooth. And Rohanda brought such great energy to the room, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a solid team!

Fantastic experience: The office was beautiful and very clean. The staff was amazing friendly, professional, and thorough in explaining everything. They even pointed out issues that no other dentist had ever addressed or attempted to fix. I originally came in for emergency services, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be making this my regular dental office.

Negative experience: Too bad zero isn’t an option. I went here because my dentist had great reviews for my Invisalign...big mistake! My dentist quit halfway through my treatment and I ended up with a different dentist and when I complained of tooth pain, she kept telling me I had gum disease. Healthy and in my early 20s, I got multiple second opinions, and she was the only one to tell me that. They all did (other than her) however tell me I needed a root canal due to an infected abscess that had formed. I almost required oral surgery for a bone infection in my jaw and almost lost that tooth. I had to go see a specialist who I’m very grateful was able to save my tooth for about $3k, as multiple dentists said it was not salvageable. I only had a good experience for the first half of the process and I was not at all satisfied with my overall outcome. I felt ignored with any of my concerns for my teeth. They’re only money hungry and it shows. They even gave me promotional offers for how much thousands I spent and did not honor them either when I attempted to use them. They have horrible communication and treat patients as ATMS and not people. Not sure how they’re getting decent reviews when majority of people there also have an attitude problem if you even remotely question what’s going on while you’re there for treatment. Will never recommend or go back.

Fantastic experience: Dominique did an amazing job with my daughter's braces! She was professional, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. My daughter’s retainers were also given to us with care. We're so happy with the results and highly recommend her.

They conducted a thorough examination, including X-rays, reviewed my insurance coverage, and outlined a comprehensive treatment plan. They estimated that all procedures would be completed within 5-6 weeks. Including my partials being done. The process was seamless from start to finish. I will not go anywhere else.

Dr. Rima is not only a great dentist but also such a warm and caring person—her laugh is absolutely contagious! Fantastic experience: I was extremely happy with my cleaning. The dental hygienist never touched any of my nerves where I would have jumped out of my seat like in years past with other dentist offices. She was also very polite and courteous during the cleaning. And my teeth have always needed at least one hours worth of cleaning.
