Fantastic experience: My Wisdom tooth surgery was one of the smoothest experiences I ever had at the dentist. Shana was my assistant and I just loved her calmness and gentleness. She took great care of me. Dr.Gonzalez was also phenomenal. I was asleep but I can tell how my extractions site are healing and had 0 pain and no swelling after. He did a wonderful job removing my impacted teeth. The front office was welcoming and informative. Thank you Lakeisha at the front desk for calming my nerves.

Fantastic experience: I had my first office visit with Dr. Yi in November 2025, and I cannot say enough about his bedside manner. He listened to my concerns and took time to explain in detail what my surgery would consist of. He never rushed me and he made sure that I understood everything. I could tell that he really cared about my well-being. On January 5, 2026, he performed oral surgery in the Newnan office. Everyone on the surgical team were very kind to me. Dr. Yi made sure I understood what he would be doing and again his bedside manner made me feel comfortable. I would also like to say the Anesthesiologist who I believe his name was Steve was very assuring, calm and kind to me as well, making me feel at ease. After the surgery Dr. Yi explained aftercare to my husband in detail making sure, he understood what needed to be done to help me recover. He also called me later that day to make sure I was ok and not in pain. If you are afraid like I was of seeing an Oral Surgeon, I would highly recommend Dr. Yi because he truly cares about his patients.

Fantastic experience: Very professional staff everyone is really good at their job . Staff is so welcoming , Lakeisha is very understanding and friendly .. Jasmine is an amazing person she makes sure you are doing well . Ashley is such a fun person to be around everyone in this clinic is hands down the best person to be around . I can’t thank enough for helping me you all are doing a wonderful job during my sessions i was treated so well and everyone made sure that i was able to get treatment these people are angels i recommend this place if you want best treatment ever doctor Yi is such a great doctor he is extremely knowledgeable in what he does also a great person . He instantly made me feel that he was concerned about my anxiety about what lay ahead and replied with facts and, again, confidence. Fantastic experience: Dr. Yi is incredible. I have an incredible Amount of dental anxiety and was So nervous going into surgery today. Living with dental pain is no joke and Dr. Yi not only put me at his but he and his team were a class act. I felt no pain and the surgery went perfect. Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough good things about this practice! Dr Yi was professional, yet compassionate. He removed 2 cracked molars with such precision, and was so kind and empathetic to my obvious dental anxiety. Robin, his assistant, was so kind and compassionate as well…almost made me feel like my mom was by my side. Having teeth removed is not an enjoyable experience, but their compassion and professionalism made it much easier to bear. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience here. I had a cracked tooth that was causing me absolutely miserable pain. Another office referred me here within an hour. The staff was so friendly and Dr. Yi was amazing. He was very thorough with his explanations and made sure I wasn't in any pain at any time. I'm so relieved to be out of pain! I would definitely recommend this office and this doctor, especially if you're nervous about dentists.

Negative experience: Dr Gonzales Never go to this place the staff is instructed fully interrogate patient for their social security and driver license , and simply reject the patient if you don’t go along with their interrogation for financial proof . I am disabled with pain ,71 years old social security recipient under my wife s delta plan covered , When I called this Fayetteville facility for making appointment with wisdom tooth extraction referral because they are in my plan network . They asked and I provided all my insurance card information which sound ended wetting procedure to give me the appointment , it was all fine until I went to my appointment Again a few more financial paper to fill out Along with drivers license copied to keep in their office all provided by me after thirty minutes and waiting of another thirty minuets calls me to front counter I am next to be see but you have to pay your share right now if you want to be seen I responded first I haven’t received service yet and you already secured your fee with my Maurice delta plan why don’t you send me the bill which my share is $72.00 and my plan is paying $72.00 which they secured it.

Fantastic experience: Wow, talk about being THANKFUL!! At the end of Thanksgiving weekend my rear molar broke and I knew I had to see AOFS. Dr Yi and his team were so amazing and helped me decide on a treatment plan. They provided the very best care with my extraction, and I’m on my way to healing and an eventual implant. Fantastic experience: I have had a bad experience and trauma related to dental treatment. Just hearing the word “dentist” makes my heart beat fast and fills me with tension and anxiety. But I learned about Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery to remove my impacted wisdom teeth and went for a consultation. When I met Dr. Yi for the first time, both Dr. Yi and the staff were very kind and caring. Because of them, I felt comfortable instead of anxious during the surgery. I had my surgery on October 20, 2025, and now, on day 7, I have no pain or discomfort and am living my normal daily life!

Fantastic experience: I have never had such a good experience. I had to have a tooth pulled. I am 70 years old and on blood thinners. Dr yi personally called my doctor to make sure that I could come off for a couple of days. He was also prepared if for some reason the bleeding did not stop. He took the precaution of keeping me there and extra 15 minutes to make sure everything was okay and he went out afterwards to speak with my husband. Later that day he called me himself to check on me. He and the whole staff made me feel special.

