Fantastic experience: We have been going to Beaver Dam Dental for over 20 years. We started because the office hours fit our work schedule and now that we are retired we can come in anytime. Always very prompt with checking you in and getting you in for whatever work needs to be done. I like the updates of upcoming visits, makes remembering easy. The entire staff is very friendly and makes coming to the dentist a very pleasant experience.

Negative experience: Bit into a cookie and knew I chipped a tooth. Dr. Stecker got me back on the road again with minimal discomfort and needed reassurance. I dont mind going to ""The Dentist".

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here since I was I child. The only place I thought I could trust. I had a bill for $142 dollars that I must not have paid by accident and now they won’t allow me to come back even after offering to pay the balance. Mind you this $142 dollar bill was from 2017 and has already been wrote off gross profits anyways. So petty in my opinion

Fantastic experience: Great Dental care proven by most of my appointments only requiring the semi-annual cleaning procedures. The Dentist and Hygienist are very personable and professional. Not every day you can say you look forward to visiting the dentist office, but they make it that way.

Fantastic experience: I was just in for a basic cleaning. I hardly felt a thing as my teeth were getting cleaned. You do feel at ease during your appointment. I do feel welcomed as I walk into the office. Everyone is very nice.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist and my husband hates going to the dentist more than I do, but the gentle manner that Ashley keeps our smiles in check is FANTASTIC!! Dr Harris makes or upkeep manageable and usually pain free ;)

Negative experience: Went for cleaning ,my teeth were flossed and plaque removed but never cleaned.Not sure if this is common practice. Waited about 40 min or better to see the dentist..

Fantastic experience: I went in thinking I had a cavity... nope, just needed a tooth ground down a bit. Music to my ears. You don't have a cavity :) I have tried a few dentist closer to home. But I keep coming back to Dr Stecker; he has the expertise, experiance and sensible assessments that I appreciate. I have been with Dr Stecker for years, he has taken care of our 5 childrens teeth until they were 18. Friendly, quick and professional this place has not disappointed me.

Fantastic experience: The staff and the Dr.s are so nice. It is easy to make payments that I can afford. September 2025 I had some surgery done on my cheek 2 weeks ago and my mouth felt super weird so I stopped in to the office to see if I could have a Dr look at my mouth. The office staff set me up with Dr. Emma today, and yes my mouth is swollen from my surgery that had nothing to do with my teeth! She did find a cavity so I'll be back for that! Peace of mind for me that it wasn't anything serious. Thank you

Negative experience: Staff really shouldn’t be talking about people who don’t have the best English, we all come from different areas and that’s OK. Also they shouldn’t be mentioning said person about going to collections if they don’t pay when patients can hear every word. That so unprofessional

Fantastic experience: So, let's just say I have had a couple of painful emergencies in the last few months, including my first extraction at age 55. With everything BD Dental had going on with another busy day, they found time to get me in. I probably thank them all too much, but when I have tooth issues, the team at BD Dental makes me feel like I am a priority. Thanks to the entire staff for consistently being there when I need help. And thanks for helping me restore my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Beaverdam dental office is by far one of the best dental practices in Wisconsin and maybe anywhere according to my opinion! They use state of the art equipment and have solutions to all my dental needs. Dr. Stecker is phenomenal when it comes to chair side manner! I was a patient that went from clutching the chair to being relaxed with my hands folded during all procedures That office has been a Lifesaver for me Personally. I can relax and smile I probably wouldn’t have any of my own teeth if it wasn’t for Beaver Dam Dental The-staff and hygienist are amazing too. Best ever in accommodating my schedule and appointments , I actually fly to see them because I trust them with my health and teeth care!

Fantastic experience: Great Experience! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiling faces from the friendly front office staff. During my routine cleaning my hygienist Ashley was very thorough and discovered that I had a cavity the size of Texas on a wisdom tooth. I thought for sure the tooth would need to be pulled but the highly skilled staff of Beaver Dam Dental assured me that the cavity could be fixed with a simple filling. Dr. Stecker and his wonderful assistant Dana quickly and effectively fixed my tooth with no pain or discomfort. Once again Beaver Dam Dental has put a smile on my face!

