Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Bailey and his dental assistants. Dr Bailey is so knowledgeable, skilled and considerate. I feel like I get the best care there. The staff is always courteous and helpful from cleanings to insurance knowledge. The cleanings are gentle yet thorough. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned. It was painless. The cleaning was complete but efficiently performed. My dental hygienist had excellent social skills and knew how to nudge me in the right direction without lecturing. She also took a genuine interest in the goings on in my life.

A desperate call to the office and they were able to fit me in soon after my flight landed. I was treated as if I had a regular appointment. This group is the real deal! Yes, a business, but you leave feeling like family! Satisfaction guaranteed. .

Fantastic experience: I’m from out of state and had a dental emergency. Michelle at the front desk listened to my issue and relayed it to Dr Steve Wirth. I just wanted to relieve the pain so I could get home to my dentist. Dr Steve looked at my tooth and took an Xray to find an infection in my back molar. He prescribed an antibiotic from a local pharmacy. He was extremely comforting given the pain I was experiencing. They offered to send the Xray to my dentist at home. The cost of the visit was much less that I expected. Thanks Dr Steve and Michelle

Fantastic experience: All staff and Dr. Wirth is always nice, caring and helpful and keep me at ease. The dentists here are very informative and make sure all your questions are answered and do everything they can to make sure you get all of your options if there are any. This is the only place i will ever go for my dental work even though it is not in my insurance network.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a new dentist and luckily for me my family had been using Optimal Dental for quite a few years. Dr Bailey was their dentist. So I called and made an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. And in no time came a VERY NICE DENTAL ASSISTANT WHO took me back to the room we would share for the cleaning. I liked her right away. I enjoyed talking to her and she explained what she would be doing. As it turns out they could take over all of the things that I was having done elsewhere. How great is that. Then I had a nice new nose put on for anesthesia and she got a great fit for my temporary nose . During this time Dr Bailey came in and we got acquainted a he was so friendly and helpful and nice I knew I had found my new Dentist and new place to have my teeth cleaned polished x-rays. My new hygienist was so wonderful and I just felt so comfortable. The office was so nice and kind. I found a new home for my teeth. Thanks Optimal Dental. Susan

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bailey and his team deliver possibly the best dental experience I have ever had. I have a complicated restoration case going on, rebuilding around restorations that were done 25 years ago. Dr. Bailey is one of the last of the true teeth restoration artists. I have learned firsthand that there is a vast difference between how he maticulously involves himself in mastering a great looking smile, versus many newer dentists who rely solely on CAD designers and 3D printers. That process works if you don't mind slightly messed up teeth. I am so glad that I was referred to Dr Bailey after 5 months of trial and error with dentists who claim to be cosmetic dentists but lack both artistic design skills and a passion to create nice teeth. If you want great care in a compassionate office, get on his patient load, drive the distance if you don't live in Lincoln, and hope he continues practicing for a very long time.

Negative experience: Updated: my hubby lost his job, so his insurance reverted to only military coverage. We went in for our normal cleaning, made note of the insurance change. They recommended services for my 4 kids and gave a quote of $400 for the work. We could swing that. Made the appointment, had the work done. Well their estimate was off by $1400. Crazy. Fast-forward we are making payments, and nearly half our payments go towards interest. I understand an estimate, but what a dishonest move and we are left holding the bag for their mismanagement. I have a hard time believing that they didn’t know what the military coverage would be. First review: Love the team and treatment from this dentist office. Very relaxing and friendly environment. I always highly recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I had absolutely dreaded going to see Dr. Bailey because I had neglected my teeth during the pandemic. As always, he was kind and very understanding. I was stunned by the new technology that his practice had invested in!! The cleaning process using high pressure water to remove stains in tarter was so relaxing that I dozed off?? And the panoramic x-ray showed that I only had one small cavity… Hallelujah!
