Cooley Smiles - Everett

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment online over the weekend for an emergency visit and then called first thing Monday morning and the GREAT folks at Cooley Everett got me in immediately! Turned out the excruciating pain I was having was a broken tooth. I was then given an immediate referral to an oral surgeon and that tooth is getting pulled tomorrow! Thanks so much for helping me out so quickly!!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and polite. Open spaces. Not a tight fit in a strip mall. Very professional, yet friendly. Told me to call them if a specialist didn't take my insurance, huge weight off of my shoulders. All of my fears, were eased. There are no surprise charges, they explain your care plan and not talk at you. Plenty of parking too

Fantastic experience: I NEVER review places or people (I do not feel it is my place to judge others), they deserve it. The dental assistant and doctor were very professional and pleasant. They did the consultation, x-rays, and cleaning in a timely manner. The receptionist was very helpful with insurance inquiries as well, taking time out of her day to do so.

This is just my second visit there, but the office always seems to have a very relaxed and calm vibe. Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott and his team did an amazing job on my two new implant crowns! It was a long invloved process with multiple bone grafts to restore the bone in my mouth, but well worth the wait. The new implants work and feel just like the teeth they replaced. Dr Scott is a skilled dentist who cares about his patients! He doesn't fail to deliver on what he promises to do!

Fantastic experience: When I moved to Everett from Bothell, I switched to Cooley Smiles because it was closer, and I feel like I really lucked out. The atmosphere and staff here are fantastic! The team is welcoming and skilled, and they make visits as comfortable as possible. I love that they have TVs to watch while you’re in the chair, and everyone is great at keeping a conversation going, which really helps the time fly by. The only downside is that they’re not open on Fridays, but honestly, the quality of care more than makes up for that. I’d highly recommend Cooley Smiles to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Negative experience: The review is for awareness about their lengthy wait time if you have to reschedule your appointment. I had to cancel my appointment for this month. The earliest availability provided to me was after four months. I will be on the waitlist and have to rely on any cancellation. I never had to experience this lengthy wait time for dental appointment. Their service is great but their wait time is making me doubt if I should have picked a different dental.

Positive experience: The hygienist was very delicate with my teeth and compassionate when it came to my sensitivity to cold water. I have to have my teeth cleaned manually with a pic because of the sensitivity and she was very good. She was also kind enough to use warm water which was very Appreciated. The dentist was also very compassionate and understanding. I always feel very welcome when I go to Cooley Smiles, even though I dread getting my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: WOW! I haven’t been treated this kindly and gently by my dentist since I was a child! They took the time to make me feel safe and comfortable. I have super sensitive teeth and gums to the point that I’ve cried at cleaning. Not here she was gentle and went slow. My insurance was explained to me in full before I made any commitments. Everyone is so nice from the front desk to the Dr and back out was amazing. I’m so relieved I found a dentist I don’t have to be afraid to see!!! I even referred my Mom and she loves it here too!

When he retired, we knew that choosing a new dentist and finding one of that high caliber would be a challenge. We asked pertinent questions, and had our teeth cleaned to get a clear idea of the dentist and hygienists communication styles with patients, their thoroughness & gentleness during dental treatments, how modern, cutting edge and sterile their technology & equipment is, and the level of cleanliness of their offices. Dr. Scott Peterson at Cooley Smiles-Everett was hands-down the best by far of all the dentists we interviewed. He's meticulous with his work. I had a crown put on and he took extra measures to make sure it fit comfortably before he finished. He's gentle, very efficient, gets the work done in a timely manner, and he's GENTLE. In the past, I have had traumatic experiences at the hands of certain dentists. In my admissions paperwork I wrote about those awful experiences so the entire Cooley Smiles team would be aware of my deep rooted anxiety and fears with anything involving dental work being done on me. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Scott & the staff paid attention to this.Every time I go there for an appointment, they consistently treat me with respect, kindness and TLC. I must also mention my dental hygienist, Dorothy. She's amazing. Her cleaning techniques are gentle, and extremely thorough. She's a bit of a perfectionist (a great trait for a dental hygienist)! She is kind, personable, very knowledgeable and has a relaxing, calming demeanor that truly helps get me through my cleaning. Negative experience: I sent you an email on how rude your receptionist was, I was referred to Cooley Smiles from Silver lake Orthodontist next door to you, but that was the biggest mistake. Your receptionist canceled my appointment, and lied against me. I have moved on to a better place where patients are respected.

Negative experience: The building was nice for the price you're paying to go there. They weren't thorough with the cleaning. It felt very rushed. The insurance person didn't seem like she understood much when she checked you out after service. The dentist was very much wanting me to go to his friends orthodontics practice which made me think there was some sort of kickback involved for said dentist. It felt like they cared more about getting money vs the actual care.

They actually make going to the Dentist into a very comfortable experience that is not to be feared. Fantastic experience: Man these folks are fantastic! I'm a bit of a dental project. You know like I need 3 crowns, 2 implants and a couple fillings. They have worked with me to get a plan started and now I'm on my way to dental recovery. So far I have one crown on the worst tooth and it went very well all the way around. Thanks a million. Make sure you are nice to these folks here cause they really want to make sure you get the dental help you need. You get 1 star for having the dental office and 4 stars for great attitude and great service. I will recommend.

Ramie was beyond helpful in finding a time that worked with my work schedule, she made sure insurances were checked prior and made the process easy which I love. Upon arrival I was welcomed right away and checked in. Rowe was my hygienist and was fantastic from start to finish, I will forever request her for my cleanings . I work in the dental field and although I know a lot- I appreciated Rowe going over everything thoroughly. Positive experience: I was nervous about changing dental offices after being with the same one for over a decade, but so happy that I did. Jenia and Dr Scott are amazing, caring, knowledgeable and fun. The back-office staff was excellent during my visit.

Positive experience: The staff is friendly and positive. I got to the office art 7:45 am. The staff was there and ready to get to work. There were 2 others in the comfortable and inviting waiting room. In regards to the work done, my dental hygienist worked wonders and Dr Scott gave me a detailed plan on the work that needs to be done which was extensive. Dental pain it the worst but the staff at Cooley Smiles were compassionate. I felt understood and heard. I recommend them to my family.

Fantastic experience: It’s hard for me to find a dental office that I really like and the one I had in Las Vegas was amazing so I was nervous but Cooley Smiles was really amazing. I barely waited in the waiting room and then my hygienist, Row, she’s amazing, she was friendly and easy to talk to and she understood my hesitation on finding a new dental office. She did everything, took X-rays, cleaned my teeth and gave me options on stuff I wanted to have to care for my teeth. The dentist was awesome great, he looked me in the eyes and explained everything about my pics, my X-rays and all the preventative work and maintenance I needed to do with my teeth. He didn’t rush me or made me feel like I was asking too many questions. The office manager was great too lol she explained everything and was very nice. Overall, great office and lots of care goes into what they do!

Fantastic experience: Previous dentist no longer work with insurance provider. Lost a crown and called Cooley Dental. On Tuesday, got in the chair on Thursday. Super friendly front staff. Very professional Dental staff. Going back as a new patient in June. THANK YOU Cooley Dental.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best dentist I have ever been too! From start to finish! From the ladies at the front desk to each assistant to Dr Scott. I have never felt so comfortable & like at home then I do at this office! They go above and beyond for every appointment! They are informative, compassionate, knowledgeable, and to put it frank human! They take the time to ask questions, give honest opinions, and really care! I am beyond grateful to have found them!
