Fantastic experience: They were very nice all the way. They explained what was going on and made me feel very comfortable. Very professional after my last dentist office didn't do a good job or half job on my deep cleaning I'm stuck with having to pay out v of pocket. Which is no fault of Dean Dental Solutions . And my insurance company won't pay the claim. So they said it was not time I have to pay for it. I will be going back to Dean Dental Solutions as soon b as I can get this taking care of. They are a wonderful staff

My Mother has been going to Dean Dental Solutions before Dr. John Dean was born. With his dad. This Dean here use to sat on my mother's lap when he was two yrs old. Then he also did her mouth until her passing. And he's still doing mine. Even today I went to him for cleaning. And at 60 years old I still have all of my teeths. Fantastic experience: Hygienist Tanya is the best! I felt pretty lucky when I moved to Lakewood four years ago and found such great dental care within blocks from my home. Dr. Dean runs a tight ship, the place is efficient, clean, professional, technologically up-to-speed. Some admin. staff friendlier and more helpful than others, but maybe that is a personality issue more than training? (I am not one to complain, even if I AM A “KAREN.” ) So, yeah: 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Dean Dental and it was for a tooth extraction. Going to the dentist usually gives me quite a bit of anxiety, but this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental visit. I won’t ever go anywhere else now!!

From the front desk, to the financial planning, the dentist and the technician that did a full scan of my mouth, all very professional and kind. I was able to schedule another appointment before the end of the month. I appreciate all they did for me today.

Fantastic experience: My dentist retired and a colleague recommended Dean Dental solutions. I scheduled my visit for a cleaning and a sensitive tooth. I was scheduled for a week out. I received a call from them stating a sooner appointment had come available. I arrived 30 min early (all forms pre filled on the app) They got me in early, were very pleasant to talk to, clearly explained all the processes and during the check/up cleaning discovered a cracked tooth (the sensitive area) We decided on a crown and they were able to fit me in right after my cleaning to prepare the tooth and install a temporary crown with the permanent to be ready in a week. The first visit in total was 1.5 hours fast and easy. the follow up visit to install the crown was short and sweet. These people care about their patients and provide an excellent service - they are my new go to dentist. Note I have very few dental issues and at 55 my first crown was intimidating, they made it easy and comfortable. Thanks Dean Dental

Negative experience: Troublesome visit. My wife had a charge from her Jan appt that came out of the blue. It could not be explained. I was told last year I was done on crowns, not even a hint of an issue, then after a cursory look today two more are necessary. And I’m paying extra for periodontal cleaning but not really sure it’s anything more than normal cleaning. We are on hold at this time for any mire treatments.

Fantastic experience: The folks here are so kind and try their very best to help you with the most affordable plan but give you quality care as if you are their father, mother, sibling, or a cousin. You really should go see them & see for yourself. I have known doctor Dean for almost 25 years and still strives for perfection. Even back in the day his wife on her own researched the meds I was taking to see if 1 of them was killing my teeth and sure enough it was 1 I took. Shortly after the company stopped TV commercials. I'd been on that med to long to help but I sure told anyone I possibly could. Dr Dean started his practice with integrity and to this day I've seen no changes in the way he operates.
