Dr Bandi has personally taken care of all my dental concerns over the years and has done a fantastic job, along with her hygienist staff members whom I speak with such as Karen and Rosa have always treated me well. Not only the hygienist but the admins as well such as Sofia and Stephanie have answered all my questions and concerns professionally with a great smile every time.

I’ve seen Dr Bandi for impecable root canals with zero pain. Her technique is unparalleled. Whatever my concern she makes sure to check it out and resolve. I also have to give praise to Karen the assistant she makes sure that all my ex rays are on point. Like I said I’ve had a lot of dental work and I can’t stress enough what proper hygiene is and to have quality profesionals help with maintenance or pain has no value. The staff is always so friendly I will wait only for dr Brandi’s availability because I trust in her work and the results she’s given the health of my teeth.

Negative experience: My former dentist passed away, so I had to find someone else. So I made an appointment here because, every four years or so, my front tooth's filling falls off because of a car accident I had over two decades ago. First, I came here to check prices, and the front desk woman told me that the filling would cost me between $200 and $300 plus $75 for the x-ray. I got there on the day of my appointment, and they gave me a bill for $425. So I politely said I'd been told it wouldn’t go past $375, so the doctor decided to do it for this price "this time." I thought this time? So you’re giving me a discount? What kind of communication is there between the front desk and the doctor herself? The doctor then goes and fills only part of my chipped tooth and leaves this weird-looking gap in my mouth. Then she said that the other part was so tiny that it wasn’t going to bond to the rest of my tooth. I know that’s so not the case because I’ve had this done by other dentists for decades (and nobody has ever refused to do it, for whatever reason). I went back there and asked to please fix it, saying that I would pay her extra, but she refused it anyway with a smirk on her face. Bad vibes. So I went to another doctor, had to pay for the x-ray again, and then he fixed it (much better prices and premises, and a NYU graduate). I didn't tell him I had done that front filling a week before, but the first thing he said was, "Oh, this part is worn out, but let's see how it goes." Again, he didn't know anything about my previous adventure, so I was floored. I must say the receptionists were all nice and professional here, but that's not enough to keep me as a client. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Negative experience: I chose this place because of the reviews and location convince, and I have been longin to get a new dentist. This place is ok for cleaning, it's decent. It might be a good place for kids, maybe because most dentist give small gifts bags after the visits, so kids are happy and so are the parents... As of any SERIOUS dentistry work, STAY AWAY. 1 - I had a crown put in, she then sent me to see a specialist for something else. When the assistant saw the way the crown was put in she was taken a back and was like "wow that how they put your crown in?!"..... NOT too long after.....The crown fell off while brushing my teeth and went straight down the drain, and guess what... insurance won't cover a new one till 7 years after.... what a waste. 2- I had what was supposed to be a root canal or filling done there. My tooth HAS been sensitive to cold & hot ever since . She said it will go away, it's just close to the nerve... so I guess it wasn't a Root Canal as we had initially discussed... probably because she can't do one... 3. I had some swollen gum issues near a wisdom tooth after brushing too hard, I went to her in pain. She roughly pushed up on the gum TWICE and said it's ur wisdom tooth u need to get it removed , here is a referral go see an oral surgeon. She disregarded the fact that I said THE ENTIRE SIDE WAS HURTING AND not just the gum ,she was so aggressive and hurt my gum EVEN MORE, WITHOUT, AN OUNCE OF EMPATHY. Once I get to the oral surgeon, he concludes that my toothache was coming from THAT same tooth that SHE MESSED UP ( sure it started with the swollen gum that then Went down) but the same tooth she messed up is the origin of all the pain. I did not have to remove my wisdom tooth. The oral surgeon said it's a healthy tooth. But get a real root canal done on the one she messed up. If u love yourself, STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. SHE is not very empathetic person and as for her work... well I am never going back there

Negative experience: My appointment was at 12pm on 06/09/24 I was on time for my appointment. However they took a Spanish lady 1st and had me waiting 20mins. I left out and will find somewhere else who isn’t racist ! They do alot of slick stuff like that and I don’t have time !

Fantastic experience: I am updating my previous review I did not see Dr. Rana and I would like to apologize for stating her name and describing an experience I had with a different dentist there. The pediatric dentist I saw on this day I would highly recommend. She would let me know before hand what she was going to do to my daughter. My daughter is almost 18months and she gave me a helpful tips on brushing her teeth. There is a short wait time and the front desk associates are really nice and welcoming. I look forward to returning to this for both myself and my child.

Fantastic experience: They are courteous and kind. They listen to any dental concerns I have, and thoroughly explain things. They're also good at not overbooking. I don't ever wait more than 20 or 30 for my turn even on a busy day. Usually I wait about 10 or 15 minutes to be seen. I drive 35 minutes from my home just to come to the dentist office because the ones nearer to me are awful. I'm glad I found them.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Harrison Family Dentist for a year. Other dentists I've gone to in Harrison have been pushy about procedures that don't seem necessary. I have not felt that here. Dr. Rana is really good with my daughter, who was 2 when we went for her first appointment. She was scared of going to the dentist, but Dr. Rana made her feel safe and secure and afterwards my daughter felt very proud of herself and always wants to go to her appointments. The office staff are always polite and professional and I never feel uncomfortable when I need to call and change an appointment. I recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rana did an incredible job cleaning my teeth and restoring my smile. I literally had terrible brownish coffee stains which I was told by I different dentist it was the color of my teeth changing. In less than 10 minutes Dr Rana and her staff removed the brownish coffee stains. The entire staff is extremely friendly at family Harrison Dentistry. Also the place is super clean.

Negative experience: Where can I start, I had an 11 and 11:30 am appointment for my kids in which I arrived 10 minutes earlier and I ended up waiting 2 hours but that was not the problem. They call my son to numb him wait another 30 minutes and I notice 3 people went in front of me 1 new patient and 2 people for cleanings of course i complain and I was told by the mananger that I had to wait because it was a saturday and they needed to see those people first. Why ? They triple book the doctor if we will be waiting for hours. I ended up with a notice I was no longer going to be seen By this office because i complained about waiting for so long... Of course I won't be returning to this office the manager is very rude Dr. Rana is very professional and a gentle doctor, the assistants they are kind but the front desk needs to learn how to fix the schedule...
