Negative experience: Im only leaving 2 stars cause I got in same day for a tooth thats bothering me, I leave work to go over there,, they look at my tooth tell me I need a root canal and crown. I was in and out the dental chair in 20 min. I go to the front.. they charged me $306 for a "consultation" then they wanted $2600 for the procedure. That's $2900 for crown thats a porcelain ceramic and thats not premium nowadays. There all about money needless to say. There garbage, I'd stay away. I mean they should at least say.. if you get the procedure done.. we won't charge you the consultation or something. But damn.. $2900 for a crown thats gonna take them a hour to do. Your out of your mind . ALL ABOUT MONEY

Fantastic experience: The lobby made me feel right at home, like I could have leaned back in my chair and read a book. I have anxiety with dental treatments. I realized about halfway through getting my teeth cleaned that my hands were not clenched, that I hadn't dug my fingernails into the arms of the chair, and that I wasn't anxious at all. Everyone from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the doctor was professional and kind. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Very professional, friendly and fastest crown appointment I have ever experienced. High technology made my crown appointment a one day experience. The crown was made in their office and seated the same day. No pain and the crown matched my teeth and no problems with crown level. I highly recommend. Also I enjoyed the music in the exam room.

Fantastic experience: The people are so super friendly and the Dr explained everything in a way that made everything understandable. The only thing that was even a little bad was they are a little more pricey than the other dentist I was going to before I came there. I don't have insurance shop everything is out of pocket for me, but I will say they are working with me with the price so that is also a good thing! All in all it is a great place to go!

Fantastic experience: Wow... where do I even start? This is by far the BEST dentist office visit I've EVER had! The staff is so kind and the office is very clean and perfectly decorated. They asked me how they can "help make my smile better"... I've NEVER been asked that before! The dentist and dental tech were amazing and gave honest answers for what they thought could help. 1,000,000/10 if you need a good dentist, you NEED to get in with Singing River Dentistry, they're going to treat you right and do it for a good price! Update edit: I went in today and got my new teeth! I've never liked my smile... until today... now I can't quit smiling!!! I want to thank Dr. Parker and the amazing staff at Singing River Dentistry for doing such an amazing job and providing top tier patient care and service!

Fantastic experience: Took just a few minutes to reglue my crown in place. Wonderful experience and crew at Singing River. Then they removed a tooth and prepared it for an implant later. The whole experience was professional, kindly, courtesy, and not an unpleasant visit.

Fantastic experience: Marsha saw me right on time, took x-rays, cleaned, flossed and polished my teeth. Dr.Parker checked my teeth, gums, and even my tongue! And we were done within the hour. I made another appointment for 6 months. Very efficient. My hygienist saw me right on time. Took a 360° x-ray, 4 individual x-rays, cleaned, flossed, polished my teeth, had the dentist check for cavities, and applied an optional fluoride treatment all within the hour! Great check up and efficiently done!!! My hygienist did a thorough job cleaning, flossing and polishing my teeth. She took x-rays and pictures of a questionable tooth to keep an eye on. The doctor also checked my teeth, and we discussed different antibiotics that are necessary for me to premedicate with. The hygienist then made my next appointment for me, gave me a "goody bag " of dental supplies and saw me to the checkout desk. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Not gonna lie… going to the dentist freaks me out, but Dr. Peterson & his staff walk you through your visit every step of the way. After today’s visit Singing River Dentistry has a new forever client.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very nice and helpful. I however left crying due to the fact my insurance won't pay for a new set of dentures fully. I can not afford to pay anything and now suffer from colitis due to the fact I can't chew my food properly.I wish the offered financing.

Negative experience: 'ITS NOT OUR FAULT' -----BE CAREFULL !!!! I want to give one star but they truly do great work and is the friendliest staff we have had. Places drop the ball at times and is usually fixed. Not only did Singing River Dentistry drop the ball, (Twice) they said its not thier fault and not even willing to assist in any way to fix the $500 issue they created. 1st dropped ball--- This was a new dentist so they would get my dental records from my previous and to know that I had a crown done two years ago. That was their 1st chance to see that my insurance would not cover that. Instead I was told that I need to do it before the new year because my benefits would expire december 31st 2024. We rushed and had it done before christmas and used $500 of our CHRISTMAS FUND to cover the two crowns. 2nd ball dropped--- That there may be some extra small things that are not covered by insurance.But we do expect the doctor to check our past & dental records and to call the insurance to make sure that those teeth are covered for the procedure. Especially since they're wanting us to do it by the end of the year. After getting the teeth fixed, I got a bill for $500 more dollars saying that the tooth was not covered. The insurance explained that the dentist should have called to check to see if the teeth qualified and if they did , they would have been notified that 3 months before it could have another crown put on and then it would have been covered. Not a big deal.This could be easily fixed.But when we call to say Hey this is kind of a drop ball on you all and is there something we can do to figure this out?Maybe I pay half you may have.It was told that is not their fault and that I need to make sure that the teeth are covered from the insurance company not their job. So I guess what you should do is take that little sheet.That gives you all the little Doctor information.The stuff that's really confusing and get that sheet and call the insurance company.And I guess as a patient.Try to figure that out before putting your trust in a dentist to do thier job.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Peterson and his assistant Ashton has been great almost beyond words to describe I do recommend Dr. Peterson for anyone that is having teeth issues Ashton, his assistant once she zeros in on a problem, she will not turn it loose until it has been solved. She is never hurried me alone to get me out the door quite the opposite. She’s always making sure that I am satisfied with whatever situation I’m dealing with. I do give Dr. Peterson and Ashton five stars for how they have handled me from the very beginning until I am completely satisfied. Being 78 years old and just now getting full dentures and really apprehensive of the whole situation, but the two of them has reassured me. Everything’s gonna be good Gladly five stars.