Fantastic experience: They were able to fit me in on short notice to accommodate my schedule. Everyone was professional and curtious. Not a long wait , they were completely on schedule for both visits. I had a tooth extracted and I wasn't sure if it was normal for there to be red in my spit. They fit me back in immediately and made sure everything was OK. They said 2:30 and it was 2:30. I'm sure unexpected events happen and might not always be the case, but from what I've seen They run a tight ship and strongly recommend their services to anyone.

Even though I live near Chicago, I make the trip to Beaver Dam, Wisconsin every 3 months for my dental cleanings. Fantastic experience: My significant other recommended this place to me while I was looking for a new dentist, and boy was I surprised. If you or little ones are scared about dentist offices, I recommend this one. It’s extremely homey, calming, safe, very organized, clean, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they have a healthy work family there which makes you feel well taken care of and apart of their family. I’m a stay at home momma, so my little guy is always tagging along. He hates meeting new people but you can tell he feels safe there. Plus he just likes all the attention from the ladies that work there. I wish I could give this place 10 stars because my family has found their forever dental office.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed on how Dr. Harris and the dental hygienist took care of me on my visit last Friday the 6th of September. Dr Harris is the best dentist I had ever met. He was so gentle while the dental hygienist was very attentive. I am so happy to finally found the dental clinic I can trust.

He takes time to explain everything regarding any of the work he does in explicit detail not only that but he also takes his time to visually explain. He truly is the very best dentist I have ever went to!! Also a shout out the the amazing staff that has been working with me not just their patience but their empathy as to understanding my financial situation. I had 2 knee replacements and a wrist surgery and could not afford to pay for previous visits for 10 months… I am caught up now and really appreciate all of them for everything. I want to say… they went Over and Beyond along with Dr. Zachary Huybrecht! Thanks so much!! You guys are one of the best of the best!

Negative experience: I changed my good review to this, they stopped accepting my ins back in Jan 1 no one told me or sent paperwork no matter what they say I didn't get anything cuz I'm a stickler on paperwork I keep all paper including bills, but they kept on doing the work & I found out 3 weeks after* payment do day of service* I paid what they said then 3 weeks later I get billed the rest - the little bit ins covered out of network. My advice is every time ask if they still take your ins B4 they do anything . Cuz they won't!

Fantastic experience: I recently had spinal surgery that doesn’t allow me to sit for long or at odd angles while I rehab. I had to postpone my appointment twice because I was having significant back pain before my scheduled time. Beaver Dam Dental was incredibly patient and accommodating by placing me on the call list on short notice for a new appointment, adjusting my seating position repeatedly for me during cleaning, asking how they could make me most comfortable, providing a very quick and complete service within my limitations and just being kind about meeting my above average needs at the time. Dr Zach is great in a million ways. Our family appreciates the whole team at Beaver Dam Dental.

Fantastic experience: Let me preface this by saying that I am terrified of the dentist. I went in with very low expectations and I was certainly proved wrong. I had broken a tooth and they got me in within 24 hours. The Dental Hygienist was delightful. She was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist (Dr. Harris) was a gentle giant, worked fast, and fixed my tooth. I have now found my new dentist and I am beyond pleased with the work and courtesy they showed me.

Fantastic experience: Dr Stecker and staff are very caring and explain all your options if you need work done. Dr Stecker always asks about the family, even the kids who are now adults and have families of their own! I always tell him he can’t retire until I die or lose all my teeth!