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited the Fayetteville office a few times everyone from the time you enter the office greeted by Amanda (receptionist) She is very kind and professional. Dr Gonzalez has been kind, professional and have done my implants and referred me to Dr Mitchell a dentist in fayetteville both working with each other to help me.(Dr Mitchell is also kind and professional) I was very depressed before I saw them both but now I feel very hopeful and thankful with them working together to assist me with my dental care. I’ve tried other Doctors however none of them has given me the hope that Dr Gonzalez and Dr Mitchell has given me. I truly believe they are God Sent and I thank God for them both and that he will continue to bless them. I also want to give thanks to Valeria who checked my implants today she was very kind professional she answered question regarding the procedure of my implants. Negative experience: They won't answer the phone or call back, and the billing does not make sense. They won't send a paper bill, just text. They did not credit a check I wrote for $1408. The numbers on text statements don't add up.

Negative experience: 1st time here, I was referred by VA. I am sitting here in the lobby and at the present minute they are 30 minutes late. I had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. 34 minutes late, She ask are you ok, I responded, "are you all always this late", Her response and I quote "VA would see you later thats why your here" Smh

Fantastic experience: We had the most pleasant experience coming to the Fayetteville location for my son’s surgery. The front office staff was superior as compared to the front office staff at the Stockbridge location. (See my review of the horrible experience we had with them a few weeks ago.) The staff that gave the post surgery instructions showed compassion and care for son which made it an overall great experience. It was a 40 minute drive compared to a 3 min drive for Stockbridge office, but it was well worth it for the level of professionalism.

Positive experience: Had a consultation here and never went back. XRay process and Dental Assistant were great, but the atmosphere changed when Dr Lee came in. I had a lot of questions due to my health issues but he seemed disinterested, rushed, and sightly annoyed. It made me so uncomfortable that I ended up going to another provider who happily took the time to answer all my questions. Perhaps Dr Lee had a bad day, but it was the wrong day to a person who had spent months saving up for that appt.

Positive experience: The staff and the Doctor were excellent and fast getting my infected wisdom tooth out. My disappointment , I was told I needed , charged out of pocket ,sedation medication that did nothing to stop the pain from the two shots and the extraction hurt. I asked the assistant if my tooth broke up and she said no it’s extracted. They could have told me I wasn’t going to be at least partially knocked out or I wouldn’t have paid over $400 for a med I didn’t need. After the horrible pain I went through for the last two weeks the two gum shots and extraction was all I needed. The gas in a dentist office works better and it’s only $80.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away by the level of care I received. From the front desk, to the very back, these individuals are extremely professional. I was terrified to have my wisdom teeth removed. 72 hours later and I still haven’t even needed one Ibuprofen or pain pill. My insurance covered half the cost so it was extremely affordable and necessary. But the tension relieved off the back of my head and better jaw posture is priceless. Fantastic experience: I had 3 extractions and two bone grafts done today. When I say it was the best experience its an understatement. The nurse was hooking me to all the machines and we were just crewing the fat. She attached the IV and told me it was saline solution. She leaves. Im sitting there chillin. She comes back with Dr Gonzales and they put a rubber thing in my mouth. Next thing I know they are leaving the room. The nurse comes back in very shortly. Im like “we ready?”. The nurse says honey you are done! What?! No pain at all. My appointment was 10:30am we were outta there 45 mins later. and as of 8:46 pm zero pain. Outstanding!

They provided great care and provided me several options to complete my procedure in the most comfortable way possible. Fantastic experience: I've had teeth taken out in the past(Two rows of molars worth.) This is the cleanest extraction I ever had. Past doctors would remove a little bit of a sidewall with the gum. This looks to be a straight pop out with very little residual pain in the first 24 hours. Best of all: me being 400 pounds and they still were able to put me to sleep. Most doctors were shy away from that. Kudos to Dr Gonzalez and his crew.

Fantastic experience: My wife had to have a tooth extracted and was dreading the whole experience and from the moment I took her to the office, she said that everyone she interacted with was so kind, and understanding, and patient. Dr Lee was her dentist and he was very professional and thoughtful and was able to pull the tooth with practically no pain. Fantastic experience: I had excruciating dental pain and was referred to this clinic by a trusted doctor. Not only were they able to correctly locate the source of the issue(back left wisdom teeth, a joy), but they scheduled me in for the surgery the very next day!!Not only that, but the entire procedure was quick!!I had local anesthesia, and the entire procedure took all of 15 minutes. I am forever impressed and grateful for the kindness and efficiency of the Doctor and his staff!!
