Fantastic experience: They are always on time. Super good with kids. Lisa was wonderful with my youngest.

Fantastic experience: It was a very pleasant environment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor thoroughly explained what was happening with my teeth. I was very happy with the experience and will return for other dental work.

Negative experience: Been going here for a year now and I haven't had 1 good experience. Dentist is always late and inconsiderate and not helpful at all so my wife and I started looking into finding another family dentist so we found one and they requested dental records so we requested our dental records from St Joseph Dentistry and not only did they send them the records but they canceled my whole families cleaning appointments without letting us know. I called and receptionist and she was very rude and said she was contacted awhile back and was told to cancel the appointments which did not happen. Not surprised tho. When I came here to get my partial they charged me an arm and a leg compared to my previous dentist, they sent it to Miami to be made and was supposed to take 3 office visits turned into 6 visits and 6 months later I got it and it didn’t fit so they recommended me to go to a specialist. The business is a money hungry with little to no customer appreciation and as the customer I've always felt like an inconvenience. 0 stars. By the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one that has had issues here.

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would. This facility is awful and money hungry. We’ve been going here for a couple years and the service has declined at each visit. My husband went in to get his partial fixed and the Dr was late and always in a rush. When I called To talk with a manager to complain the dr came into the next scheduled visit and spent an extra 5 minutes with my husband. My husband had additional concerns about the new partial and the Dr took it back handed it to the medical assistant and stated it’ll get better over time. I needed To gather some information regarding a dental implant and had several questions. Out of all the phone calls I made weeks at a time I talked To one good medical assistant but then never heard back from her. When someone finally called back and stated their Dr was on leave, I understood, I asked for a referral and they told me they’d get back to me..never did. But that’s not before they called me in December asking to schedule this appointment before the year ended..seriously?! I couldn’t Even get my questions answered and you want me to schedule a very expensive procedure with a doctor who isn’t available? Lastly, I called today to confirm my cleaning this week. The front desk woman, stated I requested records and they deleted my account and cancelled my appointments. She then transferred me without a word. She was rude and dismissive and when I called back to explain I never Cancelled those appointments I requested my family Records because that is my right and I was Unhappy with not getting information for the dental implant. She just said sure sure and transferred me again. Terrible customer service, very rude and a money hungry facility. I would Advise you not to go. We will not be returning.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist office after being referred by a friend to replace a veneer on my front tooth that I’ve had since I was young. During the process, they shaved more of my natural tooth than ever had been done before. At the time, I trusted the process, but with each appointment before the final veneer was placed, more of my tooth was shaved down, and I began experiencing significant sensitivity. I was told this was normal and that once the new veneer was placed, the sensitivity would improve. After the final placement, I was told it could take a few weeks to a couple of months for my tooth to adjust. I waited, but the pain and sensitivity continued. When I returned for a follow-up because of the pain, I was told I might need a night guard (which I had never needed before), special toothpaste, or possibly even a root canal. I was frustrated because I had never had these issues prior to this procedure. After the appointment, I was also told I would be charged a few hundred dollars, even though this was a follow-up for ongoing pain caused by the original work. When I questioned the charge, the billing staff was dismissive and not very understanding and told me I just needed a night guard and I should be good. It has now been over a year, and I still cannot eat or drink anything very hot or cold without discomfort. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated, especially given that I went in simply to replace an existing veneer and left with ongoing pain.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly caring with their craft! From reception to DDS, you feel welcomed, understood and accepted. Zero regrets choosing St. Joseph Dentistry to get me comfortable with regular oral care.

Positive experience: The smell in the facility is extremely overwhelming. Too many air fresheners, it left me with a headache. My hygienist was nice and friendly. The dentist, not so much. It was my first time there and I had an 830 appointment. He seemed over the day already and was not welcoming. I'll try again, but was not impressed. The front desk staff was kind.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very professional, helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome! We were quite impressed with the modern equipment and the knowledge of our dentist and dental hygienists, and the staff was so accommodating!

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience here for MANY reasons. Will never go back.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Advertise themselves as an emergency services dentistry. Call the office explained the issue told them about the extreme pain i was in. Let them know I wanted the tooth either refilled or pulled. Was given an appointment for that afternoon. Got in and was assessed and told I needed to see a root canal dentist. Told them I didn't want a root canal, that it was to be pulled or refilled and was advised they didn't have time to do it. WHAT? That is what I made the appointment for! So $190 later I left with no relief "emergency" care to find another dentist to get it done. Only gave 1 star because I couldn't leave 0.

Negative experience: I’ve always had nothing but good things to say about this place, but now I’m starting to rethink things. My husband has had to reschedule a few times, primarily being sick. He called to reschedule his dentist appointment because he tested positive for Covid, which I gave to him, and they said that they would have to charge him $100 because he keeps canceling. So I guess what I want to know, does St. Joseph dentistry care at all if a person is sick going to the dentist office? He is doing his best by not trying to get others sick, but because you all are going to charge him $100, he is going to go in and be seen by the dentist and infect other people. On top of that, he also has a severe sinus infection with yellow mucus coming out. Very disappointed by this place.

I was very happy with my first visit. Very professional. Done a great job. Talked to me about what was going on and why. They were honest with what was needed, caring and came up with a plan to get us through to our next appointment. Only 1 visit but would recommend again!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office I've ever been to in my life. I've been to about 6 different ones in different states and St Joseph has the most beautiful, spacious, and clean office. All the staff and doctors are friendly, respectful, and helpful and they're always on time! I've dealt with rude front staff, long waits, cluttered offices but not here. I also bring my kids (aged 6 to 1). They get prizes and the kid's waiting area is so fun and well maintained! The dental care here is top notch. I recommend this office to all my family and friends!