Negative experience: Visit was horrible!!!! My appointment was booked months ago and he was double booked so he was trying to do his other patient as well but I was put on hold for over a hour in the chair so he was rushed in process cracked a tooth even though getting pulled he damaged it where now I'm feeling pain. Sutures he put in by the time I got home was already unraveling so I got the feeling of fishing wire coming out of my gums why even put it in if you ain't going to make sure that it's stitched right? He had to freeze area twice because of other person that was booked also for my procedure visit was a nightmare thinking of possibly finding a different dentist office for rest of dental work and cancelling next appointment. You can't rush medical that's how bad things happen. If anyone makes a appointment better ask if not double booked so you get the proper treatment and not tossed aside.

Fantastic experience: My husband's experience was great! He was there for something else but Doctor Stecker quickly identified a different problem with his wisdom tooth. He treated him and he was out within an hour. He experienced no pain at all! Tena helped prepare him for the Doctor and did an excellent job. She was able to numb his tooth with the least amount of pain he ever experienced! We would highly recommend Beaver Dam Dental to anyone! Erik

Fantastic experience: My daughter age 10 had a broke tooth, the doctor gave me options to either leave it until it came out on its own or to remove it. Since it was broken and she wasn’t eating on that side I chose to remove the tooth. She was nervous and was scared. But with the amazing doctor she had the tooth removed without fear or emotion! Thank you so much for caring for my daughter.

I have been wanting to find a family dentist for a while but didn't like any of the other dentists I had seen in this area, but I am glad I went here. I will be back for all future dentistry needs! Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for 33 years now. I've always liked the staff and thought that the dentists are great. I've used all three of the ones there now and all are great. The hygienists are always great. The only real downside of this Dentist for me is how busy they are. Depends on the time of year I think. I've sometimes had to wait weeks to get them to look at a chipped tooth. Once I tried to schedule a cleaning and was told that the waitlist was over 6 months. Though recently I was able to get an appointment for a cleaning the very next day... so yeah, time of year matters. They are a bit expensive, but I'd rather pay a bit more to work with a dentist I trust knows what they're doing. They were even kind enough to polish off the cement that had been left behind by a my permanent retainer that fell off. They did not charge me for this.

Fantastic experience: As always, I look forward to my dental teeth cleanings at Beaver Dam Dental. Again my hygienist was very good at her job. I met the new doctor, very professional, and look forward to my next 2024 visit. . Going to the dentist is an adventure. I challenge myself to always have the best record for teeth care to avoid dental issues. I continue to choose Beaver Dam Dental for that fine experience and service.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment at Beaver Dam Dental because I had a broken tooth and needed it removed. I showed up to my appointment filled out information needed. Ten minutes later I had an X-ray done on my tooth. Dentist came in told me results. He performed the tooth extraction along side with his assistant and before I knew it tooth was out. I highly recommend this Dental practice to anyone afraid of dental visits. They make you feel at ease and at home.

Fantastic experience: They're all great. I typically see Dr Harris he is really good. Especially in numbing your mouth. I rarely feel the needle. And never have pain while he is working on my teeth. Negative experience: Did not like the dental assistant at all . When she Called for Manny I went up to her to ask a question, and she said I was calling for Manny and pointed to him . I proceeded to ask what kind of filling was being used , metal ot the white filling ? She said white ,and I said that's what I prefer. I told Manny and he went back. This is his first cavity filling and she could have asked how he was feeling and reassured him or asked if I have any questions. When he was done ,he came and sat by me and it took her a minute or two to come out, she didn't walk him out . She said he was OK to go , didn't say he did a good job or anything. I had to ask how long to wait to eat and everything.

Fantastic experience: Kate is a friendly, good dental hygienist. Dr. Stecker is very thorough. I need to keep up my brushing, flossing and good eating habits. No cavities..... Yeah!!!!

Fantastic experience: They were so thorough and gentle. They really listen and address all the external factors that can affect your dental health. There is no judgement about mental health issues factoring in. They understand, and educate you.

Negative experience: 1st time my son had the new guy. Wasn't really pleased as we as a family, have been so used to the gentle care we've received in the past, he was aggressive with flossing and wasn't as passionate it seemed as Harris and the ladies always have been...
