Fantastic experience: Tina always provides a fantastic experience. She's knowledgeable and gives me tips I've never heard of to help with my specific target areas. She's friendly and lovely to talk to. When I made my first appointment, I mentioned my anxiety around coming in since I hadn't had a cleaning in a very long time. There was no judgement from the receptionist or from Tina. After only a few cleanings from Tina and after following her advice, my bleeding has gone WAY down. This girlie somehow has me looking forward to my cleanings, because all appointment anxiety is gone. Thank you, Tina. :)

Fantastic experience: As someone (typical male activity) who did not want to go to the dentist, I must say that my visits to Fielder Park Dental has completely changed my view! I'm always greetedd with a smile from the front desk, Julie! My cleanings with my hygienist, Dee has always been informative and helpful on preventing issues with my teeth! I had to go in for a root canal, in which I was not excited about. The professionalism of Angela, the dental assistant, was top notch, I was nervous and she made sure I felt comfortable and helped me get through it. Between her and Dr. Mercer, if anyone asks me, a root canal is a piece of cake! I always finish up my visits meeting with Sonyia who makes sure that i'm on top of my future visits. She's an absolute pleasure to speak with and knowledgeable when speaking about your best options for treatment! A long review but I will say deserved! Men, get your teeth checked up! They are so professional and caring, from Dr Mercer, to the front office, to Dee, my hygienist. They explain and include you in everything they are doing. Fantastic experience: 10/10 Amazing staff Great care

Negative experience: Poor. I've always had excellent work at Fielder Park dental, but Dr. Anuj Patel wasn't able to align my bite. He seems not to know what he is doing. He couldn't fix my bite, which was never correct, never aligned, from the start with my new crown (which cost thousands of dollars), and he made excuses for his inability, at one point saying, "Well, if you're not happy..." He confuses emotions with function. Of course I am not happy if my bite isn't aligned and square. It's like getting a car alignment and one wheel doesn't touch the ground, and he says if you're not happy... He seems lazy; he rushes in his work and had no medical curiosity to take the time and figure out why my bite doesn't sit correctly. I left the office with the bite still wrong, still hitting one tooth primarily.

Fantastic experience: Continue to be REALLY grateful to have my teeth cared for by the Fielder dental team! My hygienist is great! She’s engaging and she and my dentist provide honest answers to questions!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Saunders and Fielder Park Dental are the best! I have been a patient of Dr. Saunders for many, many years and he is an exceptional dentist. He has seen me through a root canal and helped "save" my two (yes, 2) baby teeth!!! His dental assistant, Dee, is wonderful and does a great job with my teeth cleaning and dental care. The office assistants are kind and patient. I highly recommend Fielder Park Dental.

You feel confident in their technology because of the thoroughness of the staff. Starting from the friendliness in the front office, to the hygienist who goes through absolutely everything and cleans, treatment (if needed) and lastly the financial plan. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about this place. I enjoy going to the dentist every 6 months for my cleanings. The office staff is amazing. Honestly they might have the best off staff that I have ever experience. From the front desk, to the assistants, dental hygienist and Doctors everyone is amazing. This office has it together. They take pride in getting to know their patients from their dental needs to just getting to know them as people. The two in-house dental assistant (or hygienist) I’m not sure go above and beyond. Dr. Patel is amazing too. If you’re looking for a dentist and you’re picking between multiple let this review be your deciding factor because I promise you, you will not regret it.

This office has a staff that is very courteous, and the hygienist and doctors are all very kind and willing to take time to go over every detail of your visit with them. As someone who has had several dental procedures and tends to have anxiety at appointments, my time here was significantly different and MUCH better. Negative experience: The dental assistant was very good and knowledgeable! But as a new patient I understand they need to take new xrays but I have a full upper implant and was told they needed multiple xrays of that, rather than just contact my implant specialist for the xrays! Also, I went in because I wanted a deep cleaning in order to save my lower teeth! When the dentist came in he tells me that I have too much bone loss to save my teeth and I should just get implants! Then they schedule me for an appointment to deep clean my teeth!! It seems they are only in business to get the most money out of you!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent team and care from the second I walked in the door. They were able to move my appointment up when they had an opening and called first thing in the morning. Angela was such a wonderful lady that took incredible care of me and was a complete professional with the utmost compassion the whole way through the procedure. Dr. Patel was personable, great to speak with and expalined every minute of the procedure and what I could expect. He did a fantastic job and both he and Angela explained all after care and ensured I fully understood everything. If they can be this amazing for a TOOTH EXTRACTION then imagine how great of care you will receive for whatever your dental needs are. This was my first visit and will now be my dentist going forward.

Fantastic experience: Chandra is a great hygienist & made my son feel comfortable while he tagged along. Dr. Mercer is excellent, pulled 2 teeth.. got me in & out within an hour. Front desk personnel came and explained all treatment options & prices before starting, which I loved. Nothing more frustrating than being blindsided by prices. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My permanent crown came off over the holidays and I was needing to get it recemented asap while my regular dentist was closed until after New Years. I was impressed Fielder Park Dental was able to get an appointment in for me within an hours time, and got the work done very efficiently within an hour of my arrival at their office!

Negative experience: I want to start off by saying that I love the staff. I’ve always felt welcomed here and my hygienist always did a great job at cleaning my teeth. My problem lies with the work I got done by Dr. Patel. I had a couple cavities filled about a month ago and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a filing. Not only did one of my teeth end up looking jagged and misshapen but the sensitivity in that tooth lasted for weeks. I still have some sensitivity making it hard to eat and floss. My tooth didn’t used to be sloping and have a gap between it but it does now which food gets stuck in consistently. All of the teeth that were filled are hard to floss as the fillings all have a straight line at the top causing floss to catch on it and makes it harder to floss my teeth. Pulling floss out where it gets stuck also causes sensitivity. Overall, I’m just really disappointed. Won’t be getting any more work done here.

Fantastic experience: Bill Saunders has been our family dentist for 30 years. He is an excellent dentist who looks for signs of issues “outside the mouth” often making suggestions for better health. Dee his assistant is a wonderful hygienist who takes great care with each patient.

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy going to the dentist at this location. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. So far I’ve been there three times and they were on time every time. My hygienist was so friendly and has 26 years of experience. How do you recommend Fielder Park Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist? They’re very good so when you do make an appointment try and keep it because it could be a little while before you can get rescheduled. They do put you on a callback list though and are good about it, if an opening arises.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy Fielder Park Dental. The staff is always so friendly and they treat you like family. They always remember something about you which makes you feel special. They are really good about explaining your benefits and making you aware of any potential charges before you come in. I have worked with a few people when I have had billing questions but Billie has been my go to person and she is really great and so patient with my questions! Dr. Zimmerman is great, she is also very good about explaining what is happening in your appointment and options for next steps. She doesn't pressure you into any procedure. The hygentist are very good as well. All around just a good team!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Saunders is my wife's regular dentist, but we had a dental emergency this morning requiring an extraction, and so had the privilege of meeting Dr. Anuj Patel, who took care of my wife's needs efficiently and with patience and compassion. Just exemplary.

Positive experience: From greeting, to hygienist to dentist and checkout all professional, courteous and competent! Office was clean and comfortable, easy to get to with convenient parking. The only reason I'm not giving 5 star is due to the primary use of the cavitron for cleaning. I suppose that's on me for not inquiring, but I'll be sure to ask before the next cleaning! Otherwise well done!
