Fantastic experience: Dr. Lauren helped a lot with my partials. She has always been very understanding and makes time to see me with my issues.

Negative experience: I have had multiple close friends and family go here through Google reviews. They have all had a TERRIBLE experience and are too scared to leave their own review. They do not do thorough diagnosis and if they do not know what is going on they will recommend unnecessary treatment that costs thousands of dollars. Not only that but they are not even capable of preforming the treatment to the highest possible standard. You will be left with a slew of other problems that were not present before seeing this practice. It is mostly the owner who is the problem. It is obvious through various sources that he does not care about a patients health or correct diagnosis he cares about the money that funds a lifestyle. People notice things and people talk. Every person who has mentioned this practice has said they cannot even do a filling correctly let alone more extensive work. And it is even worse if you are a younger patient. I cannot speak about the other reviews that were given (A few people have said they think they are incentivized) but I can speak for more than 10 other people who are now dealing with at least 2 or more different issues after visiting Towne Centre Family Dental. I would STRONGLY STRONGLY advise never going here and to take this review seriously.

Fantastic experience: In April I passed out and lost my front tooth just one month before my senior prom! I thought I would be toothless for my last prom before I graduated and I was heart broken. Thankfully my mom got me a dentist appointment as fast as she could and I could not have been more grateful for the love and comfort I got from the staff at Towne Centere Family Dental. I had Dr. Lauren and Lucy and they made me feel like the most important patient they had and gave me so much love while I was in pain. For my tooth I needed a root canal (at a separate facility) and they sent me to the best one they knew. Also since I had lost my front tooth they wanted my tooth to blend in to the rest as best as possible. They sent me to a lab for color matching and because of the patient care that I had at Towne Centre Family Dental I had the biggest smile at my senior prom and all the days that have come since. I thank them every time I smile and could not have asked for a better Dentist.

This practice is the warmest group of people with the most professional expertise that also houses the latest, up to the second, dental arts/technologies. My experience there with everyone I’ve encountered is always kind and helpful and fun. You feel like everyone really cares about you and wants you to leave the office feeling good. As a patient you are treated with so much care and never made to feel judged or embarrassed if you haven’t been to the dentist regularly. Instead you feel like you are with the people who can and want to help you take the best care of your smile possible. Melissa the financial coordinator is beyond helpful, kind and reassuring with financial options and choices if needed. She can crunch numbers like nobody’s business and does everything so efficiently. Nancy the insurance coordinator somehow got us a lot more than we ever expected from our insurance. You don’t hear that very much these days. Everyone here is the best at what they do. Even the scheduling is always so helpful and workable. Dr Al has such a wonderful personality and immediately puts you at ease with how down to earth he is. The rapport he has with everyone in his office is fun and uplifting and makes you feel like you are among friends and family. The pride he takes in making sure his work is perfect is so reassuring and the sedation dentistry options that this office offers, make it possible to have procedures that would otherwise be a no for many of us. He makes it possible to be at the dentist for any amount of time and be honestly as comfortable as you can be. This is the only place where I have ever felt relaxed and comfortable at the dentist and not dying to leave every second. Merlinda who was Dr Al’s right hand person through all of the work that I had done, always takes such good care of me. She is always kind and caring and has professional expertise that is top notch. She helped me select shades and colors where needed and really helped me feel like we made the best choices without me second guessing. I even ran into Carrie the office treatment coordinator outside of the office one day and got a big hug and asking me how I was doing! I’m telling you, you cannot do better than the folks at Towne Centre Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled a consult with Towne Family Dental around April/May. I had concerns and the dentists in my plan were horrible. I got answers, a plan was worked up that worked for me financially, and I felt comfortable with the practice. I like their subscription plan for perio. I am very happy and not afraid to go to the dentist anymore.

The doctors and staff treat you like family and they have a high standard for running their practice, constantly working to keep up to date on dental technology. Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with Town Center Family Dental in Hillsborough NJ. I have been a patient of the practice for over four years. The dental treatment and services are state of the art and performed with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. I have had some interim dental issues between my six-month scheduled cleanings. These issues have been addressed immediately. I have never had to wait to get an appointment or the matter not taken care of in a timely manner. The insurance/billing office is equally efficient looking into out-of-pocket cost and communicating that to the patient. Staff here are very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are a comprehensive dental practice.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to town center family dental for over 20 years, dr Al and his staff have been constantly professional and attentive to all our needs. His Dental practice is state of the art. He constantly trains on new procedures and trains other dentists on how to preform painless dental procedures. His makeover studio changed my life and so many others to regain their confidence to smile and have the most natural looking teeth I have ever seen (Hollywood smile) I have recommended so many people outside my family as well to Dr Al. Town center if warm, friendly, and really does care about their patients. I have moved about 40 miles from Town center but continue to drive back. Negative experience: The staff couldn't be more friendly, but we're new to the area and on our first visit they told my husband he needed extensive and very expensive work (several caps). We trusted the dentist and the first part of the work went well. However, before we continued we decided to get a second opinion. Our last dentist had never seen issues. So we went to another highly regarded dentist (very state of the art). That dentist said my husband absolutely did not need another cap. Fillings would suffice. We saved $700 and a lot of time in the dentist chair. My advice, when they tell you you need work done-- get a second opinion!

