My Dental Dentistry & Implants Mesa

Fantastic experience: I lost a filling unexpectedly, My Dental saw me quickly to see if I was in pain(which thankfully) I wasn't. They scheduled me for an assessment and said I needed a crown, after viewing their pictures I could very well see that I needed one. They then contacted my insurance, and came up with a plan to treat me. All went well, virtually painless,they constructed the crown same day,glued it in and all is well. Fantastic experience: Everyone was beyond amazing! So my mother was visiting from out of town and started having tooth pain. I called the My Dental office and they were able to squeeze her in. They were able to locate my mother's tooth issue but said that it was the day before the holiday and decided against doing anything so she could enjoy the holiday with family. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation charged a bunch of money and left my mother in pain during the holiday. Instead they prescribed her a medication and told her to take over the counter pain meds and to make an appointment with her dentist as soon as possible. They did not take my mother's insurance and gave us a huge discount. Within a few hours, my mother was feeling so much better and was able to enjoy the holiday and the rest of her visit. I cannot rave enough on how we were treated and the office is so nice. Thank you for being honest, caring, and friendly!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time in. Came to get a cracked tooth checked out. From the start it's a really homie feel, Miranda at the front was very sweet. Cali and Dr George were who I saw. They both made me feel extremely comfortable, safe and in good hands. I personally hate the dentist, it always has freaked me out since a kid for some reason. But I definitely felt comfort here and can't wait to go back and start my dental routine with the team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist with a great welcoming environment.

Negative experience: Dr. Young is a fine dentist as well as her staff. However their treatment policies are not. As far as the denture lab they use is far below average. I would rate the lab a 1 * star.

Fantastic experience: Alissa Burt is an excellent Hygienest. She is very thorough. It is a pleasure to have Dr. Young in your staff. My wife, Betty, had Alissa Burt provide the same excellent cleaning. Her procedure included X-rays and identifying a cavity. That problem will be covered in her next appointment. We both are pleased with MyDental's staff at this location. 02/10/2025 Dr. Rachel Young and staff repaired a very deep cavity after removing an existing crown. It was a very difficult procedure and the took steps to explain and take care of me. Highly recommend this office! 09/10/25 Received my permanent crown today. About two weeks ago Dr. Rachel Young removed and old crown and fixed a deep cavity. Good dental work at this location! Highly recommend them! 09/23/25 The wife was here for here cleaning. Allison was great! Xrays showed a new cavity. It was repaired. Good visit.

I have kept going back and have maintained my teeth with them. The office is clean, and they always go over the procedures, cost and make time for any questions. They take care of everything with the insurance and have the most modern tools I have ever seen. I highly recommend them.

Positive experience: I have a positive and negative opinion. I was not a patient of this clinic, but broke a crown and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The office was quick to accommodate me and did a good job installing a new crown. At my appointment the office offered a “My Dental Benefits” (MDB) program. It offered a 30% discount on dental work and two free cleanings per year. It seemed to be a good program so I purchased it for $297. I received the discount for the crown replacement and scheduled a cleaning for a couple months later. When I came in for the cleaning, I was told I had periodontal disease and would need a “deep” cleaning prior to the cleaning included in the MDB. The cost would be $1,488!!!! I was stunned. I said I didn’t want the deep cleaning, I just wanted the regular cleaning. They told me I had to get the deep cleaning first. I decided not to do this and left without getting any cleaning. Again, the dental work was good, the staff was good, but the cleaning benefits that I purchased were deceiving. It was unfortunate.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and do not have a dentist here as we are snowbirds. They got me an appt for the next day. The dentist and staff very kind, professional and I was very comfortable there. They even offered me to start the treatment same day as exam. I told them I was leaving in 2 weeks and they said no problem. Great service, great people. I highly recommend.
