Fantastic experience: I had an overwhelming positive first experience at Ponce Dental Studio after years of poor service at Tend. Even before scheduling appointment, their team was quick to answer all my questions and concerns. Olivia, my hygienist, thoroughly examined my teeth and taught me along the way about what is happening in my mouth. Dr. Toub was equally as impressive and I feel comfortable with the plan they have made for me. The facilities are outstanding and you can tell their #1 priority is your health.

Appointment was promptly on time, everyone explained what they were doing to my teeth and why, and in terms that I could understand. They were patient with my questions. Their office was clean and very comfortable. They had a separate office and went over my charges with me so everything was super clear. They even gave me a folder to hold my dental paperwork. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable and confident throughout the process. Fantastic experience: Had my first visit this morning to consult with some work I need . I’ve been looking for 17 years since I’ve been in Atlanta to find a trustworthy dentist and not these overmanaged corporations that only want to upsell. These folks are very straightforward and upfront about what you need and prioritizing, not to mention very upfront and transparent about costs. They were all above and beyond professional and friendly and the dentist I saw , Dr Frank Nia “Frank” as he said to call him (I like that ) was very comforting as I just don’t like dental visits and he was very reassuring that he would make me as comfortable as humanly possible . Just by talking with him , I have no doubt I have finally found the dents practice I have been searching for for a very long time .

Fantastic experience: Wow, what can I say besides this being an all-around amazing dentistry? My experience was great from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Keisha did my cleaning and assessment—she had an awesome personality, was extremely knowledgeable, and really took the time to educate me. I also sat down with Mariah, who walked me through my payment and insurance options. She was super helpful and had an awesome personality as well. The equipment is state-of-the-art, and the entire staff made the visit smooth and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Fantastic experience: Just had my 6 month cleaning and Ponce Dental always makes me feel comfortable with the process. My hygienist Olivia always explains what she is doing and was very thorough answering my questions regarding my cleaning. Dr Toub is very thorough reviewing my X-rays and best steps to maintain my teeth. I always feel like I am well taken care of and set up for preventative care here.

Negative experience: I want to update my previous review to reflect my full experience. My initial appointment at Ponce Dental Studio was absolutely amazing. The staff was kind, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the level of care felt exceptional. I even left a 5-star review at that time because I was genuinely impressed. However, what followed has been extremely disheartening. A loan was submitted on my behalf without my direct permission or authorization. I only received one cleaning and did not move forward with the treatment plan, yet I was charged for the entire plan—over $4,000—through that financing loan. When I attempted to cancel the loan immediately, it was denied, and I was not refunded for services that I never received. I have reached out via email to discuss resolving this, and unfortunately, have not received a response. We are now in the process of pursuing legal action in order to recover the funds. This situation feels unethical and financially misleading. It is very upsetting, especially because I genuinely liked the office and the staff. I do not want to discourage anyone else from going, because my experience during the appointment itself was wonderful. I am simply sharing my personal experience regarding the financial process so others can be fully aware and cautious. I hope this can be resolved soon, but for now, this reflects my honest experience.

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience, wow. I am sort of a techie and I loved how they had so much next gen dental tech there. They were able to show me on a tech screen actual 3 model of my teeth what was going on and what to watch out for. Everyone took time to explain everting and they really seemed to care and look out for my long term dental health. This level of care has been impossible for me to find in the area

Fantastic experience: Quick, easy, and very pleasant. I arrived 15 minutes early and didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes before I was shown to a chair. The hygienist was extremely nice, we shared a pleasant conversation. She was very careful to answer my questions. Dr. Patel is a charismatic young professional. In all I felt very supported and well accommodated.

Fantastic experience: Once again, THE FLY LAWYER had some services that had to be done on an emergency basis. One of my fillings fell out in my front tooth and I knew I couldn’t go the weekend that way, so I showed up at the dentist office even without an appointment and they took care of me and I really appreciate it. They are really really caring when it comes to making sure that your knees are taken care of Ponce dental studio only for THE FLY LAWYER.

I unfortunately needed several fillings, but Dr. Shah was able to treatment plan for me and provide amazing results that are expected to last me a very long time. Fantastic experience: I have a dentist in Sandy Springs, but decided I no longer wanted to make the drive from Druid Hills to Sandy Springs (fighting traffic. &, road construction). Ponce Dental Studio’s Web site was easy to navigate and made the transition to a new dentist easy. The office is fresh & clean, streamlined with atmosphere; including, coffee and water. The fabulous office staff, I can’t say enough good things about the way they treated me And each other; professional And with kindness. Parking is tight and it can be tricky to get out of the parking lot back onto Ponce de Leon. Overall I would recommend to intowners. :)

Also I didn't receive the link to do my paperwork in advance (I am sure I did not receive because of my job’s reception) but neither the less they did not make it a big deal. Fantastic experience: These are literally hands down the best Dentists I have ever used. I interviewed 7 dentists to do my dads teeth and when I met Dr Nia he knew exactly what we wanted without trying to upscale anything. The service was superb. Dr Toub was excellent with my son and now my whole family sees them. I drive from the north side of Atl to downtown just for them. The entire staff is excellent. I can't say enough.