Fantastic experience: St Joseph Dentistry is by far the best dental experience I have had. It starts when you walk in the door to the bright, friendly reception area where you are welcomed. The hygienist calls you rather quickly (usually within 5 minutes) Beth my hygienist is kind and efficient, she makes the entire experience like visiting a spa, sometimes I wish I had a little longer to hang out with her. She is complimentary, patient and shares some amazing travel stories. Dr. G is an amazing dentist thorough and professional. I am told she is an amazing Mom to twins, pregnant, a dentist with her husband and yet she treats each patient like they are her priority. I really enjoy the culture St. Joseph Dentistry has created. I have referred several people and all report similar experiences.

Fantastic experience: I'm really pleased to be a patient at St.Joseph Dentistry! Everyone who works there is very kind. I feel well taken care of by everyone. My mom passed away last October...she was a patient there too. My hygienist mentioned her passing when I was there today. So thoughtful! On another note, I don't have dental insurance and they offer the Gold Plan which helps to make my dental care more affordable. Thank you St Joseph Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Always a good trip to the dentist. Dental assistant explained that “my dentist” had a family emergency and they had to leave. But another dentist in the office was ready to do my check after cleaning. He was thorough, explained each step of the oral cancer exam, and was pleasant.

Fantastic experience: The most thoughtful Dentistry I have ever experienced. They really listen....and there are televisions in ceilings and massage chairs. Did I go to the dentist or to the spa? I want to move my cleaning up a little sooner because who couldn't do with more pampering!? I didn't have an ounce of discomfort either. If more stars were possible, I would give them all.

I walked in and it smelled amazing, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. the front desk staff were so nice and helpful and very professional. It’s a woman with blonde short hair and glasses! She smiled the entire time and a man with an accent, he was very helpful. My hygienist Elizabeth is an amazing, she very funny and very nice and everything we talked about we were right on the same page. She didn’t sugar coat anything and was very knowledgeable with my options, and getting me back on the right path to having healthy dental hygiene. My doctor Dr. Dunn was the same exact way. He made me feel so confident with the care plan he put together for me. And everything he told me, Elizabeth had already said so it’s nice to know everyone is on one accord and very organized and communicated well with each other. Tara you were great as well explaining to me my billing and insurance information and scheduling my appointments. Thanks Guys, I finally found a place to call home for my dental needs. I’ll be making my daughter an appointment soon as well!!!!!! I loved my experience that much and I’ll be sure to refer and recommend others. Keep up the great work!!!!

If you’re nervous about going to the dentist this is the place for you. The entire staff is very kind and caring! They also have reasonable packages for people who don’t have insurance. Fantastic experience: I’ve had two appointments her so far, and I have to say they are incredible. I’m usually nervous when I go to a dentist. But everyone here puts my mind at ease. I highly recommend them! Ali is probably the best dentist that I have had. She makes fillings seem not terrifying. They tell you everything that will happen and what to expect. Negative experience: Horrible customer service from receptionist and office manager, didn’t try to rectify the problem and instead tried to gaslight me and wouldn’t take responsibility of their lack of communication on policy. Office manager did not even say bye just hung up the phone on me. Would not recommend them to anyone else and I will be transferring my family to someone else.

Positive experience: Excellent service, however canceling my 17 yr old son whom has bracrs appts over ten dollars doesn't sit well with me. If it was one hundred or more I could understand canceling the appt. Customer service representative was very nasty as if we owed one thousand dollars. Overall nice & clean, fast and good quality service. Most of the staff is very friendly and communicate well.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Kimmy at my recent dental appointment. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to all of my concerns. Kimmy's professionalism and warm demeanor made the entire visit pleasant, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she provided.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for a few years since my previous dentist retired. I don’t love this place. They’ve put a lot of money into the structure (massage chairs, immediate x-Ray machines, tv’s, etc.) but it hasn’t carried over to the service. Everyone’s been nice but you never have the same hygienist and the doctor has no idea who you are. They also raised their prices (someone’s gotta pay for the new stuff). My husband went in May and my daughter in June for routine cleaning (both are covered by insurance). My husband paid for the fluoride treatment (which insurance doesn’t cover but my old dentist used to pay for) and my daughter got the treatment as well (without paying immediately). I got a bill in August saying we owe $300+. When I called to ask about it, they said it was an outstanding bill from my husband and daughter. So I asked what we were being charged for. The lady couldn’t tell me. She only said they raised their prices and my insurance must not have paid for all of the services. What services??? The only thing we should’ve been charged for was the fluoride treatments and my husband paid for his! After debating with the lady and not getting anywhere, I paid the bill. Like I said, I never loved this place before but now that I feel ripped off, my family of 5 will be going elsewhere from now on.

Fantastic experience: Last year I switched to this dentistry office when my longtime dentist dropped Delta insurance. The transition has been smooth, thanks to the very kind and helpful front office staff. I've had 3 different hygienists and all of them were very professional and friendly. Dr. Chase Dunn has given me great care and helpful advice. The experience of "going to the dentist" has been nothing but pleasant each time! This must be a great place to work.

Fantastic experience: Fairly new to the area and needed a dentist. St. Joseph Dentistry made a great first impression. The staff are very helpful. The facilities are immaculately clean and inviting (as much as a dentist’s office can be ). The new patient form can be filled out online beforehand to shorten the processing time when you show up. We were about 10 minutes early and they got us in right on time. The dental hygienist who helped me, Allison, was very friendly, communicated clearly and was very gentle in cleaning my teeth. Dr. Howenstine was quick and explained everything thoroughly. I wasn’t looking forward to going to the dentist but they made it a pleasant experience. *Follow Up* Been in the area 6 years now and still going to St. Joseph Dentistry. They’ve expanded their facility and it’s very nice. All the staff are great also. Will keep going here for as long as I have teeth.