Fantastic experience: I love this one much better than the one in muscle shoals. Much more friendly people. I felt welcome this time. I just had two teeth pulled. It’s this dentist office and he was so good and so nice to me. I felt so comfortable. I did not feel any of that at the Muscle Shoals one I’m gonna stick with this one. I don’t remember the doctor‘s name, but he was good looking and very good at his job And all the nurses there were awesome thank you guys so much.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Although I have insurance, because the policy was new, insurance wouldn't pay for 6 months. I told them I would simply pay the cash price. The whole visit felt weird. Just bad energy. I would never want anyone to work on me or my child when all they are thinking about is money. I ended up going to a more compassionate dentist elsewhere.

He was polite, professional, thorough in his explanation of his plan of action and what his thought process was behind that his planning. The staff were polite, professional and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, which in my mind means they do it with pride. The facility is exceptionally clean and state of the art. Negative experience: First I want to say I love Singing River Dentistry. All of you are caring professionals. I absolutely love my new teeth. I am proud to smile after many years of shame. I did pay a great deal for them. Recently one of the teeth came loose. Thankfully I didn't swallow or damage the tooth. All you had to do was ( glue/ cement ) the tooth back in place. Maybe I'm wrong. I have been before. I think $188 was a little excessive.

Fantastic experience: Seen Dr Peterson for the 1st time yesterday he redid the filling in my front tooth painless I'm so proud of the way it looks it's always been an off color that didn't match but it does now I absolutely recommend him highly and I will be making my way back in that office for all my dental needs I am beyond 100% satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I went for my cleaning this past week. I must say my hygienist Lauren is absolutely the best. She's so well versed on each of her patients. Welcomes you always with a smile! Her experience in dealing sensitive teeth issues, to people who have trouble begin able to open their mouths for cleanings. She's gentle. Well trained in oral health issues. Negative experience: My husband had a crown come off. Singing River Denitistry had installed the crown. He had to wait two days to get it cemented back down at a cost of $188.00. Cementing a crown that should not have come off should have been done at no charge. It is time to find a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Best dentistry in town. You can tell the people that work there love what they do and care about their patients/customers. Starting off from the front desk well you’ll be met by Aranza and her welcoming energy expressed through her wonderful smile who is dedicated to help you w any questions or concerns you have, all the way to Dr. Petersen who talks to you like one of the boys and makes sure everything is fine. Fantastic experience: Dr. Parker is amazing! After repeated gum abscesses and infections, she found the root of the problem literally! The roots of three teeth were split even after previous root canals. I am no longer in pain and my new crowns and bridge look wonderful. Ms. Dawn, the hygienist was also amazing! Fantastic experience: These people are fantastic. And my dentist made the shots completely bearable. Best experience at the dentist ever. Went in with a cracked crown. Came out in 2 1/2 hours with my new crown! Amazing.

Fantastic experience: Singing River was fantastic! Not only did they find a next day appointment for a new patient in pain, but Dr. Parker explained in detail what the problem was. The follow-up appointment to fix the problem was just as impressive. The friendliness combined with the sincerity of concern from Dr. Parker has really helped ease some of my dentist anxiety. I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Parker for my dental care and that has worked out great. The team at Singing River have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my dental work.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing dentistry. Dr. Patel is amazing too. I’ve had Sjogren’s for going on 3 years. Dry mouth is a horrible side effect of it. When Dr. Patel heard of my Sjogren’s and listened to my complaints of the dry mouth, mouth sores and tooth problems…she instantly told me about a medication (Salagen) and prescribed it for me. Wow! Within the first week, I had moisture returned to my mouth. I haven’t woken up with my mouth sticky and no mouth sores! I even cried a real tear! (You’d have to experience Sjogren’s to understand). I’m so thankful and will forever be grateful to Dr. Patel.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I’m very pleased. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist. They made me feel comfortable and had no pain! I loved the Christian music playing also. Was definitely peaceful and helped. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: I would NOT recommend this dentist office. My mother recently received treatment at this office, and her pain level, emotions, as well as requests were ignored by the staff treating her. Repeatedly, she asked the staff to stop treatment to address her pain. They did not. She was crying in the chair, but no one offered her a break or even a tissues. After repeated requests, she was finally offered additional numbing. I am appalled by the way that my mother was treated. Listening to patient concerns and caring for their emotions is a basic level of patient care and customer service. She deserves to be valued as a patient and a human, but she left the office sobbing, without a single person asking if she was okay. This office should consider revisiting their patient care policies as well as increase efficacy in emotional support during treatment. If you are a new patient, you should continue your search for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Wow just Wow! I know from being on the inside it is so easy to love our teams! I just have to say that Dr. Petersen and the teams in Tuscumbia and Florence who worked to help me through this process of losing a tooth and getting an implant has been seamless! Most importantly, it was not a painful process! This evening I am a little extra grateful for the world class team at SRD!
