Fantastic experience: Didn't make the appointment made a mistake putting the time in my phone. But they were very nice about it. I've only missed 1 other dr appointment in my 68 years of life. The other was a blown tire before cell phones.

Fantastic experience: You walk in and greeted with a smile and you leave happy with a smile. You can’t ask for any better quality and service from a dentist. Appointments are readily available, or they will do their best to contact you when a cancellation of another appointment has occurred to see if you would like to come in sooner. The quality is the best in my area by far. Very comforting environment and friendly professional atmosphere. The dentist and the staff themselves make you feel comfortable and taken care of you just like you would be at home. I would recommend this dentistry to everybody.

I appreciate their cost breakdown. They explain what is covered through your insurance & tells you exactly what you owe out of pocket. No surprise expenses. Their Dental hygienist/assistants & Dr Skinner, all have the best bedside manner. Gentle & pain free, your comfort is their top priority. Highly recommended!!!!!

Negative experience: Dr. Miller and everyone there were super nice and polite. My problem was that I always ended up with a root canal or a crown, even when I was just supposed to get a filling. All the crowns he put in ended up with half the side shaved down because it kept hitting the tooth above or below and yes I have a hard time chewing food now. One time, he sent me home after a filling without even shaping the center of it. I literally went home with a mini brick for a tooth and had to go back to get it shaved dow or adjusted. I stopped going to him because the new "recommendations" started as soon as my insurance renewed for the year, and they seemed excesive considering all the work he'd done the year before. I really didn't want all my molars being turned into shaved down crowns. Ironic for a stablishment with "precision" in their name.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this practice enough! Dr. Skinner & his staff are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. My son recently had to undergo a procedure & he was a little nervous. Dr Skinner & his assistant were very calming & reassuring. The dental assistant even gave us both a stress ball to squeeze. Dr. Skinner is very thorough & down to earth. A great family dental practice. Wonderful with children & adults alike.

Fantastic experience: The best place for dental needs! It's such a nice, modern, comfortable, cheery environment. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They found and fixed problems I had from another place that left me with infections and problems. They worked with me to make sure I got everything I needed. I am so happy to be here now where they look out for me. I appreciate their care, the movies, and that they send a reminder appointment time. I am so happy to have found this place after the bad experiences I had at the last place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this office about 4 or 5 times now. As someone that did not go to the dentist growing up, this office and team have been the most patient and kind. Every time I come in everyone is always so kind and reassuring. Dr Skinner is so kind and gentle. I feel comfortable asking anyone questions RDA Keely was so patient and helpful during my last visit. Merced doesn’t have a lot of options but I highly recommend this office

Negative experience: I had great service for nearly 4 years. However, at my last visit I was charged an extra $140 fee for my teeth cleaning (with no notice at the time). The cleaning was the same as the past years, and I had regularly been getting my teeth cleaned 2x a year by them. The billing was confusing and for years I actually had a credit and I never was mailed that amount despite my request several times. In terms of the actual teeth cleaning, no complaints.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and I’ve never had any issues. I actually love doctor Skinner & the hygienist are all very polite and caring. It really sucks that one person has to ruin it for everybody. I called to see if I could get my appointment rescheduled for my permanent crown since I couldn’t do the morning appointment since I don’t have a babysitter for my 4 month old baby. I spoke to Jasmine & it seemed like she didn’t even want to help me. Didn’t really want to work with me. Moved my scheduled appointment from the 26th all the way to the 9th of December. Even though I told her my tooth was feeling uncomfortable and having some pain. She didn’t seem to care she just said no late appointments until that date. The weird thing is to get me seen for my temporary crown & some fillings they got me in quick. Maybe because I was going to pay $500 plus on the spot. It makes me feel like just another number. Since I won’t be needing to pay any more money she can’t or doesn’t want to work with me? I thought the permanent crown doesn’t take long to have them place it since it’s already made. Usually the temporary is what takes longer I was there for almost 2 hours that day. I don’t understand why she couldn’t squeeze me in. I really wished she would’ve been more understanding of the situation.I hadn’t dealt with her before since the other two ladies in the front desk are always the ones to help me and them both are so very nice. I don’t even feel like going back. I wish I would’ve taken those $500 elsewhere :(

Fantastic experience: First-time patient and my experience was amazing! My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and I arrived at 2:56 PM. I only sat for about a minute before being called in, which I absolutely love! Veronica started with a warm introduction and explained what would happen during my visit. She was friendly, fast, and thorough while performing the first part of my cleaning. Shortly after, Dr. Jeremy Skinner came in to finish the exam. He was also very kind, professional, and informative. I shared a few of my concerns, and he offered helpful recommendations. Overall, my first visit was great. Fantastic experience: Coming from a person with lots of trauma stories regarding dentist and dentist offices, this office is absolutely amazing! On my very first visit a year and a half ago, they could sense the fear that I had and instead of being cold to my fears, they comforted me with reassurance and a blanket. My teeth look absolutely amazing compared to the first time I went in. If I have questions and concerns about anything, their staff is on it. Giving them five stars is my only option but if I could, I would give them 10. The staff is amazing. The doctors are patient kind and funny. Overall experience is out of this world. I highly recommend. I can now smile with confidence and that is because of this office.

I’ve always had a extremely traumatic experiences at the dentist and was overly anxious and nervous to have this procedure done (root canal) I just left his office about an hour ago, My pain is very minimal so far and he was very gentle patient and accommodating all of my needs! Fantastic experience: Today , was my first time at Precision Family Dentistry. Lauren was wonderful. She was so nice and very gentle. She did my x-rays and teeth cleaning. Jeremy Skinner the Dentist came in and explained everything to me. He told me what I needed and set out a plan. The whole office is nice and clean. The sweet Lady at the desk, her name is Angelica. She gave me the break down of what my insurance will pay and my share of cost. They do have free financing for one year. I got great service. Thank you

Fantastic experience: This was the best cleaning and checkup I have ever had! Everything was perfect, got in on time, the office was modern and relaxing, and every member of staff I interacted with (Angleica, Adi, Dr.Skinner and Jennifer) was excellent, good at what they did and looked happy to be there even though I was probably the last patient of the day. Adi did my cleaning, and she did an amazing job, answered all my questions, constantly checked in on me to make sure I was not in pain and had the clarity to offer the right cleaning and anesthetics to make my cleaning relaxing, easy and pain free. In terms of cost every insurance is different but I was very happy that I felt no pressure to do anything immediately and Angelica helped me out at the end of the day with some clear guidance on what to expect when I'm ready to book an appointment for the recommended treatments(non cleaning dental work) and was kind enough to print out a copy of everything we discussed. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Fast, efficient, friendly. I had 2 fillings replaced in probably less than hour. The dentist and his assistant work together as smoothly and as precisely as a pair of top-level dancers. The only unpleasant part: waiting for the anesthetic to wear off! I hate that stuff! That said, I felt no pain whatsoever.

Positive experience: Michelle the Hygienist was great. Dr.Miller was pleasant and thorough. Two things that stood out. When using water and it is spraying all over we should have glasses or goggles. When we are leaving and the dentals programs and their cost should be discussed in another room. The waiting room was full of patients and I didn’t like thinking everyone knows my business. Otherwise you have a smiling staff and great help.

They are awesome an with Arita as his asst they are a wonderful team. I trust him completely which is a very hard thing for me so you know hes the BEST!!!