Fantastic experience: I have zero anxiety when I go for my dentist appointments. TCFD uses the newest technology and provide quick and comfortable care whenever having work done. I love my hygienist who I have been seeing now for at least three years. She always tells me exactly where I need to brush more and my teeth are in the best shape. I also brought my toddler in for my last appointment and TCFD made her so comfortable and calm while my child watched me during my appointment. TCFD also has memberships in the case of having no insurance, which saved me when I no longer had my insurance.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend TCFD enough! Growing up I feared going to the dentist now as an adult I look forward to seeing the crew @ Towne Center Family Dental! They put me at ease every visit. Alexandria is my favorite hygienist! She always takes such great care of me and my teeth! And Doctor Lauren Psillos is the most caring dentist I know! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Positive experience: Always happy with the cleanings and checkups. I’ve been coming to this practice for over 20 years and I’m very happy with the service. Only issue for this visit was no one was at the front desk to check us in and there were 4 of us waiting, Last time that happened I called the phone number to get someone’s attention, but that didn’t even work. Eventually a hygienist came by to check us all in when she realized none of the front desk people showed up to work yet (it was after 8am). Maybe install a buzzer to get someone’s attention in the back since this has happened twice already?

Fantastic experience: Hands down, the BEST dentistry around. From the comfort of all the staff, to the professionalism of the doctors... this practice is unbeatable in my opinion. I had a large procedure done which included bone grafting and full arch implants. Everything healed perfectly, the staff was on top of my care throughout everything and I cannot be any happier. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a very happy patient at Towne Centre Dental for many years, but today’s review concerns my most recent visit. Yesterday, while eating lunch, a crown on one of my front teeth came out. I immediately contacted the dental office and they told me I could come right in that afternoon, and after doing the restoration, they could also do a maintenance cleaning that was scheduled for about a week in the future. What made all this remarkable is a phone call I then received from my auto insurance company, while at the dentist office, telling me that my car, which had been in an accident and was being evaluated at an auto body shop, was determined a total loss. The Agent kept me on the phone asking questions and giving me directions for what to do next. The Doctor, Dr. Nina, stopped the procedure and let me complete the (long) phone call until I was finished. She then completed the restoration and sent me on to have the cleaning done. I was so impressed and grateful how everyone I dealt with was so kind and thoughtful, and completed their jobs beautifully.

Fantastic experience: Service with a smile. This establishment is everything you want when you have an emergency. This past weekend @ July 4 party I lost my crown at sea during a sporting activity in my friend’s boat. Ì called Towne Center , they got me an appointment as a priority at 9 am , was out of the chair by 10:30 with a new post implant, and a temporary crown ready to go back to work with a smile. This doctor is organized and pays a lot attention to details , making sure the color of the new crown matched exactly the same color palette of my bite. His experience shows in his work and final results . This office gained trust and my patronage. Thank you Dr Internoscia and team you guys are five stars to me

Fantastic experience: Very professional, friendly staff. They let you know your options but do not oversell their products. The hygienists take their time and give advice to improve your teeth cleaning skills. They are great with my young son and makes him feel comfortable.

Dr. Lauren is also really nice. I chose this practice over 30 years (eek!) ago because of Dr. Al and he has created a great team.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to TCFD since the 90's. Love everyone! Marta is a wonderful hygienist! I had a cavity filled by Dr. Al today. It came up today. He got me into his schedule to get it filled, so i didn't have to drive back. Easy and didn't hurt at all!

Fantastic experience: Honestly as nervous as I was... Mind you I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years. I did not regret coming to this office. Thanks to my darling friend for telling me to come here. Dr. Naina Kaushal, 1st I must say she's very pretty. She made me feel very comfortable. She did not pressure me into doing what I did not want to unlike some other dentist....... I got a good report card✅ For someone who hasn't seen a dentist in over 10 years. then I must say the Hygienist Alexandia was so nice and gentle. I did not feel any pain whatsoever. "Some people can be rough" She really took her time and cleaned my teeth so well. I wish I can do this every month. Also I must include the ladies at the front desk very sweet very pleasant. Fantastic experience: All of the staff is so friendly and very competent, every trip there is a great experience! Dr. Mark is absolutely the best, I've received about 6 implants that were all perfect and they changed the quality of my health and my life! I couldn't be happier with his and his assistant Kataryna's expertise and consideration!
