Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! Always have a good experience with staff and doctors. One thing my son does miss is the coin at the end. My son is always asked if he is doing ok and talk to him as he is the patient even though he is only 9 years old.

Fantastic experience: My daughter’s appointments went smoothly. We checked in, the person that checked us in was welcoming and friendly. We did not have to wait long. When we got called the person that did the cleaning was very friendly and patient with my daughter’s questions when she knew she had a cavity. Appointment went quick and my girls left happy with clean teeth, except my youngest left a little sad because she had to come back for a cavity filling, but over all the visit was great! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My daughter absolutely loves coming to the dentist and is always asking when her next dentist appointment is. The office is in pristine condition. The entertainment provided as soon as you walk in to keep the kiddos busy while we wait is amazing. She gets to choose between playing with the iPad, Xbox or watch TV. The administrative staff is always pleasant to interact with, very accommodating and knowledgeable. The Dental assistants always have a positive demeanor and make my daughter feel comfortable by always explaining what each tool is used for. Dr. Meyer is very compassionate and always answers any questions or concerns my daughter and I may have.

Positive experience: Super friendly staff! Very nice and helpful. Great coffee. However ...lol. giving kids ice cream and candy right after their teeth have been brushed is little confusing lol. Especially when you raise your kids healthy lol. I don't know what's worse a doctor prescribing medications or candy after dentist.

Negative experience: Terrible experience on several occasions with my 2 young children. After a dental emergency on a weekend (loose, bleeding front teeth after a fall) and not receiving a call back from the on-call doctor, the practice did apologize and seemed regretful. I gave them another chance and continued to be disappointed. I'm not even sure if Dr. LeBlanc saw all my daughter's teeth because he looked into her mouth for less than 1 second. The fluoride treatment was a joke - "painted" across her teeth by swiping across her mouth again in less than 1 second. This office is set up like a factory that values quantity over quality. I value the quality of my children's health and for that reason, have found another pediatric dental office.

The team goes above and beyond to explain everything in a way that makes both kids and parents feel confident. They treated Isaiah with so much patience and kindness, and I could tell they truly care about children, not just their teeth. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and incredibly reassuring—turning what could have been a stressful appointment into a positive and even fun experience. Isaiah left with a huge smile on his face (and a few goodies that made his day!), and I left feeling grateful that we found a practice that values compassion and professionalism in equal measure. It’s rare to find a place where kids feel this comfortable at the dentist, and I highly recommend LeBlanc Associates to any parent looking for top-notch dental care for their child. Fantastic experience: We have always had a great experience with Leblonc & Associates but especially here at the Overland Park location. From the second we walked in we were greeted promptly by the front desk. All of the nurses & anesthesia staff were very informative and eased my nerves about my kiddo getting put under. Overall a great experience and I will be taking my kiddos here for years to come!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wade and all of the assistants have truly been amazing with my daughter in helping her. She struggles with brushing her teeth and they took A LOT of extra time with her in explaining the importance of brushing and taking care of her teeth. Since her appointment this past week she has brushed EVERY DAY. We made goals that she gets a prize every time she comes to the dentist and now she looks forward to coming. Fantastic experience: Yesterday I took my 3 year old for a 6 month checkup. I really liked the atmosphere in there. They were very kind & even though my 16 month old wasn’t being seen, they gave him a balloon as well. My 3 year old has a speech delay, which I told the lady there (forgot her name ) and she signed “all done” for him when she finished brushing his teeth. Would highly recommend you taking your kiddos there!

They’re very comprehensive and took care of a bad tooth for my son and were very patient and gentle with him. Fantastic experience: We love Leblanc and Associates! We visited many offices in the Kansas City area, before finding a dentist we loved. The kids actually look forward to their check ups (the ice cream and balloons are a plus). Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Also, they always work with me to find appointment times that works with our schedules. We also needed some special work done and they referred us to a wonderful orthodontist, who was able to help us out as well.

Negative experience: It’s been more than 1 year since my son had his treatment here but every time he goes to the dentist my heart breaks because of the pain this dentist caused him. My son needed treatment for his teeth and we were told it needs to be done as soon as he turns 2 as he needs to be put to sleep under general anesthesia. As soon as he turned 2 I worked on arranging GA for him and unfortunately that I chose this doctor to trust with my precious son. I paid more than 2000$ for general anesthesia only for this doctor to come on morning of procedure unprepared because when I asked him what is he planning to do is he doing crowns or what? He didn’t have detailed plan and said he will see depending on what he finds. He goes in and out in 10-15 mins both my husband and I were shocked at how fast he finished. One day later my son complained of pain so I took him back to find that the work was actually not done and the doctor with his nurses put my son down on the chair and treated his teeth while he is awake!!! One day later my son continued to complain of pain and we had to put him down yet another time on chair and force him down with nurses. WHY DID WE PUT HiM to SLEEP If we were going to do the bulk of the work while he was awake?? He should have made sure everything was perfectly done while he was under General anesthesia. This was so traumatic for my son that he was not letting us brush his teeth after this incident. And till this date he doesn’t trust dentists and he requires lots of time to open his mouth and have exam done at the dentist we go to. Warning for mothers please let them give u a very detailed plan of what will happen to ur kids especially if they are going under general anesthesia. I feel so upset that I didn’t realize this red flag and that I trusted him with my son. Also my son has now discoloration at his front teeth he didn’t even take the time to clean the teeth well and he still has the cavity. I did write them my feedback privately and no one from their office even bothered to call or apologize for what happened to us. There is such a lack of professionalism and negligence.

Negative experience: My child had SDF performed on her two front teeth from her past dentist. We have then decided to get her two front teeth corrected to have a more natural look. The process as is was stressful having to hear that they’d have to put her under. When we first made the appointment, we were told she’d be getting zirconia because it looks most natural. I only remember the name because I was given the piece of paper to take home with this name and the quote. Our appointment rolls around, we get there early. The Anesthesia team was nice they speak to us about the process since this is surgery. We wait for Le blanc to come and talk to us before proceeding with surgery. He doesn’t come out until we keep asking front desk to please get him. When he comes out he tells us he changed his mind on Zirconia because he thinks it’ll look better, which it doesn’t. And also proceeds to say he’s already done. He gives her white faced crowns instead. I had no clue what they were while having to Google while in the waiting room. The Google photos did not look bad. But when I see what he’s done to my child’s mouth it looked lazy and rushed. He added a gap, made a tooth crooked, and left black at the top of her teeth, he also left them bulky. We wasted our money thinking we were fixing our child’s teeth, when really we payed someone to make things worse and do a sloppy job. Front desk and the rest of staff is pleasant. But not worth the Dentist playing in your child’s mouth. We mentioned the gap, black at the top, crooked tooth, and bulky teeth look. His response was they only had one size since it’s pre made. We came in with one problem and left with four more.
