Fantastic experience: I came in with a pretty tough dental situation, and honestly, I was nervous. But from the moment I walked in, everyone at Gardena Dental Group made me feel at ease. Patty and Jesenia were so kind and attentive, checking in and making the whole process feel smooth and supportive. Dr. Nathan was compassionate and careful, and I could tell he genuinely cared about getting me the best outcome. Manny, the oral hygienist, was awesome! Incredibly gentle and thorough—he really took his time and made sure I was comfortable. I left feeling hopeful and taken care of. I think I’ve found my new dental home—and I’m really happy about it.

Fantastic experience: Upon entering the office i was greeted warmly and the assistants and doctor were very professional and Vanessa explained all treatment with a high degree of knowledge and skill and treated very well in regards to my age and they were respectful in to what treatment I wanted to have done. Everything was great I will be returning.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I experience with Gardena Dental Group has been very pleasant. The dentist and staff are very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone that needs dental work.

Negative experience: Not good at all. Wouldn't see me because I would not allow them to make a copy of my Driver's License. I said they could look at it to verify all they needed, just no copies. With Identify theft these days , people should just be more cautious. There is absolutely no need to keep a copy of my license on file if patient objects. I asked what you do with Children, they said we verify through the primary which is the Parent. Well....my primary is my Wife who is already in there system. We have the same coverage. I refuse to let any business / doctor etc have a copy and this is the very first time Ive been refused treatment over it.

He’s incredibly kind, makes you feel completely comfortable from start to finish, and always takes his time to do a thorough job. Positive experience: The staff of Gardena Dental Group are courteous and accommodating. Dr. Armen detailedly explained the procedure that will be done with the aide of pictures, hence, for informed decision making. Leslie the clinic manager patiently showed the itemized break down of what is covered by the insurance and my share of cost. She offered the option whether the share of cost will be charge through patient bank or through a financing company. Nathan, hygienist before he started the teeth cleaning he explained what will be done and when he determined that there is a need of deep cleaning he said +this may cause pain and bleeding. Before he starts the procedure he offered the option with or without anesthesia. Before leaving the clinic he provided the next schedule of dental prophylaxis. Thank you for regularly sending reminders of scheduled clinic appt.

Fantastic experience: Recently, my son had his initial consult with a different office looking to resolve pain with one of his wisdom teeth. That office, Gardena Dental Care, (that should not be confused with this place) was just horrible and careless from the beginning and more focused on the financial aspect of the visit. They quoted him over 2K with insurance for the removal of wisdom teeth which is crazy. It didn’t sound right so we called elsewhere and eventually got to Leslie. From the moment we got to her, she asked questions to help guide us and try to understand what he really needed. Immediately she tried helping get his x-rays so her dentist could review and guide us further. She then helped schedule us to their first available appointment and he had a great experience today. The whole thing experience was night and day from the other office, and we will do business here from now on. Thank you Leslie, and everyone in the office that turned this around for us!