From the front to back my girls were loved on by the staff, the Hygienists and Dr. Frank Nia & Dr. Farid Toub. These guys are great humans and both of the hygienists Ms. Shelby and Ms.Olivia were fantastic and so were all the assistants, Kira, Kayla and a few others that I can't recall their names(sorry)! I loved the ease of appointment confirmation, follow up and reminders as my mom brain can get all the help in remembering multiple appointments for different children. Overall, if there were more stars that I can allocate to this practice, I would! it's hard to find places that people genuinely care for you and your loved ones with such gentle touch and genuine love. This was the absolute great experience that I had anticipated. Thank you for truly taking great care of both of my baby girls. We will be back in 6 months Ponce Dental Studio!

These folks are in a league of their own and I can’t say enough good things about them. The hygienist I see, Keisha White, is the most capable person I’ve ever met and the whole team’s knowledge about dental insurance is unmatched (they even have a health insurance/billing expert who sits down with each patient.) Needless to say, I highly recommend PDS, especially if you’ve had negative dental experiences in the past!

Negative experience: They offer an in-house discount dental plan with a company named "SUBSCRIBILI". This is to get you to pay monthly for a year regardless of procedures. Example: In one year I paid $420.00 ($35.00 a month for one year) and all I received was one cleaning. I canceled one cleaning within 21 hours and 38 minutes. Their cancelation policy requires a 48 hour cancelation. Reason for my cancelation was due to pain in my teeth. They were fully aware of my teeth situation. Common sense directed me in not allowing them or anyone the dig between my teeth at this time. I was experiencing excruciating pain. They did refer me to a specialist. This proves their awareness of my pain. My policy is to expire in 10 days. It's not convenient for me to reschedule an appointment within 10 days. Although they have automatically withdrawn $420.00 from my bank account and I've only been treated for ONE teeth cleaning. After speaking with Ms. Henue (the office manager), she was determined to charge me an additional $50 cancelation fee inspite of all the money they've withdrawn from my bank account over the past year. THEY ARE NOT PRACTICING GENUINE CUSTOMER COURTESY SKILLS AT ALL! MONEY IS THEIR BOTTOM LINE! I've paid $420 for a basic teeth cleaning and they refuse to waiver one cancelation fee, although I canceled 21 hours and 38 minutes in advance. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worse enemy. I'm not angry, but extremely DISAPPOINTED! I do plan to send this customer disserviced experience to the SUBSCRIBILI company as well. ****UPDATED REVIEW**** Jennifer, a dental administrator from their Buckhead office, phoned me in less than 24 hours to get clarification of the disturbed experience I encountered with their Ponce Dental Studio. After Jennifer obtained both sides of the story, she apologized then kindly informed me that she's going to omit any cancelation fee I would be charged. In addition she will honor me with the teeth cleaning included in my plan up until 3 months after my plan expires. THIS IS COMMON BUSINESS COURTESY. THANK YOU, JENNIFER!

Negative experience: I really don't understand all the five star reviews - they are an absolute scam. I waited for 45 mins for my appt. They provided me a treatment plan for five cavities. I went to get other opinions and only one of these actually seriously needed a filling. I am still trying to fight them about a payment from a year and a half ago for services where my insurance provider paid for services but they ended up charging my card for the same services. Take your money and your time elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: This is probably the best review I've ever written. I have been living in Atlanta for 4 years and have finally found a good dentistry. They were efficient, professional, non-judgmental, and just extremely genuine. It was evident they all loved what they did--which goes really far. The patient process they've absolutely nailed. Took me back at my appointment time, completed x-rays as a new patient in less than 15 min. Dare I say it was 10min total? High-tech equipment which also goes extremely far to save you time, educate, and leave you more comfortable. I was able to get my teeth cleaned same-appointment and spent most of my time with Keisha. I had a deep clean and I don't think my teeth have ever been so clean before in my life. 1000/10 recommend. Transparent about pricing, don't try to upsell you on a $200 toothbrush. They just care about you and what you want for your care. Easily best experience I've had in my LIFE going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Ponce Dental Studio. My overall experience was exceptional. The office was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My hygienist Shelby was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire experience. Dr. Frank Nia bedside manner was literally the best. He provided thorough explanation of all my dental issues and care. And then to wrap it up Mariah my financial advisor was beyond outstanding. She was kind, informative, and helpful. I felt right where I needed to be.

Fantastic experience: Love love love!!!! I went here for the first time when I started Invisalign. They have made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Drica has been the sweetest and most supportive part of this whole process. Everyone is so welcoming and the environment is so fun! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: This office is horrible and scam good customers out of false cancellations fees. They charged me $250 for an appointment that I had called and canceled well before the appointment. I didn’t notice the false charge till later and after I spoke with the manager on staff they told me they could not reverse to fee even if I canceled well before. I have been a patient of this location for years and I have family members that are patients as well. I will no longer be a patient at tends dental Studio and will inform my family members to do the same. I caution anyone considering this dental practice to be aware that they will find away to overcharge or false charge you. It’s so unfortunate because the dental hygienist and the dentist are so nice and professional it is a shame that does not translate into the front desk and the management

Fantastic experience: I have never been in love with a dentist’s work until I had Dr.Toub extract my tooth, it gave him a bit of a hard time. He was very gentle, explained every step and constantly asking me if I was okay. He is loving, a Godly man and I thank God for him.

Fantastic experience: My visit with Dr. Toub was great! After my extractions I barely felt any pain. Even the next day. His assistant Junia is amazing as well. And Ms Lena and I always share laughs. She's my baby love..I recommend anybody to see Dr Toub. He's the best dentist I've ever seen.
